Maguema is the best representative of Burger King and the City of Marseille. She is professional and very courteous. She made my visit at Burger King a real pleasure Thank you Maguema.

This is the Dirtiest, the Slowest and the Dumbest Burger King I’ve ever seen. If you are a tourist, there is no way to order from digital machines if you don’t know French. By the way, that machine doesn’t accepts cash, MasterCard and Visa! You select English and there you go! It’s French again! Where is my English selection? Anyways, we ordered from the Dumbest crew who don’t see a whooper burger in front of them but stare to it, we said 6 onion rings but they give us a “LARGE FRIES WITH CRISPY THINGS” which is the same size as the regular fries. Also we wanted salt, he said OK, but he didn’t gave that! We waited 15 minutes for our order. The guy who gave us our whooper in 15 minutes was taking somebody’s order while we waited 5 minutes for it. We got our burgers, drinks, etc. We went to upstairs and GROSS! It smells horrible! We went downstairs back and there was all trashes under or on the tables. There were “Burger King Crowns” everywhere. The crew is so LAZY to clean it! I would eat at Nice and wait 2 hours rather than eating there! You’re going to understand what I’m trying to tell by photos which I posted.

I waited for my food for over 30 minutes even though there was not a lot of people there, the fries were old and cold and hard and the restaurant is really dirty. Overall a bad experience.

Maguema was so wonderful! She gave is our food in a timely manner. And checked on us and other tables with a bright smile and lots of laughter. Thank you so much Maguema❤️

Very dirty. Very, very slow. Even got wrong burger. Fries were hard and hollow. CocaCola is actually some off brand coke. Don't trust the "positive" reviews. They are all fake. Avoid it.

Probably one of the places in Marseille with the best views of the port. It has two floor and elevator and also place where the kids can play. Also the service it’s pretty fast. They work pretty well and you can get your food really fast, congratulations for that!

First it took ages to get my order. They messed it up and I had to go back to get my hot chocolate who was more foamed milk than hot chocolate had to ask for them to add chocolate and still when I had a taste of it, it tasted like water so not worth the 2.5€ l. Got also a bit kid mill there was suppose to he two toys for boy in it but there was only one and it was for girls... finally the last straw was the order of bacon fries, werw the cheese was put first then fries then a bit if bacon. Let's say that I don't recommend this place and lucky enough I was only visiting the town.

The burger was good but I like the fries.

I was there to order two menus on a Saturday and while I was waiting I noticed the dirt and saw several cockroaches. If you look at the walls or near the trash cans you can see them.

Best bk in the whole city, for 10e you can have 4 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks, they always have discount codes on the app as well, amazing their staff is cool too

Mague and her team were incredible. Although the restaurant was busy, our food was still prepared quickly and delivered fresh. The amazing view out of the window was a bonus treat!

The waiting for order was outrageous. Only two charger stations for whole restaurant. There is super anoying secure guy!!!! He not let us go upstairs until order was Done. Bruh. Burger king should fire him out..... And the toilets, absolutly disgusting, Grande frite was actually very s all fries... What is this.

I was really excited about the double vegan burger with vegan bacon and veggies, and I even added extra onions for an extra euro or so. But when I got the burger there was only the patties and vegan bacon, no veggies at all. Not even the ones included in the burger in the first place. I had to drench the burger in ketchup to be able to get it down because it was so dry.

I visited breifly; I walked in, ordered my food, waited ~5 minutes and was given my meal. The food was good and hot. The parts of the restaurant I saw were clean. Thanks to the digital kiosks and displays (+Google translating my order number so that I could hear when it was called) I got by just fine despite not speaking French. I would happily visit again.

We didn’t know how to use the machine and the lady came out from the till and came to help us which was very good we were happy Mag ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is my favourite Burger King in the world. The staff are friendly, like Rachel for example. The restaurant is always clean and the view is amazing.

Did you know that Burger King's chicken sandwich in Marseille is uniquely French and it tastes absolutely delicious. I didn't expect such a taste from a fast food place.

Perhaps the only 5-star Burger King experience we've had. The location is awesome, store is neat and tidy, the staff were helpful (translating to English) and the meals came quickly.

Nice views both from inside and outside. Only issue I had was excess waiting time if you customise the order. Other than that service is at the same level you expect from these fast food brand

Burgers are amazing as usual. Quality of food only I like 👍 Toilets were very bad and not clean unfortunately.

Security didn't allow us to go upstairs with the stroller, so we couldn't sit with the children. We had to wait very long for our meals. You shouldn't come here with children.

Pretty dirty but nothing that you wouldn't expect of a fast food restaurant at 3pm, overall, good experience and service. A security guard kindly helped me find the toilets and when I ran into him later he remembered me and asked me if I had found them. Friendly staff

Very busy train station in the heart of London. Some parts are clean and modern while other are old and super dirty.
