Brilliant location but security men in need to be carefully filtered. Two times they bullied the foriegner residents who aren't speaking in tr. lang. and insulting them in the Turkish language in a very very bad words. When I faced them they said "we are just joking" . People you're securing and paying your salary are not jokes for your waste time.

Hi .I bought a flat in this complex .I asked the seller that time is very critical for me Then seller said we prepare deed(tapo) in 15 days but after 24 days that I finished paying all money tapo isn't ready and all my plan is destroyed. I bought another flat from other company and I received deed in only one week . So be careful with this company. Today 28 Jan 2019 after 4 wks that I paid I didn't receive the tapo . In buying time the nurol agent said the expertise price for flat is near the buying price but it is more than 15% cheaper than the real one.

It is very far from every thing. It just have some restaurants and Migros supermarket. It is not recommended to live in at all. Even the playing area is so small.

I believe it's my worst experience ever, we have been there for 10 days now in block C and we are still facing the same water problem it gets too hot and too cold same time.. I have 3 kids and since I came every day they promise that it will be fixed in w days.. I rented this apartment for 1850 usd for one month and this was really disappointing!!

I enjoyed my staying at this place , calm and luxurious. The security people were polite and friendly. The view is great and near by every thing you need

Nice project and very family friendly, close to everything in Istanbul so you can go around the city with ease. Security is good 24/7 with cameras everywhere and management always come quickly if there is a problem with no fuss. Good sound insulation so it's comfortable even next to a highway. Feel safe inside the compound and have everything you need inside. Perfect place to live to escape the stress of Istanbul for easy living and you can breathe as it's not busy with crowds etc neighbour's have been friendly. Not sure about some of the comments, the project is sold out and in demand here, can easily be rented or sold due to it's strategic location in central European side Istanbul and you can get to the sea very quickly from here - Florya, Bakirkoy, Yesilkoy which are some of the best areas.
