We bought the promo of 2 doughnuts with discounted shake at nearly 5pm today. If you come in any branches dine-in for Krispe Kreme, in between 5-8pm, and see the "Hot Now" light came on. Go back to the counter and they will give you a fresh hot glazed doughnut. This place is clean, customer service are fantastic, they are young adults, respectful and have a warm inviting vibe. Will definitely go back again.

This store is modern always fairly busy , but lacks a little cleanliness , while visiting on Boxing day there was a coffee spill on the floor whick had clearly been there for a while , which hadn't been cleaned up . The staff were friendly enough and helpfull but lacking a bit of patience as I felt like I was being hurried up while making my order . Be prepared for the 10% surcharge on public holidays it is excessive but it is becoming the standard these days .

I recently visited and had a delightful experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The selection of donuts was vast, offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The convenient location made it easy for me to stop by and satisfy my cravings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this to fellow donut enthusiasts!

You can never go wrong with a freshly baked hot and delicious Krispy Kreme original glazed donut straight off the conveyer belt. Just ask for a donut and the awesome staff will hand you one while you wait to order.

Krispy Kreme do a great salmon and cream cheese bagel, very delicious. The chocolate shakes are really good too!

Really disappointed with the customer service. We came here on Monday (27 June 2022) at around 10:20 pm. I was served by a lady with a grey jacket. She didn’t greet me and was very unfriendly. I told her that I wanted to get the milkshake and donuts combo. For payment, I chose to pay with Liven because I have credits. She went inside and didn’t say anything to me, then came out and went back in. I was so confused on what was happening. Then she came back and said that the phone had no battery and it would take awhile to charge (they need to use the phone for Liven payments). I said that we wanted to finish our Liven credits. She didn’t respond. She just stared at me. I ended up canceling the orders. My friend, who was served by someone else, also wanted to pay with Liven. I told her that I also wanted to pay with Liven but their phone battery died and therefore liven payment wasn’t accepted. The one serving her plugged the phone in the charger. The phone turned on and my friend managed to pay with Liven. Meanwhile, the one serving me just stood there and stared at me.

26/01/22 went with my family and the staff appeared not quite customer service friendly. My wife ordered 12 assorted donuts and a ice coffee. The elder lady was giving my wife rude looks and saying something to the other staff as they were all speaking in another language. I find that quite rude. There was no welcoming smile amongst staff as they treat you like they want you to hurry and make up your mind with the ordering. Please train your staff to smile and provide genuine customer service. Consumers pay hard earned money to make purchases the deserve better service.

Oh man, if you're a fan of Krispy Kreme donuts, you gotta check out this location! Not only do they have the classic flavors, but you can actually watch the glazed goodness being baked right in front of you. It's mesmerizing to see the conveyor belt carrying the donuts through the glaze waterfall - talk about a sugar rush! The staff is super friendly and always happy to chat about their process. Plus, the sweet aroma of freshly baked donuts is enough to make your mouth water from a mile away. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Sydney!

Laughable experience tonight. 0 customer service skills from the guy on drive through. 11/06/23 11:39pm. He was bothered to lie about the light being on and turn if off quickly instead of saying he didn’t want to give free donut promotion. After I’ve taken a photo, you can have your $7, no need to lie.

The parking and drive-thru are both good experiences here. Service is quite good. Pricing could be better. Loving the original glazed for so long, I came here for the first time thinking all of the different flavours were going to be amazing and a delight to the tastebuds. It just seemed to fall well short of that. The original glazed were such a home run that all other flavours taste average. That's not a problem with this Krispy Kreme specifically - hence the 4 stars.

Friendly drive through service. Ordered original glazed donuts and strawberry jam ones. Also got a hot chocolate. The donuts were delicious as always and the hot chocolate was nice. The cashier was pleasant to talk to and was efficient with the payment and delivery of the products. The car park has lots of parking. A great place to visit for a quick snack when you’re near the domestic airport.

Love the freshly baked KK donuts as good as it gets. Drive through service was really efficient even though it was a busy evening. Assorted dozen is really good value. Only complaint is the iced chocolate drinks had way too much ice and very little chocolate...maybe skip this drink altogether.

I like this Krispy Kreme branch, it's always a nice place to chill when waiting for an arrival or you're seeing someone off. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the store is always nice and clean. If you're lucky they might be running the big donut making machine when you visit, it's fun to watch for both big and little kids :)

Absolutely brilliant store where you can watch the Creation of the original glazed donut unfold before your eyes, friendly staff and is conveniently located next to the domestic airport.

Very busy and had a wait a long line to get the service. Very less staff and parking was full. I enjoyed the Krispy Kreme 😋 I hope they have more staff to serve and faster service in the future to quick turnaround. I also hope got more drinks choices.

Great short stop over as it's just next to the junction towards domestic. Staffs are friendly enough to explain their new menus. Yes, there seems to be more options nowadays.

Fresh donuts from the belt! Best to go to the counter and ask for fresh donuts off the belt or they have provided stale donuts at drive through. No half dozen boxes though, only dozen boxes. Worth driving all the way to Mascot for fresh Krispy Kremes!

The light was on (meaning they are cooking donuts)as we drove past so my kids shouted at me to stop and buy some donuts so they could get a free one each! Donuts were nice and fresh and tasted great 👍

We ordered some donuts from them and when we got it the order was COMPLETELY different. We ordered varieties of flavours but we only got two different one that we didn’t order. When we call them they said they couldn’t do anything and that we had to drive there to get out right order.and the shipping took longer than said. My birthday night was ruined

Staff are fantastic; friendly, helpful, professional. They put the other nearby businesses to shame. The store is bright, clean and spacious and while they'll take years off your life, the donuts are pretty good too. Original glazed are still the best.

This crispy cream Is amazing, It's right next to the airport, The factory looks amazing, We can literally see exactly how they make the donuts, You buy them at the end they taste so good, Back in the day when I was a very Young child, My parents used to take me here every single time we went to the airport, Memories are amazing, The staff was very kind as well, There is parking, Restrooms, and the restaurant is clean! RECOMMENDED TO COME HERE!

The man serving us on 1st August 2022 was very polite and offered us a free hot fresh donut 🍩 while we waited for our order. We were very surprised as you don't get old school service any more but he did 😉 👍 10/10

Honestly, this place is great if you fancy a treat anytime of the day, but especially at night for a drive thru. The doughnuts are always fresh and the coffee is good. They give a complimentary original glazed sometimes which is really sweet of them! (Pardon the pun)

I wish these donuts weren’t so good because I never want to enter this establishment again. So, thank god for drive-thrus. Staff were lovely but under the pump — I’ve never encountered so many rude customers and so much disorder under one roof. Shout out to the one lady taking orders, making coffee and bagging Krispy donuts while the other staff loitered around, watching over her shoulder like ancient spectres come to haunt.

We arrive in time to watch those doughnuts being made. They were hot and yummy, and we each got a freebie. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean restaurant. Reasonable coffee. Excellent doughnuts.

Amazing fresh doughnuts, friendly late shift staff! Went back in the morning for a breakfast bagel and coffee combo... The lady serving us was abrupt, rude and quite hard to understand (music was loud, she was wearing a mask) Bagel was lacking filling, had 2 thin slices of ham and a piece of cheese and coffee was burnt making it a disappointing start to the day! Highly recommend popping in for late night naughty snacks or an afternoon delight, would stay away from the breakfast options as staff left a worse taste then the coffee!

Amazing donuts- this we know. Unfortunately the customer service and cleanliness always fails my visits and feedback never actioned. Ease of parking a plus and drive through great for trips with kids. Plenty of disabled access also.

This is an actual Krispy Kreme store. Not a Krispy Kreme inside a Seven Eleven. They make the donuts on site. They also serve coffee and other foods. They are very near Sydney Domestic Airport so if you are picking someone from a flight and you are early you can park there and have a coffee and don't while you wait. When your friend arrives it's a 2 minutes drive to the pick up car park of the the Airport.

Staff could have been a little friendlier and didn't speak very good English making ordering a little difficult, however order wasn't mixed up. Our glazed donuts were taken straight off the assembly line and were super fresh and delicious. Flavoured donuts were also fresh. Iced coffee was average. I'd go back.
