The park, covers qlmost all the 36 states of the nations, qnd their prices qre relatively cheaper than other transportations companies in Makurdi. The problem of this transport system is the management, and it customers ralations is poor. Some of there vehicles are old and very uncomfortable to travel with.

Safe and highly affordable transport company in Benue State, Nigeria. You can get vehicles traveling to virtually every state in Nigeria and even better is the fact that they have motor parks in these states as well so you can be sure of where you would be dropped off especially if there's someone waiting to pick you up on arrival. There are also fruits sold just outside the gate of the park and several things sold inside as well. If you're in a hurry and can't grab a bite before going to the park, not to worry, there are varieties of food items hawked in the park.

The good thing about Benue Links is that you can get a bus to almost anywhere in Nigeria. There is hardly a location they don't go to. However, some of the buses are old and have a habit of breaking down. Sometimes, the baggages in a vehicle are so much it makes the space so tight, you can hardly keep your legs well. (This is not limited to Benue Links though, most of the transport companies do this) And then at times, the sitting is tight and you get cramps, especially for long journeys. Will still recommend though. I think their prices are most times lower than other companies.

Great place to get a comfortable ride to any part of Nigeria, but a little bit expensive, I guess its because of the service they offer

Unkept. Jam parked. Not well organized. However, they go to many locations from Makurdi, including local areas in Benue State, that is something, because no any other transport companies do that in this area as at the time of this post update. They have good vehicles that goes to Abuja and states outside Benue. And, of course, they have the best price plans for traveling to anywhere from Makurdi.

It's one transportation I enjoy using. They have a big place in Makurdi town, that's their headquarters. I enjoy using their small cars (sienna) especially when travelling from Makurdi to Abuja. It's very comfortable. One tip I would give is, if you can please don't choose seat no 3. Not all the small cars have a proper seat in the middle, if you get a proper middle seat, lucky you, if not you would have to sit on some hard stuff all through the journey to Abuja which is 5hrs by the way and trust me when I say it can be very uncomfortable especially if you have long legs or on the big side. That said, it's generally a good transport company, their drivers listen to passengers and are very considerate when you are pressed and need to relief yourself by the road. They always find a good spot with special considerations to women for privacy sake.

Very very so disappointing, spoilt on the way and driver lying about a fault we observed right in makurdi. This bus should be kept for Gboko to Makurdi (we are traveling Benue to Onitsha)

I have so many complaints: 1. Ticket was been sold for a vehicle(LV1052: vehicle number) that was been fixed right there at the park(Benue links Abj park). Like if a car ain't good don't put it on the road. 2. The breaks failed and driver bashed a Keke when we where in Lafia town. We were taken to the police station spent roughly 3 and a half hours settling that issue. 3. Driver lied while we were waiting at the station that another vehicle was on it's way to pick us. A journey of 4 hours became 8hours 4. So many luggage I paid for 2 seats for comfort and the driver wanted to put other luggage aside mine on my space. Like dude what if I didn't pay for that space and there's someone sitting there where will you keep the load. I am so disappointed. Putting bad vehicles on the road and risking people's lives.

We love to travel with Benue link travel at all time, but the embarrassment will are face with police on the road is too much. The management should work on this matter. Thank you. We love your drivers and their behaviours to their customers πŸ‘ ❀.

Buses are always on ground for take off provided they are passengers on board.

Considering it's one of the oldest transport companies in Benue state, it has continued to serve its customer's travel needs to different locations within Nigeria. The bus fleet options are not the most comfortable for long journeys but seems to be the only option available at the company. Departure time schedules are not necessarily followed strictly as buses leave an hour or more later than the time indicated. The fair rates for different locations are the most affordable compared to other transport companies around. They also offer the most destination options, most buses and also the most patronised transport company. The management of the company needs to be improved, the service delivery has deteriorate in the last decade and no signs of improvement.

Benue Links Transport Company is run and managed by the Benue State Government. The Transport company has been in existence for over 30years! The Company has Parks/Offices through the federation (all over the 36states of Nigeria). As per performance, the Benue Links Transport Company has been doing relatively well! The Transport company provides Jobs for the teeming Benue youths all over the country! I give the Benue State Government 4 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I urge the Benue State Government to keep on improving and maintaining the vehicles and also buy a fleet of New Vehicles!

They can do more to keeping to time. For longer distances, vehicle leaving early should take off and no unnecessary waste of time. They are still the cheapest transport company in the state. The space inside is unpaved and dusty. If you can, book ahead of your travel day.

The other name should be Cargo links. They are more concerned about waybill than the travelers. They will full the vehicles with laugage such that you dont have leg room and they will chΓ rge u extra for ur own traveling bags. The vehicles are tired, drivers and loaders can be rude

You can travel with them to almost any state in Nigeria. The drivers are experienced and the traveling routes they use are one of the fastest for inter state transit. But it's not the best place if you like comfortable journeys.

  • 3/5 Kenneth kelvin K. 1 year ago on Google
Their interstate transportation is good with good buses but they need to add up POS mode of payment as part of payment method.

A busy motor park which caters to commuters traveling to different parts of the country. There are several businesses located within the park premises and petty traders hawking their wares. The buildings are in need of renovations and there are pot holes along the driveways.

Great transport service. I booked yesterday for my wife and my daughter to travel to Uyo this morning. However, my daughter fell ill yesterday evening and I put across a call to explain my situation. I was asked to come to the office early this morning. This morning, I got there and was refunded my cash in full. It's a transport company with a human face.

The worst transport company ever, I have traveled with it twice and no good experience at all. Imagine the heavy load in a traveling vehicle, old buses. Bus fan belt cut on the road. The bus finds it hard to climb hills. A journey of 3 hours took us 8 hours. Always a bad experience traveling with Benue links. Nothing will ever make me try it again

The state government own and sponsored transportation. It literally goes anyway within Nigeria from the far north to east and west and south and it is affordable

  • 5/5 Gabriel A. 7 months ago on Google
We are expecting an upgrade in services. But generally, it's the best transport company around.

Benue Links is Nationwide renowned for its efficiency by commuters travelling to and from the food basket of the Nation to various amorous delight. It is a state owned company with efficient service delivery. Most of thier cars that I have travelled with are Toyota have 18seater buses. Benue is home to exotic fruits so I hope you buy some for your loved ones

  • 5/5 Charlotte Ogechi E. 4 months ago on Google
Very spacious and organized car parking to different cities for different fees. They use buses in good condition and well seasoned drivers. There are food vendors in the park for all sorts of meals. There is also a restroom

  • 2/5 Jeff I. 5 months ago on Google
Hmmm!!! The seats on the buses are not fit for a long journey like Port Harcourt to Benue. Not at all. Seriously, I don't who came up with such satanic seats. Seats that you can't move your legs. Seats made by roadside welder.

  • 1/5 AMAKA A. 4 years ago on Google
I boarded a bus to Adamawa at their park ,only for them to transfer us to another company's bus (ADAMAWA SUNSHINE ). Benue links retrieved our tickets to kill any future evidence that we boarded from thier park . The driver and conductor of the company treated the passengers like thrash ..the silly conductor threatened us on our way to Yola at 10pm ...passed through Numa road ...knowing that it wasn't safe for us ...we literally were in risk of our lives until we got to Yola at 12am midnight. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I don't recommend Benue links...not even gonna talk about thier lackadaisical attitude to passengers .

The worst transport company. I will never use them again. I will tell a friend not to use them. This is the third time they're failing me. I entered their Bus to warri the other day and I had to join another bus to get to my destination. Bus got spoiled and nothing was done about it.

I have used this transport company for most of my trips within the north central zone and I think they do fairly well as I have not had a bus breakdown while traveling with them. However, most of their buses are getting really old and sitting arrangement can be quite congested. Also some of the workers at the terminal can be very rude & annoying as I have had a number of such encounters but that's more of an exception than the rule

  • 2/5 Samuel A. 4 years ago on Google
The major terminal of a state run transport company. It's cheap, give it to them but the environment is poor, muddy when it rains, difficult to keep the waiting area clean as it's full of red dust and cobwebs. Asphalt should be laid up till the road outside (good asphalt), the pumps should be refitted to supply pms to drivers instead of passing through filling stations outside with passengers for trips that can take place with a single gas fill.

The buses are not maintained properly. I suggest the transport company should be shut down or privatised. It's annoying that you have to include probable mechanical breakdowns on transit when planning to travel with benue links
