Wendy's Papakura, service was good, restaurant was clean and the food was alright. Ordered the Baconator Mushroom Melt, it was very below average, the mushrooms taste like ones from the tin and the cheese sauce wasn't very nice, something I definitely wouldn't order again or suggest to order. The 3/4 pounder burger is much nicer.

Ordered this via Uber Eats and it was delicious. Still very hot when it arrived. The chicken was juicy. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Sauce was delicious and didn't make the burger buns soggy. Fries were crispy. Frosty was delicious and filled the entire cup! Would definitely order this via Uber Eats again.

This was an interesting place. The decor of the place was like going back to the 90's of how McDonald's use to be. I was amazing how they captured that 90's feel in today's world. The food was nice, but felt it was a bit ruff. People were nice, but to get to the toilet you have to ask for a code to get into the toilet. So make sure you're not in a rush to go.

Portioning of chips is good… portioning of cheese sauce is good… however pretty stingy on the bbq sauce kura. The bacon is reasonable although, a pinch bit more with less spice would be much appreciated. Been twice today, once around 11am where I ordered one bbq bacon range (new burger) for $17 but as a combo (unsure of price), a baconator combo with baconator fries (around $18 rough estimate) To my disappointment…The new burger I ordered was gurkins and cheese sauce off from being a baconator… Might I add the baconator fries my brother ordered were no different from the ones I ordered a few minutes ago, at 9:10 or so (Picture provided below) As a previous Wendy’s worker, I understand how hard it is in terms of stock, in terms of time and exhaustion, in terms of dealing with customers, hence why I won’t be too harsh in my rating. I however, ask for this to be considered and looked over in support of business, and happy customers. Many thanks

This review doesn’t even deserve a one star. Ordered the baconator burger. I was disgusted to find there was half a piece of bacon and no cheese. What the hell! I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend not going here😠

Good burgers. Efficient service. The decor is a bit dated.

Nice atmosphere. We had lovely customer service from the staff serving us. However, it's not professional for one of the other staff to be seen eating something other than Wendy's in her lunchbreak inside the diner. It doesn't matter if we were the only customers. This might explain why we were the only customers! If it wasn't for this one thing, I would have given 5/5 stars.

I can't really give the atmosphere a rating because i used the drive thru, but the food was amazing (the chocolate frosty shakes are a must-try), and the service was pretty good, considering this was at a time where the world was dealing with COVID.

The experience with Wendy's wasn't the greatest. We ordered the cheesy bacon fries which looked good in the photo. But when we got them home it was totally opposite they didn't look anything like the photo on the menu board. The chips looked like they had just been thrown together and the sauce or cheese wasn't even that great. Wouldn't be eating at Wendy's anytime soon.

It was a lunchtime visit and it was quick service after ordering. The burger & fries🍟 were hot & well prepared. 9/10 for the burger & fries . Nice

Though some advertising leads you to make some unsatisfactory choices when going to Wendy's as a franchise, and after a less than satisfying meal you can think back and realise.... I knew I wasn't going to like that.... But the advert made it seem so good.... Then you go back after a few years, ignore the advertising hype for a specific burger, and choose something that actually seems appetising to you... I feel like it's a awesome experience, the buildings are always clean, the pricing is comparable to other burger joints, and they have some very good burgers. Definitely top their for a burger joint in my opinion.
