Currently staying here and i really have hard time talking to front desk because of their attitude. They are simply no welcoming or nice and you can see their Attitude on the face when they talk to you. I booked hotel because of spa well and steam room and sauna and packed with guys and i am not able to use it because to use it i have to leave women’s dressing room and go through male dressing room to get there. Hotel rooms are amazing but i would not expect less for this price. Nothing though is included not a reception or breakfast. I will not come back to this hotel because of i am paying this kind of money i would expect nicer attitude towards me and to see rolled eyes of front desk people

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! What made it even better was that my trip to Istanbul was primarily for shopping, and this hotel's location was ideal. It's just a short 5-minute walk from Nisantisi, a renowned shopping street in Istanbul. The rooms were lovely, lots of space, and the service was excellent as well. And of course, I HAVE to mention their delicious breakfast, which was an absolute delight. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! :)

Everything was as we expected it. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The service always take care and react quickly. Wellness area is clean and comfortable. The pool we didn’t used, so i can’t rate it. The traffic outside the hotel is quite busy, but the windows are sealed very good, so you don’t hear much. The easiest way to way to explore Istanbul from the hotel is by subway. The station is just 30 meter away.

I was here with my friend from 6 to 11 October 2022. Very friendly staff. Especially the polite and funny butler at the breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars alone! (and the magic of Turkish coffee) The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The room is quiet and the air conditioning is efficient. Excellent location. I will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone.

There was a blonde violin player in the lobby making racist and rude comments. I can't believe you have people like that working in such a classy hotel. Really embarassing. And you find better violin music talent in Taksim.

Spent 6 nights in the hotel in April 2023 and it was a really good experience. Great room, lovely staff, clean, quiet, and a great pool on the top floor. Right opposite the metro so very easy to get around this fantastic city. Housekeeping staff super friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

The only positive point of the hotel is location and rooms were also relatively clean, the reservation staff were very rude, and the typical breakfast was as good as a 4or 3-star hotel and repeated every day like before, and lastly, beware of staff theft. As time of check out, some drink of minibar room was outside the mini bar exactly on the table side of the minibar in the room , and when we leave room and check out They take 400 lira from us!!!!and said There was no drink on the table ( If they had checked the cctv , they would have noticed that the maid had not brought anything into the room and that everything was for the time we left the room) !!! And we could not prove and pay, and when we protested, Reservation staff behave very rudely !!! In the end, you will go to a 4 or 3 star hotel but you will pay for 5 stars !!!! Choose with yourself

There was a ballroom above my room. Music was heard every Night !!! the reception desk did not want to help me. Stuff is not helpful. great location. big plus for the swimming pool (not great, but it is), well-equipped gym (rare in hotels), breakfasts could be better. I will not say anything about the price because I had a big discount because I was here for surgery and the clinic gave a good price for the hotel.

A beautiful experience for the first time both in Istanbul and the hotel. Very friendly people and management, yummy breakfast!! Something about the Turkish food that is so unique and different! I went in the winter so I couldn’t try much of the features the hotel had like swimming and spa. Diffidently worth the try there. And it’s very close everything around the city. Easy to get to anywhere.

Its my second time here. First time i make revive 4/5 Stars because my room was under ballroom And was loud in the evening. This time i get FREE upgrade room standard so im very happy. hotel location is great, hotel gym very good. breakfast could be better. I recommend the hotel, I will definitely come back

SO DISAPPOINTED! I booked for 8 nights in this hotel as soon I arrived I payed after paying they decided to tell me that after 4 days we will have to change the rooms, sorry but why did you decide to tell me after paying not before so I go And find another hotel? I am here for a vacation to relax and enjoy am not here to keep changing the room. I asked them to find me another room or upgrade or do whatever but they refused. This is a very bad image and bad customer service! This wasn’t mentioned in booking or anywhere else. Very disappointing!

Decent hotel, but very dated décor for the price you are paying. Good location as you are close to a lot of amenities and good locations in touristic region of Istanbul. The fitness facilities are pretty good. But the food options & restaurant were average at best, Ramada need to rethink this very fast. One of the downsides to my arrival was that, we arrived slightly earlier than our check-in time (2pm which is later than everywhere else in the world) and they had no facilities for us to be able to rest and wait whilst our room was being readied, this was because the hotel had no "spare rooms" and the "House-keeping did not arrive until 9am to clean the room". I find this unbelievable for a hotel brand such as Ramada, as they should always prepare for such situations and the management should re-think this rather than try to pack as many guests into as many rooms as possible. Overall, expensive stay for what you receive that is why I am only giving it 3 stars. Mediocre.

We had a great time and lovely stay at this hotel. Front desk staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room was big, very clean and with all amenities needed, plus housekeeping team did a great job. Breakfast service was nice with fresh omelette. Spa area was lovely and the rooftop pool was perfect for some relaxation from the busy city. Location was also really convenient either walking or with public transportation. Well done to the team!

Really good hotel to stay, the staff are super friendly and they provide free upgrades on availability as well. A lot of good resturants and shopping are in walking distance. The hotel swimming pool and fitness center are also really very good. The hotel spa has very good rates, it is a must recommend to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is nice but in a very crowded area! Also I really didn't like the entrance! As a 5 stars hotel it shouldn't put stairs to reach the reception!! This is so commercial and doesn't fit with being a fancy hotel!! Also we had 2 days event in there and for someone who doesn't drink coffee nor tea why there was no juice option at all! It was really disappointing! It's not a bad hotel at all but they must work on the details because it matters...

I want use this towel and its so dirty i cant believe Ramada is 5 stars hotel. It’s deserve 1 star hotel. And then i see the blanket,it’s dirty too. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s awfull.

The service was great, but the staff seemed overworked or something, as they all carried a lethargic look to them. The top floor with the gym and the swimming pool are the top attractions. The gym in particular was very well equiped, clean and modern. The breakfast is also quite nice. The rooms could use some renovations, and my room had the all-too-typical smell of a well-used hotel: that of sweaty socks. Also, those who are noise sensitive, you may want to ask for a room that does not face the main road.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and everyone are very kind and helpful! As a guest they try their best to make you feel like home! One of the best part of our stay was having breakfast at the restaurant with lovely waitresses; Halime, Damla, Akin and Odmal. We also had a very pleasant and relaxing massage experience :)

Outstanding service and hospitality ! We came to celebrate our father's 70th anniversary. The hotel gave us a free breakfast and a premium SPA for my father. The crew was nice. During the breakfast they came with a cake singing "Happy Birthday" and doing some good vibes. They even warmed up the pool when we asked them to - highly appreciated!

We were a group of 7 people staying here for almost a week. This was for a business conference scheduled in Istanbul. It was a pathetic experience since the time we were checking in especially this staff member who was at the reception. His name was Ersin. He was the most difficult person to deal with when it came to check in and even while booking a cab. The worst part was he even started yelling at us during a discussion. I felt this was subjected to us specially as guets from other nationalities were greeted better. The rooms here are very small and it might take ages to get anything to your room. The bathroom had no proper shower you have to use the hand shower. We had a tough time dealing with the staff here except at the breakfast table. The people at the restaurant were way more receptive. But I do not recommend this hotel for any business purposes as there are many better options near by.

Frankly speaking, the hotel is very excellent and its location is strategic. The male and female employees are very courteous and their dealings are very sophisticated and their smile never leaves their faces, especially the security employee (Aleef). My special thanks and gratitude go to the receptionist whose name is (Hazal). She is very ethical and cooperative and helps the guests and serves them. She did not fall short in taste.

We booked this hotel for the pool. There was a wedding booked there and hotel guests were not allowed at the pool. It was very disappointing for us. We would have chosen another hotel had we known. We have stayed in the Grand Hyatt prior and wish we would have stayed there. It was much nicer!

The location of the hotel is in a quiet and really central area and across the street there is a metro station. The breakfast is rich and tasty and the rooms are clean Spoil my dad for his 70th birthday with a masag ,cake , and breakfast as a gift for all of us (5 people) A highly recommended hotel!!

PROS Ramada Hotel in Istanbul is a true gem for those who want to be right in the heart of the city center. The location is perfect and offers easy access to everything Istanbul has to offer. The hotel itself is impressive, with spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Don't miss out on the amazing pool available on the rooftop. CONS I was disappointed by the room service staff's lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Not only did the room service fall short, but I also noticed issues with the personal hygiene of the staff. The resulting unpleasant odor in the room after their cleaning sessions was quite noticeable. It's my sincere hope that the hotel takes this matter seriously and implements measures to address these hygiene concerns effectively.

Ramada plaza felt like home away from home. Special thanks to Halima who professionally made it her duty to go the extra mile to make me feel like family. She has great potential and can do better if given the opportunity.

I think it's almost perfect hotel. Great separate spa with hamam, steam room and sauna. Nice clean and silent rooms, fast lifts and friendly English speaking stuff. Plus a location near the metro, taxi and close to the historic city center. Plus great beds... Mmm)

The best hotel in Turkey! Location is amazing if you are a shop-a-holic like me. The hygiene is great and the staff was so nice to us! They greeted us with flowers and even upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary! Our check in was done by Mr. Kaan and it took him only 2/3 minutes. He was very fast and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located in a very strategic area which is close to everything but not as crowded. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kaan from the reception for his excellent service and hospitality. The room is clean, spacious, and abkve expectations.

The rooms were good. The reception was also fine We had some problems with the cleanliness The first day they forgot a cleaning liquid ! One of the days they forgot a cleaning towel ! We requested a spoon and fork After using they didn't remove it from the room or even clean it ! Last day we move and put them in the hand wash in the bathroom, they did not remove it ! They keep it dirty and put it in the glass Also one of the days, the " Don't disturb " sign was in the door but unfortunately one of the staff entered the room, switched the lights on ! This is very upsetting and unbearable. And I will not recommend the hotel for any of my network

We haven't stayed in the rooms as guests as our home is nearby, but we regularly visit the cafe in the lobby. Damla Ş. is the sweetest and most friendly barista/cook I think I've ever had serve me (and I visit a lot of coffee shops!). Highly recommend!!

Great staff always smiling ready to help you! Clean rooms! Next to Osmanbay metro station - 30min to Grand Bazaar. They organized a special breakfast for my birthday. It was a wonderful surprise…with happy tears while the staff was singing for me Happy Birthday! 💖 And also helped my husband to organize for me a second surprise - a special dinner with birthday cake with Bosphorus Boat Cruise.

5 stars? NOT REALLY! Staff, accommodation and location is great! However; internet sucks big time, the card system to enter the elevator is outdated and fails every 5th time you want to reach your floor, breakfast has been exactly the same for 7 days in a row.

I used to stay at this hotel for my last few travel to Istanbul. It was great due to it location and price. This visit I felt definitely. The quality of the room reduced. Window not close perfectly and the AC was not working. I changed the room. The AC took till the second day to be cold. And the furniture is old and damaged. There was a queue of taxis and easy to get Taxi before .. now you have to go out side try you luck with Taxis. Staff still friendly and polite.. I think they need to renovation ( not just use naked women in advertisement ) Best regards Fahad

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, the access of the hotel to different centers of Istanbul was really great due to the presence of the metro. The room was clean, but the main problem was the noise from the street, which was annoying at times. The rooms were cleaned every day, but the main problem was that the slippers were removed every day and we had to ask them to bring them to us!! Even the toothbrush was the same. The breakfast was complete, the staff's treatment was excellent!

Wi-fi connection is poor. Other than that it's a great hotel with good service and location.

Hotel not 5 stars for sure. Sewer system not working, it was disgusting smell from tubes in sink in two rooms, furniture are old, dusty curtains in room, if you having allergic reaction from dust- you will sneeze all the time in room, management of hotel should be way better. Some Workers trying do their best. Cleaner guy was doing his work so good. Workers on reception were professional. I Can highlight two workers, who helped so much, names are Koray and Celal. They were polite and helpful.

Good place, good restarant, but rooms seems too old. My bathroom was not so nice and clean, also it was with sigaretes smell. Window couldn't close several days, only after several times asking on reception they did something and we could close it.

The place was very nice, slow when I got there… the water from rain runs on the ground below your feet through gutters!

I am writing especially about the massage service in Ramada. It was amazing : the welcoming lady was very co-operative and lovely. But the best was "Julia" who made the massage: smiling very professional and golden hands "mashallah" :) and made me feel born again: the pain in my body just disappeared. I recommend the magic massage ✅

I truly believe it is way too expansive for the rooms they have. I had travelled before enough to say it is not a 5 stars Hotel. Staff is very friendly, location also is good, but the rooms are very small and not very well clean.

I have ordered two things from the cafe (to my house with trendyol app) they cancelled the cheap product and even with my wish they didnt cancelled the expensive product. Finally they have send another gift from their inventory for free and returned the cheap product’s money. But I haven’t satisfied. I was like all or none and they didnt want to do it. Worst cafe ever in my eyes. Never visit

This is my first time visiting Turkey and I have to say the service here is tremendous. During their breakfast service, there were two employees who really made me feel at home, Akin and Halime. Everytime I saw them they greeted me with a smile, asked if I needed anything and were by far the warmest and most welcoming people I've met in Turkey so far.

We had a great experience in this Hotel. The staff is really accommodating. Especially worthwhile is coming down for breakfast to be welcomed by the lovely breakfast team. Halime, Damla, Akin and Osman are exceptionally polite, considerate and friendly.

Amazing location. The friendly professional staff starting from the door to every facility at the hotel. Especially the breakfast were perfect with the help of smiling team members. Definitely we will stay again when we come to Istanbul
