Restaurant

👍 It’s little bit hidden and difficult to find. Definitely requires a reservation. Highly recommended. The staff is so polite and moves like shadows. Food is amazing. It was a great journey through key maroccan dishes. Live music is a good addition. People often mention menu, nice, wine, restaurant, service, atmosphere,

This is not an easy place to find, just a discrete brass plaque marks the entrance and you must knock to be let in. But once in you can't fail to be enchanted by the lovely ambience. I was prepared for the extensive fixed menu so didn't eat lunch. The cost is 650MAD per person and for that you get:- Your choice of Aperitif with olives Bottle of wine 8 meze starters (vegetarian) Chicken tagine Lamb tagine Couscous with vegetables 2 x deserts Tea or coffee It is a ridiculous amount of food for 1 person and I couldn't eat it all. I'm sure most people would think less food and less cost? But I understand the restaurant is full most evenings so I guess the owner feels they have a winning formula. Service was excellent and there is live music.

Set menu with starters, 2 tagine, 1 couscous, all drinks included at 640 mad per person Good: Good environment, helpful staff, nice performance, delicious food Bad: deserts too sweet, huge portion of food (you cant actually eat all)

It was a really nice evening and great food. Great service and music! If I would reserve again I would explicitly say that I want to be seated downstairs. We had a table upstairs where it became quite hot and also the musicians were quite far away. The manager was really nice and came by to every table to ask if everything is fine which we really valued.

Avoid this place. They pretend their card terminal is not working but in fact you are being charged several times. Your bank says transaction is approved, yet they say it is not. Oh, and food is maybe a 6 out of 10. We are staying in La Mamounia which is the best address in town and for example, our cards work perfectly fine there.

We had a lovely evening here, the food was delicious and plentiful, we were very well looked after by the staff and the atmosphere is really special. It's slightly more expensive than other places we ate at but you are also paying for the live music and dancing which we felt was well worth it.

This is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food from the set menu was exquisite, the wine delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and magical and the staff were attentive and lovely. Every detail, from the charming man who escorts you through the back streets to get to the restaurant, to the wonderful singing and dancing musical duo, made this an incredibly special evening which I cannot wait to repeat.

This is a very nice place for a multi course meal with entertainment. The entertainment was sounded very repetitive. The first course with many small plates of food was very good. It was followed by a tagine and a desert. It was a set price menu that included a bottle of wine. Expect to spend at least a couple of hours or more here. Food was nice prepared and presented.

Don’t go to this restaurant ! Avoid this place ! The food is NOT authentic at all and overrated- I am Moroccan and I am ashamed to see restaurants like these pretend to make traditional Moroccan food. No flavors!! salads are tiny and basic, meat is chewy, flavorless couscous and tajines. And on top they charge 650 dhs per person (which is too high for the quality of food). A rip off! I was invited by international friends from London, and I wish they didn’t book this place… id recommend Sahbi Sahbi instead which has a varied menu with a closer taste to Moroccan cuisine or La grande table Marocaine at the Royal Mansour (high end). On another note, the place is cute, so I give one star to the atmosphere.

Amazing service, almost everyone speaks English and one of the best services I have had in a restaurant ever. Will always come back.

food is ok… and nice atmosphere after following the labyrinth of Marrakech Medina. I think there is a problem with their connection because my card was charged twice. I advise you carry cash and not use cards as it seems a common problem here.

Excellent food. Great musicians. Beautiful restaurant. Only a set menu available which was pricey. Probably not worth it but had a great time.

Overrated. Price in the European high range whilst being in Marocco where you'd expect much cheaper. We payed 65eur/e (4pp) for the menu and a wine bottle. Tajine was basic and couscous with vegetables was not tasty. On the positive side, the interiors were nice.

Amazing ambiance and service. The food is very good yet restrained.

Great and abundant Food, European pricing. Out of 1 Tajine can easily eat two persons.

While the food is fine, there is way too much of it for a single person. No menu. Therefore no idea house wine included. Only discovered in reviews. I ordered an inexpensive bottle, but would not have done so knowing the facts. I disputed the charge. The owner was huffy. Just said the waiter meant to tell me. No apology. This reflected the general atmosphere of indifferent service. This is really only for tourists not seeking a real local experience. Have been to many restaurants in Marrakech. I hesitated giving three stars.

👍👍 Stopped in for a spot of lunch to escape the souks, ended up coming back another day because of how good it was! You have to try the spiced coffee, not sure what's in it but boy is it good.
