I think we are all talking about the same girl here (indian/Nepalese, brown dyed hair with one arm tattoo), I'm glad I'm not the only one experienced the worst customer service. I was so tempted to take a photo of the girl's face and put it on here as she should be embarrassed about how she treats the customers and what they think of her. It ruined my morning and even though I'm Burwood local I'm not coming back. The business should be ashamed of having her. You really need to do something about your customer service if you want keep your business.

Very rude staff. Was using a voucher i got from my subcard for a sub. They treated me like a freeloader. Since the sub was so poorly made and folded i asked for few more napkins. They denied me extra napkins because i used the voucher. The so called manager on the left couldnt help but laugh it off and act clueless. Lady on the right extremly rude and arrogant. I have also contacted subway head office regarding this matter. 1 star is too much for this branch.

I went many subway but first time I went here . So i had good experience with this subway. I tried chicken for first time and sub was very delicious. It was prepared by a staff member named rohit. He was very cooperative and nice guy. So i recommend everyone to visit this subway.

the food is actually fine. They change staff and i dont think he knows what to do. chocolate chip cookie is fine, but its a good price.

FIRE THE BROWN GIRL SHAB. No greeting, doesnt even look at the customers face upon entering the premises. Every question she asks is very demanding and aggravating , "what bread" "what cheese" "what sauce". If you are getting paid to "work" here put some effort in.

Terrible service I went subway first tym. So I had a bad experience with this subway. No value of customer I said plz change glove I have alergies of meat but he didn't listen me still making my sandwich same gloves. So I never recommend anyone to visit this subway. I think he mostly serve customers of same dirty gloves....

So it’s about 5:15pm on Monday afternoon. The lad that served me, Rohit, did an excellent job. There were two girls in front of me that were vegetarians so he had to ensure he got their order correctly. I didn’t mind waiting as I’m a pretty patient kind of guy. Once he finished with them he listened intently to my order and repeated it back to me. He was professional, polite, clean and generous with his portions. He made my order quickly but didn’t appeared rushed. So if you want a good customer experience ask for Rohit.
