Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a Rucola salad and only when my table was served their pizzas the waiter then told me that there was no Rucola left for the salads, only for pizzas?!? Why did they not advise me of this before? My replacement feldsalat (that came as the pizzas were already finished) had so much dressing it was like a salad soup. In our opinion the pizza's were pan baked (they were not stone oven baked!!), dough was like cardboard and they were served on cold plates. An Aldi frozen pizza is 100% better than this poor attempt. Overall v chaotic - we were given cappuccino saucers as side plates for the antipasti and wine in cocktail glasses. Drinks took a long time to come - there was only one person on the drinks counter for a busy restaurant (why busy I am not sure) and sometimes there was no one there at all. And this sub standard experience wasn’t cheap. Sorry, 2 times now same bad service. No more.

Beautiful restaurant next to the water. We came for breakfast and portions are pretty large, especially the scrambled eggs. There's a large outdoor terrace that would be a great place to sit when weather is good. Area is very peaceful with playground and large meadow for picnics & grilling. Will definitely go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outdoor terrace.

The restaurant has a lovely view at sunset as it is located directly at the Rhine river. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and the food was good. Prizes were also fair. Overall I would recommend this place for a dinner combined with a walk. Best to come here by car or bicycle as it is a bit off the city.

The location is of course superb. Right by the river, in a beautiful building a couple of meters off the ground. As for the food, I think they do a lot of things right, just the wow factor is missing to me. Also I had a Avocado-cream-cheese bread for brunch that was mostly salami which I found very odd. Salami was meant to be an ingredient, but the name clearly suggested a different meal. It was tasty though. When we went back for a late lunch we had some beautiful pasta dishes. I had the truffelpasta. It was pretty good, but I found it off putting, that my pasta dish was significantly less volume than my girlfriends. It should be noted in the menu if that's how they do it. Service is a tough one, as when we were there they were understaffed, which I assume is not the norm. So it was a little slow. All personnel was very nice, however. And overall, we are talking about a very nice restaurant.

This place deserves 7 stars for its amazing staff and a great view ! The food is good as well..a perfect family outing!

The location is SUPER..... directly "on the wave" as we say in Hellas....the colours of the sunset were amazing.... the mind can travel in the nature under the noise of the river.... the premises of the restaurant very good .... nice industrial building .... wooden table seat and so many other elements that matches the place.... satisfied with the food.... big parking lot... nice playground for the young friends... walking and cycling area for the sporting ones.... useful ramp for disable guests....

Lot of problems with the orders, we had to remind them several times during the evening for drinks we already ordered half an hour ago. Food was OK but not amazing. Too bad because the location is great, which is probably why it is overcrowded on sunny week-ends.

Great location, and great setup. Staff very friendly, and food was good but the menu is rather limited. Place was jam packed, so a reservation is strongly advisable!

Pizza was in my opinion not very tasty. The service was friendly but it took a long time. The atmosphere and view were nice and the highlight of my visit.

On a sunny Sunday we tried to sit on the terrace outside. We waited for some time before the waiter told us he wants to send off one of the waiters so we cant sit outside even though there were free tables. He asked us to figure it out and see if someone leaves otherwise we can only sit inside. We tried to order takeaway but waiters ignored us so we left. Bad customer service!

Firstly, the location of hotel is at perfectly on bank of Rhine river so view while enjoying food is amazing. You can see cargo boats travelling over river to and fro. Food was Italian and better to order size of pizza as per requirement for less wastage.

Lovely place with a very nice river view. Food was good. Service was great. Few people during lunch on Monday. I expect it to be crowded during weekends.

3 lunches in this restaurant in two years, always the same opinion: dishes not worth having lunch here, very slow service and radio music including advertising. It's a pity because this restaurant is well located, bright and cosy. If you have the patience to wait to be served, only come here to enjoy the beautiful view of the Rhine with a drink.

Very friendly and professional service staff, beautifully decorated, and good location ... Unfortunately the food was below average. Worst pizza we ever had... We never had a pizza in a restaurant that tastes worse than Aldi's frozen pizza until now. I hope they do something about it.

This restaurant is so good in terms of food, service, price, and outdoor view. This is a perfect location if you want to go on date and eat authentic Italian food. We had vegetarian food and it was delicious. The sunset view was romantic.

I think it was really good 👍 and I would advise to book in advance to get a nice view. The menu is rich and the person will have a lot of variety to choose What we did choose is the desert and coffee and it was amazing 👏 I am really looking forward to the next visit to try the main dish there The view is amazing since the restaurant is higher than the ground so nothing will block the river and ships 🚢

Most ugly service I have ever seen... I could not imagine that service can be so vile and disgusting.... That is our first and last time when we have been in Purino. In the beginning you must wait for a free table. Although there are free tables inside, people are not allowed to enter. Then you must wait for the waiter. We were told that the order had to wait 30 minutes. We ordered. After that we waited 1,5 (!!!!!) hours and they did not bring us food. We were hungry and gone. For 1,5 hours the waiter came up 1 time. Waiters do not watch tables and guests. No respect for people. Nobody apologized to us. I travelled a lot, but I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards people. I recommend that my friends and partners never visit this restaurant.

Foods are delicious! Quality of ingredients are also good. Portion-sizes are very good. Prices are also okay. I just found sitting area inside very narrow, air-circulation is so bad, we sweated all the time. I suggest you to sit outside if you can find free seats or make a reservation beforehand.
