I don’t recommend the restaurant. Although it is a nice experience to be taken by boat and the interior is nice, the food is below average for a high price. Very sad, as its just focusing on tourists and do not serve the service and food experience, a romantic dinner deserves.

You can get here from European side when you take ferry on Kabatas - Besiktas station and take walk by the sea on Asian side (approximately 20 min). This is one of my very favourite places in Istanbul and it's really worth the money to go there. Doesn't matter if during the day or during the night - always just terrific and amazing! I've made my marriage proposal to my wife there and the staff in there has been really helpful and supporting. Private table at night covered with rose petals and the full menu and great pictures during the proposal afterwards! But to go there during the night you need to make a reservation via call or via app - so if you just want to visit and see the beauty and mark of Istanbul I'd recommend you to go there during the day - night is quite expensive.
