Lovely place to dine. Staff needs a bit of professional training but are amiable; furthermore, the food was a bit salty.

Its now oppened and serving customers. The waiters are still fresh compared to the other outlets. But they will catch up

At least, the people of this town are grateful to have chicken republic in their area. The place looks great from the outside and crowded on the inside. Many persons will find it unforgettable to eat in the restaurant, take away is the best option as I see they need to increase the space on the inside. They barely have food other than rice, which is small in quantity. The door service is great and the desk servers are too chatty, makes me feel like they spit in the food sometimes. The outside atmosphere is brilliant and the inner side is dull, except when not crowded. They have lots of stop and buy customers and I believe they'd do more profits in the future. However, I strongly suggest they do something about the inside space and upgrade the desk service in many ways.

You get varieties here. But I was impressed with the quality of chicken 🍗😄 and cost efficiency 😊 More importantly, I was excited when I saw a ramp, which means persons with disabilities on wheelchairs can access the eatery, kudos for that 🤝🤝🤝

It's located in a popular part of the town and easy to locate... Overall, it is just ok. The interior is okay and the design is good .. But the place is small, the TV is small, you can see from the back and it is only one TV. As for the meals, it's alright too.. though the rice, especially the fried rice 🌾 is not up there. For the chicken 🍗 is good and the burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 are also good. The service is okay but most improve. Also the parking spaces are not enough.

Its a nice place to get breakfast,lunch, dinner etc you can dine in, take out as well and they have nice dishes and the chicken is awesome.

Bought rice and beans and the beans had weevil, the chicken had internal blood clot in the chicken ribs and had turn messy black. The food generally tasted bland and very unsatisfying.

It's a nice place to go for chilling out. Their foods are nice, their customer services are just average. As usual, most Chicken Republics across the country have small eating halls...

It was not a funny experience. I went there with my entire family for dinner and we sat there for over 1hour :30 minutes without what we ordered for until we left. Reason: we paid for what we ordered through transfer and sent them receipt of payment,yet they insisted that they must receive alert before attending to us. They promised to get back to us, but till this moment non of them have contacted us. Not a good experience,having promised the kids of a time out with them

My experience wasn't good. I made transfers and till date they claim they have not see my transfers. This transfer issues ranges from me to numerous clients. So many complaints have been laid in this branch and if is not checked this my lead to loss of so many customers and future customers. The staffs in this place are very rude they need reorientation. When customers complain about their transfers not being reversed, the response is almost always lukewarm at best. This branch needs to improve drastically in this regard or stand to lose most of the customer base 5hey have built in this short while.

Terrible service! I got sold rotten chicken! And the staff tried to gaslight me for complaining. I went back on another day and they gave me a wrong order. I ordered chicken wings, I got home to see a sandwich. I was still made to pay for it! The sandwich had very little to no chicken with excess mayonnaise. Chicken republic makurdi is Terrible! I absolutely do not recommend

It's a nice place I specifically prefer there jollof to the fried rice.... The baked goods and ice cream are also very lovely and affordable .... Although there services takes time but overall it's a good place

Nice food and great sitting arrangement... Was kinda surprised at the fried rice tho cos twas salty. I thought it was just that day but I got the same complain when I asked some friends who had been there before. Aside that, I loved their interior deco but didn't like the fact that I came out smelling like fried chicken. I would gladly recommend to my non veggie friends, you'd love the meat...

Located in a place that's easy to access - you can't miss it. Even though it's in a busy part of Makurdi, there's decent parking space. Both interior and exterior are reasonably clean. The staff are nice and friendly. The food is consistent with the well known Chicken Republic quality and taste. Pricing is as usual. It's good that they opened shop in Makurdi.

Customer-friendly staff, fast response time, great environment, sometimes the meals can be dicey, but overall wonderful.

I have always wondered why there was no Chicken Republic in Makurdi when I newly came to Benue for my NYSC. Few months down the line one opened up and I was so happy that finally I get to visit one before I leave but to be really honest I was just disappointed especially with regards to their customers service and even the food. The lady who attended to me did not give me my balance and pretended not to hear me out when I asked her for it. To make matters worse, the Rice and fried chicken I bought did love up to its taste. And this is a place I have always wanted to be at!!! You guys have to really improve in order to keep up with the standards of the chicken Republic Franchise!!

Good food and excellent eatery

It's a beautiful place to get a very decent meal and they have a wonderful work force.

The overall experience was nice. The restaurant was packed with customers all through. A clear indication of their quality of meal.

I would have given them 5stars, but let me keep 1. As compare to my experience with that of abj, mkd customer service is way too poor, the girls let me stand for close to 8minutes that they were counting Money. No welcome no pls give us few sec or minutes we will serve you nothing. If not for my kids, I would have walked out. But their food taste so good. And nice salad too. Was upset so didn't take any pics.

Amazing dining experience,try to avoid rush hours which is most evenings. Very affordable food and great portions. Tasty food? Yup,and yum. Quite noisy though,as are most Nigerian restaurants.

Took the kids out... They absolutely loved it. They all had ice cream... I took out the fried rice and chicken. It's nice. Multiple payment options available... very neat and very courteous staff.
