Unprofessional. I came and visited this Sylvia Park Pandora store and was hoping to purchase a bracelet for myself. I walked in and browsed for a few minutes and didn’t greeted neither did any staff approached me to offer help.There was a total of around 3 staffs, one was already serving a customer, the second one was behind the counter and the third one was standing there. The third staff show was just standing there had curly black hair, shortest amongst the other staff’s, middle eastern, immediately went up to a couple who came in after me and greeted them asking if they needed help. After getting turned down by the customer she walks back to the counter and stood there. Unbelievable, I was in the middle section of the store and the couple who came in after me was standing near the entrance/exit. She walked all the way to the couple at the end who came in minutes after, instead helping me? I saw how unfair it was so I walked out of the store and went to a different branch. I went to the New Market Pandora store and the staff there was way more helpful and professional and I made a happy purchase there. I’ve also previously visited the Manukau Pandora store and the staff there was helpful and had a great customer service attitude. From my experience the Manukau and Newmarket Pandora store both greeted me and offered help except for this Sylvia park pandora store. It really does say a lot about the customer service at this store and I won’t be visiting again.

Pathetic customer service. i really like Pandora and it not the first time but i will not go back here anymore , they should be more calm with the way they treat customers . i walked away when she said “only for our customers” and even disinterested in welcoming me into the store when i asked her about the product i wanted to see. so I preferred moving to another store where staffs are helpful and polite. i feel uncomfortable with pandora shop in sylvia

Worst customer service I’ve received in a retail store yesterday, this isn’t the first time I have experienced unwelcoming and unhelpful service in the Sylvia Park store but I was prepared to give them a second chance. Yesterdays experience with a young blonde lady just confirmed that nothing has changed and I will never shop there again. I had my purchase sitting on the counter ready to pay for but due to the staff members attitude I walked out and will purchase elsewhere. Going by the feedback here I think it might be time to employ enthusiastic staff who actually want to cheerfully sell your products.

Visited the pandora store earlier today looking for a charm to add to my bracelet that represents my new job. I was greeted warmly by a lovely brunette girl who helped me pick the perfect new addition to my bracelet. Very happy with the service here.

The customer service was awful, I was served by Gloria who looked very bothered by even approaching me, and when she decided to serve me shes repeated the price twice, when I never asked at all. Never assume what people can afford. If my daughter had not specifically asked for earrings from pandora I would not of purchased from this place.

I have been to a lot of Pandora located stores but this Sylvia Park store was the worst place that I had a very bad experience. I heard the bad feedback from my other two sisters about this store but today, I did see it with my own eyes. I am a loyal customer and purchased lots of money for the products. However today I was just looking for a gift for my sister and I was asking for the promotions first but the girl named Sonia, a Chinese girl who I did't notice the name and even the manager were not happy when I asked for the sale items and were impolite when they asked me how much of my budget. Furthermore, they were not helpful at all when they keep asking me to buy expensive charms instead of looking for what I needed. I was very disappointed, feeling not welcome even I bought 3 original price items . The head manager should look after this store better.

Pathetic customer service. No i am not a customer looking to return anything. Just expected some help in looking for a online product in store. Staffs are unaware about pandora products and specials. Definitely need customer service training. I am a loyal pandora customer so I preferred moving to another store where staffs are helpful and polite.

I called up this store before visiting and they said they had 3 in-stock of the charm I wanted which was going to be a gift for someone. I asked for them to put one on hold for me but the lady on the phone said I can just show up as they won't be sold. I visited the store within the hour and the vibe of the store seemed tense and unwelcoming with the staff's reluctant greetings. The manner of the woman who helped us was generally helpful but had no enthusiasm or care, it was unpleasant dealing with the lady and asking more questions. There was no customer service there and it seemed she hated her job and that we interrupted her cleaning the cabinets when we walked in. In the end, they only had one of the specific charm that I wanted and it was the one on display. I asked to have a look at the charm before purchasing and noticed it was quite scratched on both sides where the holes were but I ended up purchasing it as it was an urgent gift. It was for someone who really liked that Disney character. I figured you won't see the scratch when you have the charm through a bracelet. As a first-time customer at Pandora, I would not recommend this place to friends and family. Especially since they did not ask if I would like to look at the charm before purchasing, I had to ask to have a closer inspection- then saw the scratches. I understand it can be hard working in a front-facing customer service role every day but at least put in some effort and have some integrity in what you are selling.

Some Pandora stores in Auckland are amazing. Let’s face it, Pandora kind of sells itself. But still it’s nice to have some enthusiasm from the employee. The last few visits (yes I have a lot of Pandora 😜) have not demonstrated the normal friendly and helpful environment in the Sylvia Park shop that I have come to expect.

The blonde person you have on the door guarding it during the Christmas season needs to calm down a wee bit. Yes you have to limit the amount of customers but there are ways and ways of doing this. Once I finally got into the store and spoke to someone with a bit of sense it was far easier. So thank you to the wonderful woman who helped me collect my order today. But no thanks to the other one. She was awful.

I’ve been to the Sylvia Park Pandora on multiple occasions throughout the years to find gifts for friends and family ~ and every time I go I am greeted so warmly by the staff. I always need help with picking and choosing, and the staff are just so friendly! They really do treat all their customers like a friend, and it’s so great to see. So as an always happy customer I just wanted to say thank you 😌 also thank you to the lovely brunette girl that helped me on my most recent visit! Will definitely be coming again at Christmas :):)

Blonde staff member quickly found items I was after but she had grabbed a faulty item and handed it over to a short, middle eastern woman who sold it to me. This woman needs to work on her customer service as she does not know how to interact with customers. I had not known one of my items were faulty til I had driven home and opened them to look before wrapping as the items were christmas presents. It would have saved me a lot of time if you had checked that the items you were selling were in great condition. Instead, I had to drive back to exchange an item. It is sad because this was my first time in a Pandora store. I have heard great things about them and it is sad that this has been my experience. There may be other great staff members there but based on this day, I will definitely be going to another branch.

Sonica is a legend! I had a broken charm, and it was replaced with no hassle. With her experience and fantastic recommendations, I was able to find a early Christmas gift for my Mum too. Hit 2 birds with 1 stone! This store has gained a customer for life, thanks to Sonica’s amazing service.

the service wasn’t great at all. There was 1 staff that was at the entrance she was standing there cos they were packed. She was really kind!! But the other palagi lady & Chinese were not. They could clearly see me standing there waiting to get served but the Palagi lady went somewhere & the Chinese lady turned her back on me & acted like I wasn’t waiting. Really poor service. They should put the lady I think she was Muslim in the front!!!

Second time I've visited this store, purely located quite close to my residence. However Disappointing... Customer service or lack of contributes to the ever so long wait to be served. Twice now, waiting to be served 10mins plus both times. This is definitely my last visit.

Had a great experience in store. Went in to get some jewellery cleaned and was helped by Isabel, she got the jewellery cleaned so quickly and also helped me find some gorgeous earrings. She was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Also had a nice chat with the other worker there - didn’t catch her name but she was also wonderful! Always love coming here :)

It was busy today, Melissa was super welcoming and helpful but the other lady kept skipping us and serving two other groups instead who cut us off..we ended up waiting for around 30mins for service, not impressed.

We don't visit this store often but you can guarantee I will not be visiting again. My wife went in and was served after 20 minutes just to have her bracelet exchanged. The staff on the floor seemed unhappy to be there. There were no smiles or welcomes which was a let down because our usual store (Manukau) is very welcoming. After reconsidering while we were still at the mall, she decided to return the exchange for her original bracelet back. The casual staff were useless and did not know how to process the return. Took the bracelet and the receipt, made her wait 30 minutes while we have 2 little kids with us. And when I kindly asked for answers and how long it'll be. Their words were "I cannot give you a time-frame, we are on the phone with the manager, we don't know the process and are short staffed". During our enquiry and frustration another girl had the audacity to say "just chill, I'm processing the return now". We don't have time to chill while we have kids with us, waiting for you to do your job. Fix the attitude and learn to smile. We finally got out original bracelet back and left. Worst service ever. Pandora: Either get your manager on board during weekends, train your staff better or hire someone who give a damn about the customers. Complaint has also been filed on your website.

This review is long overdue! I often go to the Pandora store in Sylvia Park to see what rings and charms they have in stock. I find that every time I go the staff are so welcoming and helpful! Sarah always recognises me when I come in store and patiently answers my 21 questions and assist me with sizing EVERY time! I don't know how Sarah and the team do it, but they help everyone in store, even when it is packed! This is why I shop there EVERY time! Thank you Sarah and the rest of the Pandora staff members for always helping me :)

The most disgusting customer service I have ever received! The rudest, most unwelcoming staff! Would never step foot back in Sylvia Park store, and going by the ongoing feedback on your reviews, it’s not just me!! Manukau store is incredible, Sylvia Park could do with taking notes!

Went to buy a ring this afternoon, and the lady there was so friendly :) Good customers service, feel so comfortable shopping there and trying on different rings. recommend this shop!
