The perfume section contains many great brands, however the staff doesn't know what they are talking about. They force themselves onto you and won't leave your side. They are not interested what the customer has to say. Terrible service

The staffs are very rude and disrespectful. Worst of all is the over all manager who’s supportive of the staff disrespectful attitude towards foreigners(African). I’ve had more then 3 issues with the staff and manager for acting rude. 1. I was over charged for a t-shirt that was less priced and all the manager said was we will what to do. 2. Asked a staff for santoni shoes online since my size wasn’t in store and I got a rude response. 3. I asked to speak with the manager about his staff and the manager in my presence said he doesn’t speak English and walked away. 4. A staff specially attacked me to wear a mask when all the other clients in my presence were without mask. Told to ask the others as well and he said I must first wear mine and he walk away without tell other clients to wear a mask. 5. I ask to try one a shoe and the staff asked me to follow him to where the shoes was. When I told him to bring it to me, he got upset and started talking rude in Turkish. I rather spend my money where I’m treating like any other clients!

The Galerie Lafayette of Istanbul with high prices. The Morini restaurant backside terrace is a hidden gem. They have Rimova repair service. Few speaks English!

Not happy with perfume section employees : 1)very persistent some of them 2) one wanted to finish so fast and leave was rushing 3) One was super loud and shouting as if she sells pigs or vegetables .. In my opinion the HR should change some of the employees working there .

Multi high end brands store, very organized 👍🏼

I went around the whole store by myself, and no staff asked me anything. And no one offered to help.

Its the best Beymen store in istanbul, almost complete collection of all top brands in the world ( clothes, accessories, cosmetics, home appliance, high tech and… ) and what ever you want from their online store you can also find in this store too. Only problem is staff push you too much for buying and trying things from the store

Bayman store in this mall is great i like home section.

This store has much less in-stock than other Beymen stores around Istanbul. They cater mostly to the large tourist groups that come by bus to shop there. The other day I was looking at perfumes and a sales associate who had been helping another women select a perfume came and took the perfume I was looking at, and sprayed 6 sprays in the air I. my direction just so this other customer could smell the scent. They did not say excuse me or apologize for dousing me in perfume. Definitely not my preferred branch due to the number of tourists and lack of stock.

Be aware, they do not accept returns or exchanges for bags and accessories. Also sold me a bag with at Beymen Istinyepark. They told me it’s 15% off, I was a bit skeptical, checked the bag but was in a bit of hurry and did not notice the problem in store. Either a fake or just a faulty item. Will Never recommend anyone to shop at Beymen.

Beymen in certainly the place to be. Easy to find a great fit for all tastes and preferences, overwhelming variety of garments. Beymen’s own products remain my most favourite ones.

Is Beymen selling fake products? Or are Alexander McQueen sneakers really that bad quality? And by the way, if you are planning to indulge yourself into a shopping spree therapy and buy Alexander McQueens from Beymen with EUR 230 more than what you can get directly from the official website of Alexander McQueen or any other online store - do not buy from Beymen with EUR 230 more, and go and buy directly with EUR 230 less on any online store. So this is what you get for overpriced Alexander McQueens at Beymen: stitching coming off, uneven writing (font, colours), uneven stitching and the surface of the ‘leather’ starting to detach itself. So who is at fault here (except me letting myself blinded by a fake ‘trust’ that in ‘luxury stores’ there are no flaws/fakes when you pay that much) - Beymen and/or Alexander McQueen?
