Amazing food and service, I wish I found out about this place sooner will be back for sure. They were busy but were upfront about there being a wait, we did not mind. The food was delicious and super fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming, as well as probably one of the best coffees I have ever had. Can’t wait to return.

I have been meaning to visit Khamsa for years now but never had the opportunity to stop by when they were at their old location. I recently read an article about their brand new location right opposite Sydney Park, claiming to have Sydneys 'best falafels', so I had to check it out when I drove past today. I ordered the falafel wrap (dine-in) to experience the new venue, and also had the cauliflower wrap takeaway. The food was beautifully prepared with love, cant fault it. The falafels were crunchy on the outside and beautifully fluffy on the inside. I personally still found the overall wrap with falafels a little on the dry side, but loved the falafels so much, so next time I'll likely order them as a standalone dish and get more of them. The REAL gold star winner was the cauliflower wrap. I'm actually speechless. This is not something I would EVER order for myself, but the flavour profile and depth of authentic pickles, sauces and everything pair so beautifully together. Can't recommend this wrap highly enough - possibly one of the best veggie wraps I've ever eaten. Price-wise, Khamsa is definitely on the upper end of my lunch budget limit (closer to $30 than $20 for a main + drink), so for a casual neighborhood cafe, this is more of a treat cafe than a weekly venue for me. Atmosphere: the diner is light-filled and freshly decorated. A clean and comfortable space to enjoy lunch. Hard to judge atmosphere as it was quiet when I was there, but I can imagine it having a lovely atmosphere when full! Service: The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Service was a little slow too start, but understandably, they have just soft launched and are training their team, so I have no doubt they'll be up and running properly in no time. Definitely recommend checking them out - do yourself a massive favor and order the cauliflower wrap. Exceeded all expectations I had.

Really happy Khamsa is open again and I can have my Ful fix. My favourite vegetarian restaurant in Sydney. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and prepared from scratch.

Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Love the sweets and the savoury dishes. Not to mention that both the yellow juice and the peanut butter smoothie tasted like heaven! Lovely customer service. Will definitely come back.

Two things I want to say about this place. First, the donuts look amazing but taste yucky - they are stodgy and tasteless which is why I have given only a 3-star. Second, the service is great and their Jerusalem plate is fantastic and delicious.

March '23: You havvve to check out this lovely vegan spot at 612 King Street in Erskineville. Lovely ambience. Amazing food. Excellent customer service. Came here for brunch recently and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the bagel with falafel, the mushroom shawarma wrap, a chai and cappuccino - Everything was just so good. The staff was friendly and we received our order in 10min flat. Afterwards, we received complementary desserts from the staff. WOW! :D July '23: Came for Sunday brunch. The place was packed. Ordered 2 wraps: - Falafel Bedouin wrap ($17) - Cauliflower Bedouin wrap ($17) - Side of potato wedges ($6) and - a coffee ($5) Short wait later, our food arrives. Taste-wise, it's still good. I feel the food wasn't warm/fresh enough (felt microwaved, though I could be mistaken). For $45, it should have been better. Regardless, the service is exemplary. Bring your own ketchup/hot sauce, 'cos otherwise you'll have to pay $3 for it. Will return. Stay blessed 🙏

Absolutely delicious! We tried the Fol, cocoa donut, smoothie and coffee. All was beautifully prepared, fresh, and healthy too. Service was hospitable and welcoming. Definitely will be back to try a few more dishes as everything coming out looked amazing. Worth a visit here if you are looking for excellent middle eastern cuisine.

Middle Eastern eats in this town range more in price and ambience than they do in quality. There's a wonderful consistency to the quality you'll find from most, from street to dining. Such is the case here. The tastes are there, and well prepared and fresh. The coffee is a step up from most anywhere, let alone middle east dining. Thing is, the prices are way up there. $27 for a lovely bowl of simple gear is a tall order in this part of the city. Dont think it's a splittable size either, thoygh adequate for one. The cakes look the good too...

The owner welcomed me very friendly. The café looks very inviting, I like the design. It's a bit cold in winter, but a hot drink helps with that. Lots of light comes in through the large windows. You have a direct view of the kitchen, a clean shop. His employee was also very friendly. Vegan dishes from the Middle East are offered. Everything was very tasty, we loved it. Thanks!!! Update: You can order also online. It didn't work with my bank card, but with PayPal. They are also very dogfriendly.

First time for my family & I at Khamsa. Food was delicious, atmosphere was perfect & the staff were extremely friendly - 10/10. We also took a dessert box home, absolutely delicious. We will be back time & time again. My new favourite plant based cafe. Thank you for offering such a great place that’s plant based 🙏🏻

We were passing by and decided to stop, and what a lovely surprise it was. We loved the food and the coffee, and will definitely come back to try more options from the menu.

Paid $30 for this, got a very small serving. Left hungry. Tasted good but really feel ripped off with the serving size for that price! Had the eggplant dish. The photo makes it look generous but it wasn't. Very nice staff.

Loved the experience! Wraps are delicious, rose water coffee was delightful, not to mention the potatoes - so worth adding to the dish. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Incredibly clean and organized. Would absolutely recommend and come again! Thank you!

Had a great mushroom schwarma! Very clean and tasty, excellent lunch choice. Was persuaded to try the carob latte and glad I was that I did. Very tasty, sweet and smooth texture. The adult version of the carob lollies I used to love at primary school!

Very much overpriced for the small portion. Nevertheless, liked the smokey flavour in the dip, the cauliflower and balls of Jerusalem bowl and the mushroom in the wrap.

Great customer service! Very friendly staff members who make delicious drinks and food! I had the Hey Macarena and the Nablus coffee. The food makes me full in a wonderfully light, clean and healthy way. The food presentation is vibrantly beautiful and a bonus to the eating experience. I wish I took a picture of the coffee before drinking it all up! Will definitely come back again! :D

Amazing place, beautiful ambiance and has warmth of lovely people! The food is so amazing! You can tell they make food with so much love that makes you keep coming back, tastes heavenly! Unlike other restaurants or cafes, they have never compromised on quality, quantity and taste! Love this place ❤️ Capsicum humus is a must try, you can’t be happy with just one! I eat one and get another one as a takeaway 😬

So glad I came across this beautiful cafe, definitely coming back here regularly as the food is absolutely delicious and 100% vegan. The bagels seem like they're home-made as the dough is super fresh! Thanks for your friendly service too, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Beautiful cafe on king street. Relaxed vibes and very fresh food which is different from the usual cafe fare. I tried the jerusalam bowl which came with falafel, cauliflower, salad, rice, hummus & pita bread. Everything was delicious!

This place is awesome! The patriarch running the place was very sweet and able to accomodate my dietary need to avoid garlic and onion. I’ve spent time all over the Middle East and the food was super legit. The fattet hummus was a stand out.

Amazing food and customer service! Was served by a friendly staff with an English accent on Saturday 19th Feb and she gave us great recommendations and was so friendly! Got the Jerusalem bowl which was fantastic along with the pink drink! Only critique is they don’t compost their food. They do use paper straws though. Best vegan cafe out there!!

Weekday and it is also busy during lunch, this vegan middle eastern Cafe is open, friendly and have yummy food. Portion on the small size, but the updated menu should give you a better idea of what they have. They also have sweets and pastries that are at counter. I ordered the mushroom, under to share but don't be fooled! it is a small portion that I can eat on my own, it is more like a side dish, most people get wraps, and that's more filling. I also got the magic mushroom hot drink and it has this burnt bitter taste to it, which I did not enjoy. They have plenty of food, so definitely coming back to try more.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
