PSA: they do take credit card! Don’t be forced into cash only! Service quite bad & slow - got over half my order wrong. Didn’t ask for it to be corrected because I felt I would have gotten attitude and I wanted to finish & get out ASAP. Overpriced for food quality - fried chicken was badly fried & fries taste extremely frozen. Biggest alarm bell is that staff told us quite rudely that they only take cash (there’s even an ATM inside the cafe - highly unusual). But when push came to shove I paid by card - why do they lie to customers? Also, they don’t have tap/table water and insist you buy a bottle - 1st time experiencing that in a cafe. I guess people come for the instagram pictures - such a shame.

DON’T GOOOO!!!!! The food is bad and the service was horrible. This place is so dodgy with bad service attitude. Such a shame. No one came and took our order so we had to go to the counter and try to order. But we were told to wait for someone to come and take our order. The staff took our order wrong and the lady at the counter came and asked weird questions with and offensive tone and said we ordered something that is not in the menu. It was so ridiculous that we had to point out where’s the waffle we ordered on the menu. The staff came with our milkshakes but her hand was so dirty with syrup dripping down from her fingers….that was super gross… and they got our orders wrong too. When we tried to pay, we were told they don’t accept card payment but only cash, and we were then told to use the ATM in the cafe to draw cash from the ATM!! Seriously, what cafe in this world has an ATM machine inside!? This feels super dodgy esp when we were just told they only accept cash! Feel like we were framed to do this. And the most ridiculous part was when we refused to pay with cash and went to the cashier, they do accept card payment!!!! Plus they have weekends 10% surcharge which is outrageous for the service we received.

I was a loyal customer that often visited for coffee and food with the family and decided to visit on a weekend only to learn I was charged a 10% surcharge and I was only told about it once I asked what the extra amount was for. I am honestly so disappointed and will never visit this place again. This 10% surcharge needs to be revisited and removed, it is the reason this place is so dead on a Saturday night. Would rather visit anywhere else on a weekend, with better service, better food and a better view. The 10% surcharge sign is also hidden, it should be clearly displayed.

Nice atmosphere and great food. Menu has something for the whole family &/or friends to enjoy, even share. Staff welcomed me upon arrival and made my dining experience comfortable. My flat white in a mug and Sir Braxton waffles was a great introduction to this establishment. Enjoyed my visit and will return, Thank you.

Coffee was really good. Presentation of coffee, pancake and crepe is good. Couple things though. They took very long. Guy said they were making fresh but I would have thought it would be made fresh anyway. I asked for thin pancake but it was extra thick and very bready. Didn't have any banana even though menu mentions it. Overall disappointed with pancake. My friend said crepe was nice. Customer service is Ok.

Ordered the churros, dark chocolate and strawberry shake. Portions are nice and filling and taste is impeccable. It’s not just the food too, the music, decor and set up is just so beautiful, makes me want to come back to try more of their stuff! Churros are definitely a must try. I also just want to dip my lil fingers in their chocolate fountain!

have been here on several occasions and they have unfortunately both been quite lacklustre, with average food and average service to be absolutely frank. the first visit was to try out their esteemed waffle tower that i had been seeing around on social media at the time, and it was to our absolute dismay that it was ruined by the staff or the chefs since it was not as presented. when the waitress attempted to empty it out of its glass jar, we laughed it off in pain as it slowly poured out in chunks, laying in a puddle of caramel, chocolate, and waffle on a plate. the second concern was how we weren't able to pick a flavour of our choice, and after asking specifically for a chocolate based one, they had given us something with caramel as well. salt to the wound i dare say (avid dislike of caramel). subsequent visits further reinforce the averageness of the food, with the desserts being overpriced and under-portioned in my opinion, when compared to other desserts of the same dishes. it tasted cheap as well, another disappointment. our most recent visit was for savoury food, and it was just alright. the pasta was.. well, pasta. nothing exceptional, and for nearly $30, i wish i had made it at home to be honest. the chips and gravy were good, but i cant imagine how difficult it would have been to mess that up. the most exciting meal i had out of all my visits to be honest. from the many chances i've given this restaurant i think it's a bit clear that although their menu sounds absolutely delicious and so unique, the execution is just not up to par.

Went there for dinner last night with a couple of friends. We ordered garlic bread as a starter, steak baguettes, crispy chicken burger, and the lamb shank. The garlic bread was decent. Flavour was good but they were served with wilted and stale salad leaves. Like they had been left out for two days. We were too scared to eat it. The steak baguettes didn’t have enough steak (considering how much it cost!). The flavour of the meat was good though. The crispy chicken burger was good. The lamb shank was very nice. Perfectly cooked & juicy and served on top of buttery, creamy mash. The menu said it would be served with Diane sauce which I was looking forward to but saw none of it. May have just been very little that got absorbed in the shank. The dessert bar was quite underwhelming so we ended up having dessert somewhere else. Overall, pretty average food at fairly high prices. Not sure I would recommend.

Went for a day trip to Sydney for some work and was really craving some dessert. Upon doing some Google searches I found this place and thought to try it out. The restaurant looked very attractive from outside, showcasing tall windows which made it look bright and welcoming. We ordered a dessert to share - the Oreo Churros. I have got to admit, it was something very different, the texture and the flavours went so well together. The churros were literally made out of Oreo, came with a side of chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream which we used as dips. The blend of a hot chocolate sauce and ice cream just enhanced the experience further. It had a very addictive taste and we completely devoured it. My dad ordered the Old Snickers Hot chocolate which was also really nice. They made a decent Iced Latte and cappuccino as well. Was absolutely impressed with the presentation and quality of food. I live in Melbourne and really hope they open here soon! I know for a fact, that people would love this place. I recommend this dessert place to all dessert fans out there!

I haven’t been for ages, slightly disappointed , Was so looking forward. The crepes had shrunken. Smothered by biscuits old icy ice cream. Our breakfast platter was better . Coffee was good thankfully. Almost forgot the pics.

‼️ 10% Surcharge on weekends apply to card users ‼️ I was very disappointed to learn that there was a 10% surcharge on card use on weekends, but only after i had paid and questioned why my bill came up so high. There was a small sign on the register written in chalk, which was smudge and faded 🤔 . The sign was not clearly visible with all the clutter around it until it was pointed out. In fairness, the desserts were good, and the portions were a good size and were not lacking. I also purchased a mocktail, which was good. The waiter approached my seven year old and told him to plant his back side on the chair and not rock, which i can understand, although a better approach could have been taken, and addressed an adult. Would i travel 45 min for desserts on a weekend? Probably not. There is no lack of choice for desserts bars and cafes in Sydney metro. All serving similar types to dishes.

This is such a fun place to get dessert! It’s always open when we want something after dinner. I loved the waffles and their dessert snack pack. It’s always packed for the price paid and tastes great. Coffee and drinks are good too.

I came here for the açai but the food was also great. They had the best fatoush Ive had. The fattoush was great. The flavour was there. But the chicken strips were super dry The halloumi pistachio, and Honey was delicious. The quesadilla was alright. Açai was great and the first time I got it and they was super generous with it. A lot of peanut butter second time I came. I got it with pistachio. Let me tell you this pistachio papi is not the OG I don’t know what they mix it with but that’s not the same jar I have at home I’m pretty sure they mix it with water to make it thin enough and they were really tired on the topping, even though they charging extra three dollar for the pistachio The barely covering anything on it so my issue is they are not consistent. That’s why I’m giving that rating however it’s okay but I wouldn’t be like oh my god it’s the best place there is much better places around. Updated review : In responded to the business. Oh please stop with the lies. The colour of the sauce is exactly like pistachioPapi, people are not idiots. Don’t talk to me as if I don’t know what I’m eating. I have the same product at home and your topping tasted so similar, but weaker because you add a lot of things to it to make it thin and easy to squeeze. Honestly have some self-respect and don’t talk to people like this. Also the fact that you’re not advertising the different sauce anywhere in your shop. And are you really kidding regarding $4 if you’re selling your Açai for five dollar are you seriously wanting to charge $4 for the sauce? What a joke

It's a really good place. The food was amazing and the staff is friendly and nice. The place is so peaceful and you feel relaxed. The service is very fast and the price is affordable. You should go there and try eggs benedict and tiramisu. So good!!

We came here for dessert at 6:30PM on Saturday. It was a good timing as they weren’t so busy. Food is good for sharing. The wait staff was friendly and professional. Parking is also available across the building.

Great savoury food especially for a dessert/chocolate focused venue. Servings are generous and great for sharing. Highlights were the Lamb on Couscous and Dessert Snack Pack.

Hold on to you chairs folks... these guys charge $25 for the "loaded breakfast roll" which came with a single measly strip of beef bacon. The only thing loaded about this was the price. Breakfast for two adults (food plus a coffee each) then a cupcake and juice for a child came to $81. Their pressed orange juice is a whopping $14!!! I also particularly *enjoyed the, "We prefer cash! :)" signs at the register and on the menus. Oh, and the 10% weekend surcharge. *Enjoyed = sarcasm. Their chocolate is nice but I won't be coming back for risk of losing the shirt off my back next time.

My expectation when I moved to the area and saw the photos of the dishes make me really want to go there. But it was a deception. I went there for breakfast with my boyfriend, who ordered an Acai bowl, I don't think I'll need to explain much when you can look at the photo. It was horrible. We said, and the immediate explanation that was blended but it was tasting water. Then they offer to make a new one. But due the situation we just wanted to go somewherelse nicer.

A nothing special place. Bit disappointing. The prawn pasta had so much oil, the US was trying to invade it. The eggs benny was average. The crepes had way too much chocolate and was just sickly sweet. The atmosphere was not great, with every table covered in dirty dishes. We had to clear our own table from dirty coffee cups to sit down... Will not be coming back here.

Yum yum yum, nice thick chocolate sauce for the sir Braxton waffle and awesome presentation for the crepe! Will comeback next time to try out more dishes on the menu! They seem to provide all day breakfast on the menu as well 😋 **CASH ONLY!!!!!**— which is why they have an in-house atm I guess….

Great place for local foodies located a stone's throw away from Rockdale Station. The Steak baguettes are a must for cheese steak lovers, and a variety of mix of fruit smoothie flavours will please every palate. We enjoyed the caramel waffles with nuts and icecream served with generous chocolate drizzles from the resident chocolate fountain 🍫⛲ This place does it all, and it does it right! .. Closes relatively late so no excuses for those looking to treat themselves after-work. 👍🏻

The ambience and set up of the place is nice but it's a bit of an overload on sugar. My partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I recommend this place but lay off anything outside of the original version of whichever coffee beverage you like. We had the white chocolate mocha and it was just too sweet..

Been to this cafe a couple of times but this time it was more memorable. Ordered the schnitzel and the V beverage. Got suggested to come here for the (extremely) coloured lattes. Waitress was helpful and seated us inside, we ordered and omelette which was okay and the schnitzel on a bed of mash and surrounded with tomato paste/sauce/puree. Apart from the chicken being old and (kinda) stringy which indicates old meat, everything else checked out okay. Will return, hopefully on a better experience.

Cafe was surprisingly quiet, but the food we had was really tasty. Good coffee and the kids smoothies/drinks looked amazing. Probably not the best place in Sydney to take little kids, since it doesn't really have a kids menu, but the kids really liked their choices anyway. Probably a weeks worth of sugar!! Did have ones slightly puzzled moment when I asked for table water for my daughter and the response was they only sell bottled water since the tap water was "cloudy". Complimentary table water is a given in any restaurant/cafe in Australia, so not exactly sure what the issue is here. After I insisted the tap water was ok, they reluctantly came out with a glass of water. Which was perfectly fine. Odd thing to make a fuss over.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
