The experience was extremely unpleasant. The hotel seemed far from what one would expect. Basic necessities such as hot water were absent, and the overall cleanliness was highly unsatisfactory. The condition of the bathroom was particularly distressing.

Room was clean, reception ok but not always open, location is ok. Didn't like that basically everybody can get to the different floors. This doesn't feel safe, especially at night.

The place is really nice related to other hotels in Mannheim. The bathroom was really really nice and the bed is cozy and warm. The breakfast is just ok, nothing outstanding and very normal. To me the most annoying thing is the noise coming from the street at night. With the windows closed you don't hear the cars while sleeping, but it's impossible not to notice the tram.

What to say about this hotel??? Location is very good but almost everything else was disaster. First there was no hot water and after half an hour there was no water at all. At least they were so kind to give me my money back. Maybe it was only my bad luck and I will try to give them one more chance In the future.

The hotel is well located but the rooms and the place in general is quite old. The internet is awful and I have to say that it did not work in my whole stay.

The staff are warm and friendly. They also speak English. The hotel is located right in the heart of Mannheim; with a tram stop in front of it and countless shopping options within walking distance.
