I have visited this restaurant several times and yesterday I ordered a double Big Mac, but unfortunately it was missing one patty. The staff should be more attentive to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. The restaurant is located just a 3-minute walk from the airport and Mantra hotel and you can place your order through an automatic machine. The food quality is standard and the shop is well-decorated.

Maccas near the airport, not just for sitting in the carpark until your peeps are ready to pick up. The restaurant is new and clean, food was fast and fresh, good Maccas experience 👍🏻

I ordered iced chai latte with full cream and waited for about 10 minutes, and it came out one with skim milk. So I said I ordered one with full cream but she said the docket said it was with skim milk . So I showed my receipt that written full cream, and she said she would make it again, so I waited for another five minutes, but she called me and said there is no full cream milk now. I don't understand that McDonald's doesn't have full cream milk in the morning Plus They are making sandwiches at the table without any papers, chopboard. Is that normal? Going to report at government

It's pretty good! Opened 24x7. Ample car parking. Coffee is good here. Close to the domestic airport. 15 min walk from there.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s. The service was subpar, with inattentiveness from the staff that was strikingly noticeable. We attempted to place an order through the drive-thru and were left waiting for a long time without any assistance. When we finally did receive service, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and lacked enthusiasm. Furthermore, the heavy accent of some of the employees made it challenging to understand what they were saying. Combined with the poor service, this experience left a negative impression on us.

Possible the worse store I have been in, staff really didn't care that I had been waiting 25 minutes for a coffee. Told me the drive through was busy, and then coffee was not hot and had no sugar as requested. Staff seem to be having a great time talking and standing around.

Have ordered from this location through Uber Eats a handful of times and each time there was either a missing item or something else wrong with the order. To Uber Eats credit, I have received partial refunds, but it is not good enough when the most consistent thing about this McDonald’s is that the order is always wrong.

Well I was standing waiting to be served st least. 10-20 minutes no service well I walked out with no dinner thank you the 2 staff members that engorged me. I would not employ them giving Mcdonald A bad name Could not see the name badges st all.

They have 8-10 people working at a time in the restaurant. Huge seating place. The parking space is very big. 15-20 cars I guess can be parked at a time. It is nearby Airport. You can stay at this place if you are going to pickup someone from airport and you have time to wait. Restrooms available for males, females and disable people. Drive through available. You can come with your family/children here...

Waited in drive through for 10 min with No service, only to have 2 people that came after me get served.. Then they got my order wrong, when I got my order my 2 sausage and cheese muffin’s barely warm … Very Very poor leadership by the manager.. Suggest management going through training again. Stay clear of this McDonald’s..

Fries were soggy, barely warm and not crispy at all. You can't even call this cooked, it is only reheated. Now McDonald's isn't exactly a fancy restaurant but it's not that hard to train your workers to cook the fries properly. One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. So, I recommend skipping the fries.

They skimp on the Oreo McFlurrys pretty badly. Ice cream hardly filled up (a solid 1.5-2 inches short from the top) and they used hardly any Oreos.

Absolutely disgusted by this place. Whilst clean inside, the staff should all be fired I waited nearly 25 minutes for single drink. 12 very young staff members were seen the entire time standing around talking and showing images on their phone. Inside the restaurant the only deafening sound is these same staff laughing and mucking around, rather than serving the queue of customers in store and drive thru. Way below average for Mackers. Small piece of fillet o fish, less than half a slice of cheese and mayo spread is just questionable, cost cutting maybe?.😂 Terrible job Mascot!

Clean and tidy and ready to empty your wallet. Airport prices. Had a brekkie meal with a coffee for 20 bucks. Stop at another maccas unless your desperate. Regards... the desperate guy.

Slowest ever service, delivery took 45 mins just to make a fillet fish. Resting on the laurels, I wish there was competition so that they could change their service. Come on manager lead by example

This is where all drivers will stop and wait for the incoming passengers from the airport. Then drive to the expensive airport car-parksss. Every minute costs $, once you enter the airport parking.

With automation Macca’s has taken a noticeable dive in recent years. Before the self service screens eye contact, cleanliness and old fashioned customer service was superior to today’s standard. Now it’s a loud call of the number out the back of restaurant not a smile and Thankyou experienced of old. I had a weak lukewarm coffee asked for an extra shot and was told I didn’t order the extra shot however the person I was with coffee identical order was hotter and stronger. Maybe I’m reminiscent or expecting to much of a fast food chain.

Very suspicious that their systems are always down between 3am - 4am. Most incompetent staff around the night times. They always make the orders wrong, sloppy. Drive through operators who are Nepali girls have too much attitude and very disrespectful.

20 minutes I waited in the waiting bay whilst I watched everyone behind me get food and leave. I ended up telling them not to worry about it as I had to get to work. They looked at me like I was a ghost, perhaps they forgot about me. I left empty handed after I had paid. I tried to call the store back to no answer. Don't want to complain just want a voucher or something so I didn't waste money

this mcdonalds was terrible. i asked for no pickles, they gave me pickles, yall had one job. i didnt get my two sides in my sons happy meal and he cried. for 6 days. i cant even make this up. absolutely terrible service. dont come here.

Great visit to this McDonald's restaurant. Service and food turn around was decent. Well recommended for a quick meal whilst on the road.

If only the burgers had any actual resemblance to the menu and advertising pictures, I'd give 5 stars. Burger patties are kid sized. Fries are the best thing on the menu.

Minutes from domestic airport where you can wait for passengers before swinging around to collect them to avoid parking fees. Easy parking, food is always hot and fresh and coffee is good. What more can you ask for?

Food and service is fast food u expect from Mecca's. But this Mecca's is by far the nicest one around in terms of seating. It's more restaurant lounge style with padded comfortable chairs and looks quite clean and new.

Only place to hang out past midnight as the airport is shut, its Unbelivable. The Macca was a saving grace. Coffee was good and I managed a few hrs of sleep in the cafes warmth as it was freezing outside. Thank you maccas for being open all night.

Ordered a meal and it was soo stale. Spoke to staff and ensured everything fresh please, and came out stale. Do not recommend.

Service at walk in counter left a bit to be desired, I am talking about the failure to turn up to the counter in reasonable time when a person or persons are standing at the counter waiting to be served. It is easy to understand that the drive through is possibly the main sales point but that doesn't mean you forget the normal counter exists and you also have 2 hotels next door who walk in to your counter. Food quality was actually higher than my experiences in other Macca's in recent years but still of a lower standard that Macca's now has compared to its early days in Australia and still an high price for a much smaller than original product. This all feeds a poorer Atmosphere !!!

Very nice McDonald's. Nice, clean nd modern. Also very good atmosphere and very safe in the earliest of morning's. Stayed here for a few hours while charging my phone up at the provided power point. Would recommend 100%

Horrible service. Woman had no idea what she was doing. Could've done better myself. F Now down to the crunch of the matter. The food was horrible. Bland to say the least. My chips were soggy and the burger was pulsating with grease. Worst experience I've ever had eating food. I couldn't not recommend this place enough. If you're thinking of eating here.
