During my stay in Sheraton I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, moreover, what makes it unforgattable expereince is the receiptionist Melike. She makes me feel most welcome and never left me without help.

From the first second at the check-in very helpful, welcoming staff. Overall great experience. I forgot my coat in the room and realized after 2 days, they were very helpful and attending. I got my coat back very easily

While the hotel is among the best in Bursa, it doesn't really live up to the expectations of a Sheraton. Room furniture need an upgrade. Great staff though.

It is a great hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. They upgraded us to a larger room and the view was beautiful. When we had a signal problem on the TV, the technicians showed up in 3 minutes and helped. A few things to pay attention to were the road that goes into the parking of the hotel gets congested very badly (we spent 40 minutes for the 2 minute turn) and since it was semester, the pool was flooded with kids who did not know the indoor pool rules crisscrossing in any direction.

Definitively a good Premise... Our stay was a relaxing one... Nice Spa, Thank you Ersin at FD, Check in and check out were professional...A special thanks to Muhamed at the lounge that knew how to handle us, and that is really good on what he does..We Definitively recommend...

One of the best hotels I’ve seen in Bursa and definitely worth the price if you’re looking for comfort and luxury. The breakfast options were so delicious and the food was amazing. One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel outside of Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and well furnished. The view from the room overlooking the city and the natural surroundings was also beautiful. It’s a great place to relax and unwind and the location is also very good as it is walking distance from many attractions and public transportation stations. There is a mall just a few minutes’ walk away and there are many restaurants in the vicinity as well. Even if you don’t go during the winter season, it’s a great place to stay at if you just want to see Bursa and enjoy a slow paced vacation. This hotel is definitely worth visiting when you go to Bursa

The rooms were unclean. The pillows were stained, and I told the room service to change them twice. They went in, changed the order of the pillows TWICE, and thought I would not notice. The towels had brown stains on them. I rarely write reviews, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel for anyone who cares about cleaness. P.s, I was on my honeymoon, so that made things even worse :)

Such bad hotel don’t respect their guest, there was a wedding ceremony in the swimming pool area with sound of music just inside the room that prevent us from sleep. Do they think is it logic? Personally I will not recommend such hotel and when I tried to call them they simply said nothing to do, so change your hotel to wedding hall and don’t accept guest will be better Update to my review After trial to contact the front desk, I asked to contact the manager they delivered my call to him and he directly apologized and offer me another room which is quiet, really appreciate his action.

I have stayed for a business trip and at the end of the work day I enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere in the spa and indoor pool. The staff was great and specially Melike was always very kind and professional. From the rooms to the restaurant everything met or surpassed my expectations and I felt really welcomed!

Unfortunately, the room we lived in was overlooking the pool. on Saturday night, there was a wedding on the pool. The situation was bad, the noise was strong, we could not rest, and the reception was notified, but unfortunately there was no interest, and this is the last time I chose this hotel. A very bad experience from 9 o'clock. The music started to bother me. very high

I love this hotel and always stay when go to Bursa. There is a shopping mall nearby where you can find all brands and big food court. Hotel itseld is nice good rooms and service. Breakfast options are also good.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it has been a wonderful experience. This has become our home thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff especially Mr. Ersin Cetin, the front office manager, who went an extra mile to make our stay pleasant. I will surely stay here in the near future when i visit the beautiful Bursa. There are no words that can describe our satisfaction but I have done my best.

The main thing is to feel u r at home, and this is what u are going to feel there.. One of the best front office staff I have seen in Türkiye. Rooms r clean ,location is perfect, executive lounge is perfect (it just need so.e seats out there) , the breakfast menu needs some change day after day.

Location is great, in the center. Breakfast is really nice Reception is working as if they don't like guests, please don't ask question, take your key and leave me alone, I am busy, is the feeling they gave me upon check-in and checkout. Lounge offer is just fine, all what you need is available Pool is ok, clean

1- Great Location. Near and within walking distance to the Kent Park (largest city’s park) and Marka Shopping Mall (largest city’s mall) 2- Generally helpful staffs 3- Good breakfast options with friendly service at the restaurant 4- Room smells odor (mixture of cigarette smoke and sewage) 5- Old furniture and towels. Broken hangers and dirty carpet. The hotel needs to have a full renovation process 6- Sounds at night due to air pressure difference between inside and outside 7- Spa treatments are too expensive. For example, 50 mins massage costs €130 8- upon check in, I would advise the receptionists to take pre-authorization rather than full payment for guests with a flexible rate reservation. This will save a lot of time and eliminate worries for both sides specially if there is a remaining amount for the guest upon check out

Stayed 19 days for a business trip and at the end of the day I enyoyed the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the spa and indoor pool area. The staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable there.

5* 👍 Hotel; from reception (Omer, Huseyin, Seda and morning ladies) to housekeeper, vale service, bar staff (Orhan), SPA cleaner, breakfast room to Security all are excellent attitudes. Very well trained ( I guess) very polite, kind, and professional !!! I congratulate the management that your staff are imazing, this more then 5* service. Hotel itself; good location and well equipped rooms and Sheraton standards 👏 👍 👌 wall windows are really enjoyable for nice view 👍

Nice hotel in the more commercial area of Bursa. Room and bathroom was very big and spacious. Had a great view too.

I came here for the “shine spa” so I will be writing in regards to that.Firstly, I was greeted by very friendly staff with a smile. Staff speaks English well. They were very nice and helpful. The pool and spa are very clean. The floors in the pool area are heated which was very comfortable. Water temperature was perfect, I found that it is often too warm here in turkey. Overall, I cannot mention anything negative in my short stay.

Everything is good about the hotel. There is only one point that made me regret on the minute I booked in this hotel, 😡 is that they closed the indoor pool and SPA at 9pm and we were told that it will be closed at 11 pm. So unfortunately I spent more than 600 euros just to sleep in the room and not using any of the hotel facilities just because suddenly they changed the time schedule of the pool without informing the guests. I went to complain in the reception, but they did nothing. I see in this situation the guest at least should receive compensation. 😡😡

Not really Pet friendly! You can not go to restaurant and cafe in the hotel with your Pet. You can not leave the Pet in the room neither! Nobody informed me during the booking about all those even I booking a room to stay with my dog. What kind of Pet friendly hotel is this?

Definitely the best in town! The staff are very nice and warm... Very helpful they go the extra mile to serve you. Rooms are bit old but still clean. Amenities are poor! Food is amazing.

Sheraton Bursa location is good near shopping centre and many restaurants around. Very helpful staff but the furniture in the rooms need an uplifting otherwise all are good.

Next to Aloft Hotel Bursa. Be property that still well maintained at both looks and services. Great people, friendly, well trained and very helpful staff. Cozy and super beautiful hotels room. Impressive hotel lobby and great choices of food offered. Both restaurants in this hotel have the best to share with their customers. Will absolutely recommended

Excellent from check in to check out. SEDA reception a real super start very accommodating, helpful and nice. It has been a while since I met someone showing the hospitality way. I would like to highlight SEDA from the F&B team who made our daily breakfast a real enjoyment spot on!

Firstly this hotel does not recognise Marriot Bonvoy members and give absolutely no priority to any preference. Secondly, I was given a terrible room, extremely old, furniture is bad condition, and the room smells despite that I sent my room preference and my request was ignored No way near 5 star Hotel. I would rate it a 2 star hotel

Definition of 5 stars. All the staff are very kind and courteous. Service is amazing, breakfast timings are good too. Restaurant in the hotel isn’t the best, but there is lots of food places close by. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Manager was also amazing and a BOSS

everything in the hotel perfect the service, location 👌🏻 only 1 thing need to change is the furnitures for the hotel and the rooms . otherwise I highly recommend to stay in this hotel as a family or friends or couples.

Very, very bad hotel, the furniture is dirty, the bed covers are dirty and there is a smell, and the bathrooms do not work with the fans and the blackboards do not work, and the cleaning of their rooms is very bad. And when we contacted them, they said we can't do anything Bad service, I don't recommend it

I had a wonderful weekend at the Bursa Sheraton Hotel. It has an excellent location in the new district. You can quickly get to all of the tourist spots by taxi. There is also a big shopping mall in front of the hotel. It's the only hotel in Bursa that allows stays with pets. The staff was amiable and helpful.
