Worst service ever. Left the food in lobby on the floor. Zero customer respect. Would like to rate zero. And the attitude of the delivery was so bad as he was doing a favor on us by deliverying food No chicken in peri-peri chicken pizza. Indi pizza no panner. Such a bad quality and their manager “Binod” was very rude and disrespectful

The worst service i ever had in my life. I orderd the pizza, but never got it. I was hungry and was waiting for so long but they never delivered. They didnt even pick up the phone.

This is what you get for ‘cheesy’ garlic bread!!! I dont know why they can’t even put the cheese on properly

We ordered peri-feri pizza from this store with extra toppings and extra $$ but these idiots send us vegetarian pizza with thin crust, delivery guy told us he will bring the right one but didn’t come, seriously. If you guys don’t know how to run the store please don’t ruin the brand name and just close your store idiots.

I wish i could give 0. I usually don’t give ratings based on first service. I do try to take 2-3 time service from there before rating the product/service/food One top of that we had friends over our place and we ordered pizza since it was bit late (around 9:15 ). Pizza didn’t seemed cooked. Base was soggy and seemed uncooked. Toppings distributed unevenly. And all i could taste was jalapeños on one and olives on another one. Even the garlic bread seemed uncooked. We still tried to have without complaining and not let it ruin our mood, however, we could not even had one slice of it. This wasn’t the first it happened. We tried putting a complaint online on dominoes website every time we had bad experience (along with the picture), but we never got the response. This time I called the store, however he got bit frustrated with me and started explaining how pizzas usually are and they seemed perfectly fine him. Well I used to work at pizza store in Waterloo. So I do know how should be. And THIS IS NOT THEY SHOULD BE. Please do let me know if you want me to show you. (Note: we had to order some food from another place -meaning we end up spending more and had to wait for food and it affected the mood as well. We even provided rating and did complain this time on dominos website, i am pretty sure I won’t be hearing this time as well) VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND FOOD.

Yesterday night, I felt the store was like verbal and about to be WWE ring . And whoever was handling the store was not capable of handling the store environment. As there was a guy cutting the pizza, he was very rude to their staff as I have seen with my own eyes, and I feel it was an unsafe place for working. Please improve the environment 🙏 Thanks

Very poor customer service. Ordered item was missing from the pick up order. Not enough toppings and pizza was not even cut properly into slices.

About a 2/3 chance they get the order wrong. But pizza quality is great and dominoes support compensated me each time the order was incorrectly delivered.
