I have been to other gyms and never kept up the routine of going because it was not inviting, boring, wasn't seeing results (even thou I paid for a personal trainer) or just felt uncomfortable. Then I heard about Ironstone. Ironstone is a phenomenal place to workout. Rosie has a passion for her gym. She cares about her clientele and shows it by helping you reach your goal whether it be shedding the pounds or toning up. Ironstone offers a variety of classes from Kickboxing, bootcamp to body sculpting, which means it never gets boring. The energy and the vibe is contagious when you are there. No matter what class you do, or with what trainer you always bring your game and push yourself like it's your last workout. Ironstone members are very supportive and make you feel welcome. You don't feel like the new kid in the class. We push each other to do our best. I highly recommend Ironstone for your fitness & health goals. If you have the determination and dedication you will see results with the help of the trainers and members.

Rosie, the founder of Ironstone Fitness is amazing. The trainers are very supportive and motivating in helping you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. They offer a variety of classes; bootcamps, kick boxing, co-ed classes, body sculpting, spin classes and even classes for kids. I started off with a free class trial and now signed up for a yearly membership. Highly recommend Ironstone Fitness!

I had an opportunity to go to Ironstone fitness after purchasing a Groupon deal. I absolutely loved this place. Their boot camp/kickboxing classes are fantastic. There is a very positive vibe about the place and the people are very encouraging as well. If I lived close to the location I would have joined it in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent place for a kickass challenging workout. Rosie is one of the best.
