i
still
think
the
customer
service
was
especially
especially
bad.
But
the
hair
was
installed
well
and
lasted
for
a
long
time.
---
I
will
add
more
detail
later
but
I
really
did
not
enjoy
my
experience
getting
hair
extensions.
The
owner
of
the
salon
did
my
hair
and
he
showed
up
40
min
late.
He
did
not
have
the
hair
prepped
so
I
sat
there
for
another
30
min
after
we
picked
the
hair
for
him
to
prep
it-
cutting
the
keratin
beads
at
the
top.
While
he
put
in
the
hair
extensions,
he
needed
me
to
help
hand
the
hair
pieces
to
him
the
entire
6+
hrs
it
took.
This
meant
I
couldn't
watch
anything
on
my
phone,
I
couldn't
text
anyone
or
eat.
My
mom
literally
came
by
and
fed
me
food
because
I
was
starving.
He
got
mad
when
I
started
to
doze
off
or
wasn't
ready
with
the
hair
for
him.
He
had
a
bad
attitude
and
frequently
got
frustrated
and
even
yelled
at
me
because
of
the
language
barrier-
I
only
speak
English.
The
entire
customer
service
part
of
the
experience
was
really
really
bad.
The
worst
I've
ever
experienced
anywhere.
He
yelled
at
me
when
I
said
I
needed
to
use
the
restroom
because
"I
didn't
go,
i
just
stood
there"
but
no
one
had
told
me
where
the
bathroom
was.
In
the
end,
I
wasn't
happy
with
the
haircut
and
he
didn't
care
and
tried
to
rush
me
to
get
it
styled.
I
kept
trying
to
get
him
to
fix
it
and
he
didn't
listen
and
ended
up
cutting
hair
where
I
didn't
want
him
too.
It
was
such
a
shame
after
so
many
hours
of
putting
it
in,
to
not
take
the
time
to
make
the
haircut
look
nice.
The
person
who
shampooed
my
hair
was
really
kind
and
I
appreciated
that.
The
hair
itself
is
ok
quality.
I
got
dark
brown
hair
and
there's
some
random
blonde
and
red
strands.
There
were
also
a
lot
of
split
ends.
They
tried
to
convince
me
to
get
200g
of
hair-
i
ended
up
going
with
150
(which
they
looked
very
upset
about)-
and
I
wish
I
had
gone
with
100g.
