I've been to the longhorn steakhouse in Mesa. So I knew what to expect. Awesome awesome awesome. I had lobster, prawn and corn chowder, house salad ranch dressing, New York strip sirloin medium rare with baked potato, with the works. Cannot fault a single thing. Delicious. Service excellence too.

Exceptional food! I went out to dinner with my mom and sister whom have already been here before. This was my first time and let me tell you, wow! The food was so good I was dancing in my seat haha. Everything was so tasty, hot and fresh. Sister and I had the Outlaw Ribeye and mom had herself a Fire Grilled T-Bone. Oh yeah, the Tito's Texas tea (their version of a Long Island tea) was one of the best tasting ones I've had. I will definitely be back for more because I was too full this time to order dessert!

Came in to Longhorn tonight 2/12/22 to celebrate our Valentines night for dinner. I Ordered the Flos filet & Lobster tail, along with a loaded potatoe a side of broccoli and some grilled jalapeños and mushrooms. The appetizer was the spicy chicken bites. All of the food was great the steak was tender juicy and to my expectations 👍🏼 will come back.

Wings were a lil on salty side, stuffed mushrooms were good. Bloody Mary was ehh. Steak was good, shrimp and lobster chowder was yummy. Our waitress Elizabeth was super nice and on it! Give her max stars! Overall I give food 3 stars, but our waitress was amazing, so have to give this place 4, she made that much of a difference

This Longhorn is great. It was very clean and the atmosphere was little upbeat. I went with my niece and her family to have dinner and when we arrived there was not a wait so we were seated quickly. The service was great and fast. They continue to check up on us to make sure there was nothing else that we needed. Our orders were right and cooked to each person's liking. Everyone was satisfied and enjoyed dinner.

Longhorn provides customers with a great dining experience with their delicious food. During our visit, we ordered the salmon and asparagus, burger and fries, and steak mashed potatoes and fries, and all of these dishes tasted amazing. In addition, the prices weren't too expensive, making it a great value for the quality of food that you receive. However, the service could use some improvements. Although the wait time to be seated wasn't too long, we waited around 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When we asked for boxes and the check, it took our waitress about 35 minutes to bring them to us, even though we asked her multiple times. This was a bit frustrating, but this was the first time this has happened during our visits to Longhorn, so we wouldn't hold it against them. Overall, the food was great, and we would definitely recommend Longhorn as a great option for dining out.

I understand the location is not the greatest but the dirty restrooms are unacceptable!!! Every stall was dirty!! Ladies!!, what is wrong with them!!!! It was gross!!! The service was nice, but!!!!! My daughter found a metal string in her steak. I always go to the Mesa location, but I was in Phoenix so went for a late lunch... Never again!!! Very poor management!!!

What a great dining experience! The general manager was phenomenal! The food and service were great. The staff was warm and personable and observed appropriate guidelines to make us feel safe while dining here. We felt the prices were very reasonable for great quality food. We really liked the ambiance with the dim lighting it felt like a much more expensive Steakhouse.

By far the best steak I've ever had. Outlaw Ribeye 💯% recommended. It was twice the size of the NY Sirloin my wife ordered. Of course I shared.

LongHorn is becoming my favorite steakhouse. I have been disappointed with their steaks and have tried a number of their cuts. Always tender and cooked to perfection. Their sides are just as well. I just love the desserts with the strawberry shortcake being my favorite.

The service and wait time were really great on a Friday night before Mother’s Day. We were told a 25 minute wait and they said us in under 5 minutes. The filet, stuffed mushrooms, and ribeye were all really good. The sides of baked potato, mashed potato, salad, and broccoli were perfectly done. Longhorn is always a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

Wow!! That was amazing. First time experience was excellent! The steak was so buttery soft to cut into and eat. It had a great flavor. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The lobster was sweet and delicious. Mac and cheese was creamy. Fried onion petals were perfect, easy to eat and breaded nicely. Our waiter was excellent. Definitely coming back!

Robert made our experience here awesome! He, alone, is the reason for the 5 stars… We arrived late, he greeted us kindly, seated us, served us and took great care of us! It has been a long, long time since we have tipped our hat to a waiter/waitress, but this man is well deserving of it. Thank you so much for treating us kindly, serving us well and not making our rare date night away from our 9 children feel rushed! Not to mention, the food came out hot and delicious.

If you want to eat real steak grilled you must come here. It’s awesome. Delicious food . Like the atmosphere. Expensive place to eat at . We ate me, my husband, my 3 kids under 6 years old for $100 . But the food worth the price.

We were told 30 minute wait but only had to wait 11 minutes which wasn't bad at all. But once we were seated that's when everything went down hill. I came here hoping for prime rib which unfortunately is not currently on the menu. So I got the bone in ribeye instead, which had a bit too much gristle but was otherwise cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were disappointing, supposed to be crisp but rather too dry for my taste. Service was awesome. It was early afternoon so no wait for a table. Masks must be worn at all times except when seated at a table. Tables are being sanitized between customers.

I had a burger and my friend a steak. The food was OK and the waitress polite, but I had to chase down a refill of my water. The atmosphere was western, but not overboard and the temperature pleasant.

My first time going there and I will definitely go again. The white cheddar stuffed mushroom were amazing! Everything else we had was amazing too. I actually think I'd prefer going there over any other steak place. I would definitely recommend

We ordered our steaks for carry out and it went smoothly but when we arrived at home we found the potatoes were missing from our meal. Otherwise the steaks were great. I would suggest a different carryout container to keep the food hot.

I really wanted to share our experience we didnt see a supervisor anywhere so I'm hoping this gets back to her Corina was our server 11/22/20, check number #34501 if that helps she was outstanding she explained the menu to us I really wanted a Lobster tail with my steak she recommended it I was happy I could add this on my meal for only $9.99 Corina was very attentive and always had our drinks full we got our meal and had everything we needed the bread was very warm and delicious. Thank you Corina your service was outstanding hoping she can be our server when we return I recommend her

The environment is clean and the lighting is perfect for a date night. I ordered the T Bone Steak and it was cooked to perfection for me. Mask are worn by staff and customers except to eat or drink. The servers are patient and professional and we were greeted with smiles. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are also practicing Social Distancing and the price is right .

Food was great as normal. We had a very amazing server too. Wife and I have always been pleased going here. But... Hostess were terrible. We did not have our phones so we could not leave a phone number to be texted at. Seem alright when we put our numbers in. But we say many parties of same size walking and being sat. I said it must be reservations. Wife got impatient and walked in to ask if they did reservations. They do not so we have not been told our table had been ready. Hostess tells my wife our table had been ready and try had called us. We were just outside the door. We could see the hostess. As we are I saw they go get others from outside, just not us. Maybe we had the bad hostess that was constantly checking her phone that was under her table there. We have decided to not go here any longer, ordering for pickup only now. This isn't the first place that has forgotten how to inform people that their table is ready without a phone number. Amazing how fast people have forgotten. Remember back in late 2019 where there was a buzzer box with lights? They still didn't need to pop their heads outside. But they would if after a few min no one walked in to claim the table.

The food was great but unfortunately half way thru my meal I found a hair and it killed the rest of my experience. The sad part was by the time I got my food replaced everyone was done. So I had to pay for food that I had to take home and who likes cold fries and soggy bread. The steak was good but that’s all I ate.

Got a gift card for Christmas. So we thought we'd go on Monday. Hopefully it wasn't going to be busy. The parking lot was not full so that was a good sign. Maybe get a table right away with out a wait. Well that didn't happen. We checked in and asked for a table, was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes before they could have a table cleaned off and ready. After closer to 15 minutes they texted and said we were next. We went back in and was told that our table was a booth. Well the three of us are pretty big and asked didn't you have a table? The gal basically said that was it and to go a head and sit down. We fit but it was very uncomfortable. The server took our order and it didn't take very long and we were eating. When you get a steak here, you need to order it one level less than what you prefer. My medium well was past well done. So I should've ordered medium. Jus glad it was a gift card, because I wouldn't have wanted to pay for the experience this time around. Would I go back? Questionable

Worst service ever. Called to make reservations, was told they don't do that. So we asked how long is the wait, they say 35 minutes. We get to this location 4 minutes after calling, and get told its going to be an hour. So we ask if we can wait at the bar and have a few drinks while we wait.... we was told no because the bar is full....

First time coming here. We always heard good stuff and wanted to try it out, especially since it's our 16th anniversary. The waitress was friendly and very helpful. My kids' order was 8oz renegade steak, which was cooked right. I ordered 8oz renegade steak with shrimp, rice, mashed potatoes, and macaroni n cheese. My steak looks like a 6oz, not 8. I ordered well done, which was but notice half of it was pretty burnt on the outside. It was pretty hard to cut it. My husband ordered a medium rare T-bone steak, which came out well done. We came here to try the steaks and were pretty disappointed. We did let our waitress know about my steak and how it looked like a 6oz, but she did make sure it was an 8oz. Maybe it was cooked for too long and shriveled up to a 6oz and semi burnt. She did bring us a complimentary steak with baked potato and corn on the cob, which I appreciate. Again, our waitress was great.

Jeff, the tall guy, took amazing care of us! He was attentive, friendly, and funny. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a great lunch. All of the staff was accommodating and welcoming! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Would not recommend the fire roasted corn on the cob, wasn’t very good or hot (totally fine with me, just warning others lol). It's been quite a while since I've had a good steak dinner so I had to go out and get me one so I went to the Long Horn steakhouse, I was surprised that when I went in I got a table right off, the food was Great and the service was just as Great, the servers were fantastic fast and Courteous, the waitress ANA That served me was awesome as with the other Girls Ellie and Jasmine who were also there were awesome as well, I will Definitely Be Back again, I had an amazing and enjoyable evening,enjoy,one and all.

Staff at this location worked as a TEAM (rare these days) which made my visit outstanding. I’m a huge fan of Longhorn Steakhouse, because no matter if I’m getting a Filet and Lobster or just my typical Strawberry Pecan Salad, the food is always fresh and delicious. I’ll be honest, the Strawberry Pecan salad is the main reason I visit Longhorn! I prefer without chicken; however, their chicken is seasoned excellently and does compliment the salad nicely. Jack n Coke are always $5 which is my drink of choice so you can’t beat that either!. Prices are mid tier and similar to Outback or Texas Roadhouse as is the value.

I never have a bad time at LongHorn. I got the NY Strip, my favorite, with Brussel Sprouts and a Cesar salad. Everything came out fairly quickly and was cooked to my liking. The servers were very nice and the restaurant looked clean. Don't forget to get the Chocolate Stampede.

We visited Longhorn Steakhouse at around 2 in the afternoon, and there was no wait at all! We were seated immediately, and we got a great booth. The hostess, server person, and manager were all friendly and helpful, making sure that we had what we needed. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious; we got stuffed mushrooms, ribeyes, and mac-and-cheese and crunchy Brussels sprouts with a beer and tea. The atmosphere is nice and just perfect for an early supper.
