    We loved Dr ya liu when they were in their old place, although the front desk person was not that friendly, but the whole expierence was fairly good and it's the best we could find in town. However, everything changed after they moved to the new place. The new front desk lady was not even good as the previous one, she's being really rigid and didn't listen to you at all. Dr ya liu herself likes to rush the appointment as always, most of the time it took her 5 mins to finish the 30mins meeting. Moreover, we haven't even seen Dr ya liu in person in our past two visits, only her assistant( I assume) met us. They probably don't even care about how to attract customers as I heard Dr ya liu was pretty popular in the Chinese community, but that's not the reason to reduce the service quality. We are leaving for sure, and hope this can help people who are doing the research.

    The doctor is good, but the policy is too bad. Nobody pick up the phone at all. If you don’t show they charge additional fee, but you can’t contact them in advanced because nobody answer the phone, no voice mail box. When kids get sick( cold), you can’t meet doctors.

    Agree to the previous review, the staffs are rude and insulting. The doctor not so great either, she never listens to your concerns. My daughter had high fever for 5 days, 102F, visited her few times and she insist that my daughter was fine, just need to monitor her cuz she has no other symptoms. My daughter ended up in the hospital, stayed for 2 nights after 7 days of high fever. She had an UTI, the infection could have damaged her kidneys if it wasn't treated right away in the hospital..

    I have no idea what is the point of any a pediatrician when your child becomes sick and you have to wait up to a week to see the doctor, and if you question about the wait-time, they will rudely tell you to go to the emergency room if you don't want to wait. everything going downhill ever since Dr. Liu moved to this new office, they're clearly under-staffed and accepted way too many patients for 1 pediatrician to handle.

    Horrible front desk, doesn't answer the phone for 2 days. I called every 3 hours for 2 days, all goes to voicemail. Finally they answered, told me to send an email. Perhaps put that on the auto recorded message?

    I was late once time and she told me I would need to book another appointment if I was late again. Also she spends as little time necessary so she can see as many patients as possible. I spent 1 minute with the doctor and it was the nurse who answered my questions. The doctor said she didn't have the time to check my baby. She didn't even weigh my baby just the vaccine and left.

    I called if they accept new patients. The receptionist just hung up the phone after said no. Eventhough they accepting, I won't go to this rude kids clinic.

    Now she dont care about sick kids call appointments full chk up appointments are full always.. just earning no care at all and their staff is not good at ll nor even helpful at all… i think i have to change the dr always going on walk in better to change….

    Dr. Ya Liu would not answer any questions I had and said I would need to make another appointment which was a month away. She rushed our appointment and double booked us with several other people.

    This office is wonderful. Reception is professional and courteous. Dr. Liu has a kind heart, explains things directly and concisely. Parking underground is easy since there is ample space. Thank you to everyone who works at this clinic.

    Incredible! My son's first appointment was today and we couldn't be happier. Everyone here was extremely friendly, kind and professional. The clinic was well organized and followed proper Covid protocols. Extremely grateful to the entire team! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends! See you guys next month!

When your child becomes sick, the front desk staff will tell you Dr. Ya can only give you a phone appointment and even the phone appointment will be scheduled 2 or 3 days later. If you don't want to wait that long, they will ask you to go to emergency. Now, you only can see Dr. Ya Liu in person when you booked the vaccine, otherwise, you won't be able to see her in person. I don't know what she means as a pediatrician if her patients cannot get any help from her when they sicked.

    The reception lady is rude and not helpful. It’s very difficult to communicate with her. The doctor is way too busy with short working hours. They always say ‘you should go to emergency if it’s urgent as we do not have an appointment available’. What’s the point of even having a Pediatrician then if you can never see us? Turns out, they are only available when you want vaccine, obviously funded by government. They are way too busy and they still take in new patients.. I would stay away if you want someone who can attend to your child’s situation in a timely fashion. You just can never get an appointment with them when you need one!

    I have been visiting this Pediatrician office a few times with my baby and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. While the receptionist and medical assistant were courteous and efficient, the overall focus of the clinic seemed to be on profit-making. The doctor was impatient and didn't seem interested in listening to parent's concerns. Instead, she rushed through appointments spending no more than 3-5 minutes with the children. As a new parent, I found this very frustrating as we do have questions and concerns that we wanted to discuss with the doctor. In addition to this, the clinic also upsold unnecessary add-on services which I found to be a bit pushy. Furthermore, when the clinic ran out of vaccines for my baby, they didn't call to reschedule the appointment. Instead, they told us to come back again after we were already there, resulting in an unnecessary additional appointment. Not all the babies enjoy the car ride, and parents could be busy with their life/work especially with the new little member to their family. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn’t seem to consider their patient while aiming for the max profit. Overall, I would not recommend this Pediatrician office to parents who are looking for a doctor who will spend time and care for their children, especially newborn babies. I recommend finding another Pediatrician office where they prioritize the health and well-being of children and their families

    I have good experience each visit but the phone line is very hard to get connected and they don't take voice message. I have been trying to book a checkup for two days but still couldn't.
