I dunno about the other reviews, but I personally had a decent experience here; had the most a fast food chain could deliver. Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme box, and it might not have been the best or the most authentic Mexican cuisine, but the staff did the job, food was alright, and I’ve got no complaints.

Taco Bell has a new $5 burrito on the menu! The jalapeño crunch burrito is made with seasoned chicken, Mexican rice, a squeeze of Creamy Jalapeño Mayo, dollop of sour cream, crushed tortilla chips and topped with jalapeño peppers, this burrito is like no other on the menu 🔥 If you love a little kick, make sure to give it a try! @ahungryhalfie

Nice American style fast food at a very reasonable price for Mexican dishes. The way Taco Bell presents thier menu is very nice as a box normally comes with two sides a drink and a main. I liked the store it's easy to find, well decorated and accessible with staff taking orders and three self ordering machines. There is also a touch screen where you can choose the music. The food was good and came out very fast, the portion was a little on the small side. They have a suave station that wasn't being used, I asked for some Habenero sauce and they were happy to provide it pre -packaged. The store wasn't very clean with some rubbish being left on the tables and not cleaned up for the duration of my visit. (around 10mins) I had a chicken burrito bowl and it tasted nice.

I used to love visit Taco Bell's toilets. So clean and relaxed! Found someone's DNA (SPUNK) all over the the door! Absolutely vile! He should be ashamed! The exact time was 5:25pm, on Sunday the 11th! Never coming back again.

Whilst the food was enjoyed the state of the shop was disgusting. It was absolutely filthy. The bins overflowing and leaking a foul smelling liquid. Bin overflowing next to the straws and cutlery. The tables haven’t been wiped recently, they looked filthy with old food stains. The floors foul also. If this was my shop I’d be horrified. The front counters were also filthy dirty. The smell from our table was extremely off putting. The shop needs a really good clean and cleaned regularly throughout the turnover of patrons

Never saw the employees change gloves between making orders and doing other things like handing out food, grabbing drinks or serving the register. The meat and churros were cold. Couldn’t even get our order correct, paid extra for guac on one for nothing and literally wanted 3 things just meat and cheese but they got both the tacos and the crunch wrap wrong, this place set off my allergies. The floor is filthy, there were 5 staff behind the counter chatting, could none of them have mopped? I saw the wet floor sign sitting sadly against a wall. Also the manager on duty was plain rude and had half her hair out, as a fast food manager myself I’d be embarrassed if this was my store. Only edible thing was the soggy chips. The music was decent, and the tables were decent. This store evidently needs better management and training. Also as I’m sitting here writing this a pigeon just walked out from behind the counter so you get 2 stars on the atmosphere, best part

Honestly just come here if you’re really hungry and need a quick fix like I did cos at the end of the day it is just fast food. My burrito was nice but the tacos & chips are trash. Love the free refills that’s what makes it worth it if you’re dinning in. Plenty of seating if you’re coming with all your friends. Friendly customer service, Unfortunately I didn’t ring the bell haha.

We had pork and chicken tacos and beef buritos. They were all great. They had a long line queued up when I came but good that you have self order machine.

This was once my favourite Taco Bell in Sydney. However, when I visited on Sunday, 10th September around 5:30pm I saw a goth enter the bathrooms with a teen boy. I felt the need to use the bathroom so I went in there and the once clean bathroom was filled with an odd yet familiar odour and the floor felt sticky.

The burrito was great and better than any taco bell I’ve had in the USA. Very cool they also had wireless charging at each of the seats!

I've spent my childhood in America and Taco Bell was always my go to for Tacos and nachos. The American chain quality is amazing! Whereas in Sydney its the complete opposite. Nothing near the original taco bell! Shockingly tasteless and the quality &environment & food is yuck. To make the experience even worst customer service is horrible. Portion sizes are very little as well. Taco Bell really needs to do a quality check in Australia. Big NO NO.

I loved how convenient it was to order via the self serve. The burrito wasn't too bad but for quick fast food this isn't too bad! They've got a decent seating area too if you wish to eat in around the back but all in all this more of a quick bite rather than a meal 🙂

It was the worst food I've ever had. Burritos was bland, and the cheese wasn't even melted inside. Nachos was just covered with sauce. The service was okay as you could order on screen. However, the tables were full of leftovers and rubbish. I asked one of the staff to give me access to the bathroom, but they never returned after saying they'd give access. Overall, this is just another overrated and overhyped place. GYG or MMex any day over this place. My first and last meal at TBell.

Pathetic! Ordered a bean box burito meal. Instead they gave me a beef box. Churos but no choc sauce- how do we eat churos now?? Manager not helpful and said staff is new. No compensation for the wrong order and nothing. Fries were tasteless and so was the taco Btw Taco Bell Haymarket charges higher price than other locations like Green Sq or Chatswood but the food snd service is more worse.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
