My second visit in « 72 Riad living » was unforgettable. Again, I was amazed by the place. The Riad is Sumptuous... the rooftop, the atmosphere..., plus the very friendly and helpful staff that made every effort to make us feel good. Everything was just perfect... I highly recommend it!

Overall the rooms are very nice in this riad and definitely worth it if you are looking for authentic Moroccan room. The location is also suitable and close to many places by walk. The staff that work at the hotel who are local are all very pleasant and nice people. However if you are looking for more out of your riad stay than just a nice room, please read carefully below: If you are a healthy and athletic person like me- the food is very basic and disappointing at this riad. The Moroccan cuisine is contemporary style and not the traditional and super authentic food that you are looking for when you come to Morocco. We had dinner one night at the hotel and unfortunately the food had no real taste and was very bland...especially the couscous. No flavor. The breakfast which is included I would say was the worst. Its all PURE carbs with 0 vegetables and diversity in fruits. They offer one type of fruit everyday with no other options...The coffee is very obvious that they use a cheap brand. The local market has tons of variety of fruits and vegetables so I dont know why the hotel just doesn't buy this and incorporate it into their breakfast to make it more authentic, healthy and diverse. There is 0 variety when it comes to their jams and cheese. The same bland tasting cheese is served everyday and there are tons of varieties in the market if you just walk out of the riad. The manager was also disappointing and unprofessional in some of the way in which she handled our specific situation... the overall service could have been better and did not represent the true Moroccan hospitality in our opinion. We experienced 10X better service and attitude outside of the Riad....

We loved our experience at this Riad. It's beautiful and well-located. Rooms are well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. Restaurant is fabulous (wonderful breakfasts are included in the price of the room), and above all, the staff is so attentive and wants to create the best experiences for their guests. Highly recommend!

What a beauiful hotel in a fantastic location. Absolutely excellent staff who went above and beyond for us. They are about to open their new spa & pool. We were lucky enough to have a sneak peak. The spa looks stunning!! Well worth the visit!

We wanted to treat ourselves on our last day in Marrakech with a regenerating traditional hammam and we had the best experience we could possibly imagine! The staff couldn't be more available, welcoming and prepared, and it's coupled with a newly renovated location merging together modernity and tradition in a delightful fashion. Simply a piece of paradise at the heart of the city, highly recommended!

We went here just for lunch on our last day in Marocco. It looks closed from the outside but just ring the bell and they'll let you in. Very nice place, lovely rooftop. The waiter was fantastic as well as the food. It felt a bit more upscale compared to other places. After our long lunch the waiter showed us around the hotel a bit more, as if it was his own.

Absolutely incredible experience living here - tucked away in the heart of the souq, yet felt incredibly relaxing. The staff is so welcoming, the food was awesome and the spa topped it all off. If it’s your first time in Morocco - I would recommend this highly. Great value for money - you’re getting top notch 5* service at a fraction of the price at a big chain.

Everything is nice but nothing exceptional. Rooms are small, simple and dark. Biggest problem for me was that breakfast "freshly brewed coffee" was instant coffee. For normal machine cappuccino they charged extra 4€. So if you love nice quality coffee in the morning, avoid this riad.

We had an absolutely extraordinary experience at 72 Riad Living. It went above and beyond all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the sheer beauty of this Riad. The interior design was a perfect blend of elegance and Moroccan architectural charm. Situated in a clean neighborhood within the narrow streets of old Marrakech, offering quick access to the famous old souq of Marrakech. Upon entering the Riad, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. The Riad itself is quite spacious, comprised of multiple interconnected Riads, boasting both ground and rooftop pools. There were numerous inviting lounge areas scattered throughout the Riad, providing ideal spots for enjoying coffee, tea, and delightful meals. One of the highlights of our visit was indulging in the traditional Moroccan Hamam and massage treatment at their exquisite spa. It was a truly rejuvenating and immersive experience that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. The rooms at 72 Riad Living were a testament to the Riad's commitment to style and comfort. Each room was tastefully decorated, reflecting the unique Moroccan aesthetic, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The exceptional hospitality, stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and top-notch amenities made it a truly unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this Riad to anyone seeking an enchanting getaway in Marrakech.

We stayed 5 nights at Riad 72 and adored every single moment. I highly recommend this riad inside the Medina. Although it is a very close walk to everything it is excessively quiet inside the riad. The dinner and food is very good and the team is one of the best we have experienced in the entire world. They are kind and very attentive. I cannot recommend this stay enough. P.S. the hammam + massage was life giving. Kudos Riad 72!!

All the Staff here are super friendly, they couldn’t have done more to make our stay great. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakesh, it’s a very close walk to the medina and to the main taxi point, the surrounding area felt completely safe. The Riad is much bigger than it looks and has two pools and a spa. The pool areas are real luxury with plenty of large sun beds and towels. Our room was lovely and each day we were given a varied breakfast that set us up for the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

This Riad is amazing! The people are all very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The restaurant on site and hammam are also very good and are a must to experience.

What a place. Loved it from the minute we arrived. Lovely relaxed vibe. Superb food. Rooftop pool and bar are so chilled. We stayed in the Grande suite which was amazing. Can’t imagine there is anywhere better in Marrakech.

Excellent place to stay. Very warm personnel, great view from roof top, very calm place. The only problem was the weak internet connection in the room.

Amazing Riad in the middle of the old town in Marrakech. You enter a different world as soon as you come here. Beautiful and stylish interior design. The service is outstanding and the staff pays attention to every detail. They catered to our requests with a fantastic and helpful attitude. The staff is super friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be staying here the next time I visit Marrakech. Stayed here January 2021.

72 Riad Living is a gem of modern elegance and luxury in the heart of the Medina. Every staff person was so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring (exceeding our expectations in every respect, anticipating our needs and questions, arranging wonderful guides, making dinner reservations and organizing interesting and fun experiences). The food was delicious and the rooms, impeccably clean. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

What an oasis! The staff members are great, the rooms are clean and private. The restaurant at the top is superb. They even gave us a personal phone for emergencies. This Riad has thought of everything. It doesn't get much better than this.

Very nice Riad, we spent a long weekend there. It is close to everywhere (walking distance). We have really enjoyed our stay there. Service outstanding, high quality. We will be back for sure.

We only went here for dinner but wish we'd discovered it early enough to stay here. It's a stunning place and a real surprise to find behind the walls of the small alleyway. The rooftop terrace has a stunning view and has a fantastic decor. Food was a bit pricey but, what you'd expect for such a nice place. Loved it!

We loved our stay at Riad 72 and we can’t recommend it highly enough! Next time we come back to Morocco we will definitely stay here, the decor has a modern flair which we loved and it was so incredibly peaceful! You can also see the Atlas Mountains from the rooftop while enjoy the amazing breakfast spread! Also dinner was fantastic, our favorite spot in Marrakech.

Stayed in this lovely Riad for three nights and it was one of the most wonderful stays Ive ever experienced. Clean, stylish and super attentive staff. Great breakfast also!

Accommodation, facilities and rooms were all exceptional. I had the room with a private terrace and this was brilliant and really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed my stay and particularly that all staff remembered me by name which was excellent detail. The room was cleaned very well twice every day. A few very minor points below: The only issue with my room was that it was above the kitchen and I was disturbed by noise late in the evening from the kitchen. I asked for earplugs but told these weren’t available. I also asked for a more firm pillow but was told this also wasn’t available. I was a bit disappointed as these are fairly standard hotel items which in my opinion should be available for guests. The staff were excellent and tried very hard to assist with any issues. Again, minor issue that I struggled to communicate questions/issues to them so they they understood. E.g. asking for a more firm pillow I had to take the guy to my room and mine what I wanted. However the attitude cannot be faulted as they meant very well.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay there, everything was so carefully thought of from the arrival pick up at the airport, to the welcome tea, to the dress up of the breakfast/dinner space and the extraordinary facilities such as the Hammam and the massage. Stefania and her team were a lovely host, very helpful and with an extreme care for details to make our stay as good as possible. The architecture of the Riad 72 is very authentic, generous and calm and it offers multiple opportunities to set back and enjoy some quality some either alone or with a bigger group. I'd say it's great place for all sorts of guests, either couples or small families. Big shout out to the stuff as well, we were impressed by their kindness. I wish we stayed more, but I am sure we will go back soon.

Really awful food last night. Worst salad starters ever wt bizarre recipe development combos of flavors that make no sense. Fish was dry, flavorless, overcooked, no sauce. After having a lot of delicious lovely food in marrakech.

Beautiful Riad. Staff was welcoming and and attentive at all times. The rooms are immaculate, the private terrace was so relaxing. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our hostess made sure we safe and comfortable for our entire trip.

We stayed 5 night and loved everything about our stay. Every staff member is beyond welcoming and always ready to assist you with everything. After booking, the airport transfer was organised for us. Stefania, the lovely manager introduced us to all possible activities you can imagine (as it was our first time in Marrakesh). The Riad is perfectly located but in a quiet street, we walked everywhere and almost never had to use a taxi. The rooms are beautiful, very well curated by the housekeeping team. Not to forget about the amazing breakfast, which was always freshly served in the most beautiful and relaxing breakfast area. We are definitely coming back! Thank's to Stefania and the amazing Team!

This was our first stay in marrakech and I could not recommend this place highly enough! We walked out of the street into what can only be described as a paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the streets and were greeted by the most friendly staff imaginable. Stefania gave us an amazing overview of sights and activities to see and do along with an amazing map of the city which became our bible and her suggestions formed our itinerary for the 3 days that we stayed. The restaurant is excellent and the views from the roof are great. Majda on reception truly made our stay as amazing as possible, she was extremely helpful with arranging a visit for us to a belly dancing restaurant and show amongst hundreds of other requests, she really made it a special visit for us so massive thank you! 10/10 we absolutely loved it!

This is a real hidden gem. Such a warm welcome and amazing food in a chic high end hotel. This is a picture of the meat ball tagine and it tasted incredible.

Just back from having another wonderful stay at Riad 72, 15 years after having our honeymoon there. So nice to see that everything is just as lovely and tranquil as it was back then, but with more rooms, more rooftop space, new splash pool and great food being served. The rooms are luxurious, very clean and nicely designed. The staff and service are faultless and the Riad is in a perfect location too. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing from start to finish. We felt at home and nothing was too much trouble. Could not fault Riad 72. Food is incredible - especially dinner. Highly recommend! Stunning!

Unreal just Unreal. Let me start with the staff, Yasinee, Ahmed, Stefania all of them were just over the top when it came to service. Never once did we feel like we were not taken care of. They helped with luggage, food recommendations, guiding us in town. I mean everything was just amazing. The Riad was fantastic the rooms were spacious and well designed. Lots of natural light and a fountain (be careful cause you can step in it and hurt yourself) that was very nice in the center of the Riad. The rooftop is amazing with the pool and the Bar. We hosted a wedding party at the rooftop for my brother and it was gorgeous. I literally have no complaints about this place and I’m convinced I will only stay at Riad 72 when I’m Marrakech. Thank you to all that made it a wonderful stay.

From check in to check out my stay was exceptional. My room, the service, the spa, and every member of the staff was top tier! I cannot express how happy I was with my decision to have this place to call home during my stay.
