Extremely delicious food in the rooftop restaurant!! Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!!

Amazing Moroccan restaurant in the Medina. Had diner at the rooftop. One of the best couscous. Great service. Good price.

The main course was good, we took the fish cake and the chicken tagines. For starters we shared a few salads that didn't taste fresh with a bitter after taste.

Visited Marrakesh februari 2016 and Café Babouche several times. What a wonderfull small, very cosy place to sit, drink and eat something... Everything beautiful prepared and an enjoyment to try and be surprised. Loved the interaction with people there, those who worked there as well as guests... One of many beautiful places I never forgot and would gladly visit again☺️👍🏻 I loved the green juice drink on the foto; unfortunately don't exactly remember the ingredients but dó know I liked it very much... (was it with lemon🍋 and advocado🥑?)

While the rooftop is really nice, the food is a little underwhelming. Limited taste and small to tiny portions.

Food was tasty with good flavors, although portion size is on the smaller side. If you get tagine, I’d recommend a side salad or couscous. The people working here are really nice and Wi-Fi works well!

Really reallly bad food.. The potatoes and the falafel was reheated and not fresh.. Everything was cold..The food is other from the photos we saw on Google.. We also had stomach problems at night.. Avoid this "restaurant"..

They made me a veggie burger despite it being from an old menu. The burger itself was literally just vegetables inside a bun with some sauce which although it tasted ok, I initially thought it had some type of patty like beans, potato, etc. It had a nice ambience with Spanish music playing in the background and the decoration were fun. The staff was very friendly and well versed in English.

This is one of the bests restaurants that we have been in Marrakech. Fresh and good food, nice quality price and a space with an incredible vibe. And, on top of all that, Yasim is the star of this restaurant. A really nice guy and someone you can trust.

Wonderful little place with super friendly staff. Really nice ambiance. Live music and the musicians were not only excellent but friendly. Food was pretty good and fresh. Prices were just right. I would recommend this place.

The service was quite good and it is also a nice local. I ordered the day Menu. The drink is not included in the menu. However, after the menu they invite you to have some Moroccan tea and some typical Arabic sweets. The portions of the meals are not very big but they were tasty. I Recommend it!

I went a couple of times to this restaurant because it is close to the main square, quite popular, and honestly it does serve good food even if very touristy. I recommend the fixed menu which includes 3 small courses for 75dhm (drinks excluded). Cannot complain about any plate really!

This place is nice to go to after you've been in Marrakech 1-2 days and would like to eat something different or something familiar (they have pasta here if you're missing that!) I had a prawn & tomato tagine, harira and pasta. This place has a wider menu at good prices (45-75dhm), so it's a good place to visit if you want something different!

I think this is the best experience I had so far in Marrakesh after had a hard day at the souk (get tricked by some local guide and lost some money for nothing). The food, the service and the atmosphere were amazing. Friendly attentive service and delicious local food , very worth the money ! If it’s your first time visit in Marrakesh, just come here with your eyes closed, you won’t regret it.

We visited this place twice during our stay in Marrakech. Good food and excellent service. The staff is very kind, they speak English and Spanish. The price is cheap compared to the quality of the food.

Schönes Restaurant mit schicker Dachterrasse, einladend dekoriert und mit erfrischenden Wassersprühsystem. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen waren üppig. Einen Stern Abzug gab es nur, weil wir zwei Essen bestellen wollten, die an dem Tag aus waren. Die Drinks waren auch sehr erfrischend.

A nice place, with live music the night we went, with good service and nice Moroccan atmosphere. The food tajine good and tasty, however the soup was tasteless and needed salt and pepper. The worst thing was that the waiter touched the cat that was there and the money and when we asked for bread, he picked the bread with the same hands he touched the cat without washing them and without gloves! Just disgusting, to say the least, even though he was very helpful.

Sehr gutes Essen und schöne Dachterrasse. Ich würde empfehlen früh zu kommen dann kann man sich den Tisch auf der Dachterrasse noch aussuchen. Man sollte geduldig sein da das Service nicht besonders schnell ist.

Awesome cafe just outside of the main plaza -- lovely double rooftop terrace ( the topmost is a bit difficult to get to due to the winding stair case, but amazing ). Food was awesome - great variety, great portions & reasonably priced. The tea was amazing! Above all - the service was outstanding and made sure everything was was provided with the best of care. Definitely worth a visit!

Meine erste richtig schlechte Bewertung, leider. Eine Kakerlake, woher sie auch immer herkommen mag, ist ein absolutes No-Go. Man macht sich bei diesem Anblick zurecht gewisse Gedanken. Das Essen war so ok. Die Pasta hat meiner Freundin nicht geschmeckt. Nachdem ich den Anblick des Insektes überwunden hatte, half ich meiner Freundin. Der Service ist leider nicht ganz aufmerksam. Es waren nicht genug Tische und Stühle da, wie man vorher bestellt hatte. Chaos. Alles viel zu eng. Schade.

It’s a really nice rooftop setting, but the food seemed underwhelming. I only got a starter, but the portions seemed generally small when looking at other tables. It was very touristy! But for a midday stop, it was a welcome break for the feet and certainly comfortable.

I was eating the kabab kofta twice, the taste was very good. The personal is very friendly 👌🏾. Update: the 3rd time they forgot to order the meals in the kitchen. At 5his 5ime the restaurant was nearly empty, we were waiting for ½ an hour. When they noticed, they quickly made the food and unfortunately the food wasn't fresh and probably had been warmed up.

get a juice!! moroccan salad was really good as was the vegetarian couscous. Found the vegetarian tagine as well as the vegetarian soup to be like spiced yet somehow unflavoured. Service was fast and the staff we're super friendly! Would return :)

No problems in communicating with the friendly staff. I ordered the vegetable couscous. The portion size is more than enough for one and at a reasonable price.

We had a great experience the first time. Both times we sit on the rooftop which is very nice. First experience was almost perfect, the food and the drinks were very tasty. Second time we had to wait for our mains over 2.5h after which we decided to leave without eating. To be fair, they made a discount on the bill because of the inconvenience but it was a huge inconvenience as we had to head to the airport and we couldn’t get lunch somewhere else.

Food is good. Pizza here is different from the typical pizza. The dough is crunchy and little bit harder, but still enjoyable. We had the tuna one and Quesadilla here was also very tasty.

Best restaurant on my trip through Morocco. The food and especially the salad are delicious. The staff is also very friendly. Went there twice because of the staff and the good food. Would go there again.

We came here because of all the other great reviews and they were completely right. A great little cafe in the heart of the medina, great food and excellent customer service from Yasim, who was warm and welcoming and made our lunch even more enjoyable. He also gave us local tea at the end of the meal.

We went there for a quick late lunch, we took two soups and a wrap. We ate our soups (waiting time around 20 minutes), but we couldn’t finish the wrap – it was really really bad. The service was nice.

One of the best lunches in Morocco, ate the menu of the day, delicious Lebanese salad and then Kofta tagine followed by small Moroccan pastries for 75. Absolute must visit!!!

Close to the Jamaa El Fna Square, this cozy bar / restaurant with rooftop terrace will offer you high quality, fresh and local food topped with an excellent and friendly service. Bonus: all this at very reasonable prices. Many thanks to the owner, Yasin (sorry if I might have misspelled your name), who you'll recognize by his warm, welcoming smile; I barely sat down when he came to my table to say hello because he recognized me from the night before. Also special thanks to Lotfi, Mustafa and the rest of the team to make this a great experience for this first-time solo traveller. Probably the most friendly place in Marrakesh. People in the city is amazing in general. On this small café they are extra nice. Food is good in taste and quality.
