We stayed in the villa, the rooms are very neat and clean. The property location is beautiful and near to the lake shore and easily found it on the Google maps. They have lots of games and recreational activities. The food is also good. We had a great experience. Really good to have weekend get away.

A woman was bathing her dog in the swimming pool. Too bad there were other people there, and then they went out because they threw the dog in the pool and there was not a single staff member to look after it. •Food was not good. •staff behaviour not good. •managment was poor.

We stayed here for 2 days the staff was very polite, the room very clean and hygienic and ambience was very pleasant. The food was very delicious and view from the resort were excellent. Must recommended in this area

Don't go by images, Avoid this place. Not worth the amount you spend. No cleanliness at the property, everywhere you will see spiders and web. Food is terrible, The cottage which they committed was not the same which was allotted to us, The sliding lock of one of the cottage was broken and can be easily accessible from outside to enter in the room, We have to carry the chairs for the bonfire as no once cared to get it to us, Very little wood was given during the bonfire, we had to go down to collect more wood to burn the fire for little long. If you have to bear all these then it's not worth the amount you spend.

I wish there were a 0 rating option as well. Here's why: 1. Many rooms are not yet constructed, they are still constructing it. Many guests struggled to get their rooms until 12am. 2. They ensure fake reviews are put out. 3. We wanted to video record the manager, Nitin's, language he used on us, but the moment we started he ran away. 4. At 12 in the night they asked the guests to complete the payment of the room. 5. There were kids waiting to get food until 12 am 6. The cook kept telling us 15 mins, it took 4 hours for them to cook and feed us. A lot of guests slept empty stomach. So if you wish to come here, please bring your own food. 7. The bed sheets are stained, pillows are years old and stained, bathrooms are filthy(yes this is in the most 'luxurious' diamond stay with attached washroom) 8. Forget bonfire and music, if you can get a night's sleep here that's also a rare commodity. 9. The so called activities 'fish spa, boating, etc etc' are all fake. There's one boat which can't be sat in and absolutely dirty. Do try your luck. 10. There are many other camping sites in and around pawna, please consider them. 11. Let's not talk about the safety here, it's absolutely deserted so don't do the mistake about coming here without a vehicle. The manager can kick you out anytime (even at 1am).

As per name mentioned,Really Heaven. Very nice and close to dam water reservoir. Very nice quality food served with nice sitting fascility. Tents are located at very nice location viewing Dam water reservoir. Cottages are also having very nice Dam water view. I and my family with other three families really enjoyed the stay and ambiance.Children enjoyed a lot,indoor Games and the music with lights,dance floor. Nice view of fort Tungi and Tikona. Also Pawana Dam Wall.

The Location is very good but the service and food quality is very bad. They just take amount from customer but not providing food and service. There is no drinking water source also good, they gives bad service to customers due to that customer needs to purchase Water Bottles from them. They are not punctual for time. Do not expect the good quality food from them. Our experience is very bad on 31 Dec 2023.

Fantastic Camping Experience at Diamond 69 heaven Valley Had an amazing time ,The food was delicious, service top-notch, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway. Can't wait to go back!
