First time at Platform was a wonderful ride. Service was welcoming and friendly. Quickly they notified us drinks would be taking longer because of their cafe drinks to go. We ordered the SEA bagel, Platform breakfast, hot London fog, and the pink lady drink. The pink lady drink is really great in lychee and the rose flavor isn’t overpowering. The SEA bagel used an everything bagel and had a generous amount smoked salmon, which was to my liking. The food overall leaves a fresh feeling.

We got seated right away when we got here. Service was a little slow but the waiter informed us because they were making a lot of drinks for take out. My daughter ordered the classic breakfast and sunshine drink. My daughter loved their egg. I got the sunrise club sandwich (waffle) but didn’t really enjoy. There were too much herbs in the waffle which over power everything I ate. Had to pay $1 for maple syrup. Upgraded salad to curl chips for $2 was a great choice. Hojicha latte was absolutely delicious !! My daughter jammed to their Taylor Swift playlist the entire stay.

Tried Warmy-cozy latte (Espresso latte with dark brown sugar and ginger) was good. Avocado toast with scrambled eggs was good as well but not much vegetarian options or vegetarian substitute from the food menu :( most likely bacon bacon Here is the Vegetarian menu: French toast cubes Avocado toast with scrambled eggs

Had a short 10min wait for a table for 4 at around 12:45pm on a Sunday. I had the $19 sunrise waffle club sandwich, which was similar to an eggs benedict. The texture was nice, and I liked the crispiness and saltiness that the bacon added to it. I also had a $6 matcha latte that was very smooth and well-balanced. The $4 sweet waffle was a good dessert, but we should've ordered it after finishing the main dishes because it got cold by the time we got to it. The server was helpful and pleasant, helping me pick which matcha drink to get. Good experience all-around with no complaints.

Visited Platform Espresso Bar today for the 2nd time and again, the food and service was top notch. We celebrated my dad's birthday and they went above and beyond to cater to us and make us feel special! Would highly recommend for a simple coffee date or small group of friends or family getting together for a celebration

Such a cute concept of being in a train platform station so the theme of the decor revolves around it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time, we had a few questions about the menu items and they provided good suggestions. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and the food is cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable and the coffee and drinks have good flavour. So happy we decided to give this place a try. We will definitely be back.

Been here twice, first time their espresso machine was broken. A bit disappointed with how plain the blue rose latte was and the latte art since it was $7. Very limited seating. Honestly feel like there are better cafes around the area.

Great little place for brunch and coffee. We ordered the classic breakfast, avocado toast with scrambled eggs, an Americano and a chai latte. Everything was delicious, service was extremely friendly and pricing was very reasonable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very cozy, clean and modern. Parking is somewhat limited as the plaza is a bit small. Highly recommended overall!

Super cozy, cute and clean cafe. Owner was very friendly too :) I got the Torched Salmon (I forgot to take a picture before digging in 🥲) with a cappuccino and they were good, I especially liked the bread! It was crispy, soft and buttery. The hint of wasabi added a nice kick to the salmon and avocado. It was a weekday lunch when I came so it was nice and quiet. Weekends are pretty busy and it is a small space, so it’ll be good to reserve ahead of time.

This coffee shop was highly recommended by two Toronto friends, so I gave it a try. Small place. Cozy atmosphere. Matcha drinks were on point. Friendly staffs.

1)Call: lied that it was busy and they also she said they had a reservation for 10. We Showed anyway and only 2 patrons inside 2)Drinks:Good 3)Wait time: drinks came out in reasonable time. Food took over an hour, 70 min to be exact to receive. 4)Food Quality: chicken wrap was cafeteria quality. Deep fried potato curls are just potato chips. No exaggeration, we received Bagged chips they slightly warmed up. That’s just embarrassing for an establishment. The torched Salmon is just smoked salmon warmed up with avocado slices with an over powering Wasabi tasting mayo on an oily piece of toast. Not very good. Sea bagel was basic but good. The salad was basic. Plates were large. But what the hell took so long???? 5)Service: Seemed good. Our server was apologetic for the food taking so long. The reason I say seemed is because when I took a good look at our overpriced bill and for our Servers name it says; Senior Staff: Jo Ma-ma Ok now, if this is your real name which I highly doubt, I apologize. But since we all know it can’t be, how much do you respect your patrons? I get the possible humour in it, but on a very serious note how very disappointing and disrespectful is that??? Jo Ma-ma, I would rate this a 0 if I could but I can’t. This establishment has lots of potential under new ownership or management. Until then I will never visit or recommend….ever …Jo Ma-ma…what a slap in the face to top off such poor quality food and wait times. Very disappointing!

Cool vibes and yummy food. I wish there was more seating area. In my opinion very comparable to alchemy which is nearby and also very busy.

Nice little cafe to have brunch. The waitress (I assume the owner) was so nice! The food was good but the cream udon was *chefs kiss* it was creamy, a little bitter and fresh from the arugula, salty and earthy from the mushrooms / bacon and the noodles were chewy and bouncy! It was so good! The down side is this place is not for studying/ working for long time since they have a seating limit of 1h and 30 mins. What we got: Iced Chai latte Iced Matcha latte Creamy Udon Long- Haul breakfast

Really enjoy this place. We've been here a few times. Coffee and drinks are excellent. We went for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs which we added sauted mushrooms to, the bread is thick and nicely toasted and buttered, and its served with a large side salad. So good. We also had the smoked salmon dish that also comes on thick cut buttered toast and a Wasabi mayo. Great experience, wonderful staff, cute place and great food.

I always want to go for breakfast there, but a few times were lineup. I finally tried it. The day we went the espresso machine was broken. The staffs told us ahead of time that there would not be expresso nor latte available before we were seated. We were looking forward to trying the blue rose as they looked pretty on the review. We had avocado toast with eggs and regular bacon with egg breakfast, regular coffee. We were asked the kind of eggs we wanted, but they came out fully cooked. My friend didn’t eat the fully cooked egg, We found the toasts were too buttery. We also didn’t finish the toasts. The price of breakfast was decent, but I found the regular coffee was overpriced with no refill. The décor was nice, bright, and clean. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The day we visited the parking lot was not full, a lot time I came it was hard to get a parking. I do recommend this café but if someone has some eating concerns like me, it is good to remind the server about it

First time coming here for some brunch, I gotta say this place it’s not bad as I thought it would be, pretty clean, classic, and decently priced. Have a lot of choices of coffee and drinks, decent size of the portions that will fill you up no problem. Alright service for a Saturday and Sunday time. Overall the experience it’s good with good vibe

Cozy establishment with wonderful food and drinks! Where my family were seated was a little bit cramped, but we loved the atmosphere and the presentation of the food! I'm a slow eater and I really take my sweet time with my food and drinks... but the staff there were super nice and did not rush me with the bill. Will come back with friends another time!

Great coffee and tea selection, and excellent service. Nice to be able to select the bean roast level for your coffee. Nice set up inside, got one of their booths and felt very private. Food menu is okay too, but not as exciting.

Super cute cafe, I loved the aesthetic and atmosphere. It was very cozy! Good service and food. I really enjoyed the Rose Latte, it had a nice subtle flavour with a smooth finish.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The sunrise waffle club sandwich and the chicken panini were both great. I also enjoyed the Rose espresso latte. I will definitely be returning again to try other items on the menu.

Lots of coffee choices and delicious brunch fusion foods. Classics done with a bit of a twist I was very impressed. The signature waffle club sandwich was a hit! The waffle was herbed so it's savoury and their curled chips with seasoning are great! I give them 9/10!

I love the decor of this place! Food and service is phenomenal. All Espresso based drinks are given a choice of light/medium/dark roast. The Blue Rose was a yummy sweet drink. Both dishes were delicious. The thickness of the toast was just right and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside topped with the avocado & scrambled eggs... 🤤 The decor is beautiful, place is clean (even the washroom) staff is friendly and would come by to check up on us every now and then. I really enjoyed my visit here and glad I came by.
