5 stars is not enough for this restaurant, it was truly fantastic. Firstly, the setting is stunning. So cosy and romantic in the courtyard, and the building where the restaurant is is beautiful. The service was impeccable – we felt extremely well taken care of, but also not too crowded and there was no feeling of pretentiousness. The food was sublime. We had the 11 courses, every single one was creative, full of flavour, beautifully presented and each with an interesting story. I'm still dreaming about a few of them... Considering all of this, we found the price very reasonable for the excellence of the staff and food. Cannot recommend it enough if you have a special occasion to celebrate, or you love going out for dinner. And a special mention to Denis – the kindest staff member who made my birthday dreams come true! Thank you!

Just an all around fabulous meal. Creative, delicious food served by an attentive staff in an idyllic outdoor setting. Wine pairings were perfect. Do not miss this place if you are looking for a special meal min Valencia.

Incredible experience beyond expectations! All the food is delicious, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The interior design and all the details are gorgeous. It’s a fine dining restaurant but the atmosphere is so comfortable, we felt like being at home. Definitely will come back and recommend to others.

A really unique sensorial experience in the heart of Valencia. You start the evening in their terrace, lounging with bespoke and classic cocktails, while your first course is prepared. The tone of the evening is set really high. You are then escorted through the building, seeing the kitchen area and wine cellar. After a couple of stairs, you are in the dining area, where your palate is about to get amazed by both food and wine. The dinner was high quality, with detailed service and good tempo. Food quantity was correct, with flavors and textures ranging from the known into the innovative. The sommelier can help you pair de evening wisely, although it would be better to have a different glass of wine per course, instead of 1 wine per 2 courses. It would just elevate the experience even more. Another thing to note is the ceramics and glassware. Real works of art that go hand in hand with the house’s atmosphere.

My wife took me here for my birthday dinner and there’s no other dinner I’ve had in my life that comes close to La Salita. With one Michelin star, this place blows you away using all five of your senses. The decor inside is just has impressive as their food. The service is among the best in the business. Our 10 course feast was unforgettable. It’s focused on vegetables, but there is some meat and fish sprinkled in. Presentation is, undoubtedly so, otherworldly. Their cocktails were my favorite part of the night. If Michelin had a cocktail category, their drinks would definitely be on it. A very expensive place to have dinner (almost $500 USD for dinner for two), but money can’t buy what you experience here.

It was a stunning evening at La Salita. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. Despite the reputation of being a Michelin Star restaurant, we felt perfectly at home with the sommelier and staff educating us every step of the way. It was divine and a few of the dishes were so beautiful and filled with love that I nearly cried. Our 4 hour dinner was one we'll never forget. The creativity was incredible, the gastric experience unrivaled and we felt LOVED throughout our entire experience. People who focus on such details and creative experience work from a place of true passion and love. We were grateful to have experienced it. Keep putting that kind of goodness into the world, Begona and team. Special thanks to Cecil and the wonderful cocktail expert, Denis.

Wow! What an experience🤩 We pre-booked our choice of menu the day before, the novença, and it did not disappoint! The on point service, chilled out vibe and amazing food made this an excellent evening. Loved exploring new flavors, textures and combinations. Be sure to be plenty hungry and allow enough time (we didn't finish until 00.30, and ended up rolling out of there having to say no thanks to the last bite). Also, try one of the cocktails. The bartender is a godsend😇

Another extraordinary experience and this hit the nail on all levels: the food, the experience, the service, ambience and going the extra mile. To top it off, the evening ended with a special cocktail showcase by Denis. Thank you to the front of house team, chefs and management for an unforgettable time special thanks to Cesar, gusieppe and Bruno. (Friday 1st July 2022).

An absolutely unforgettable dining experience. The staff were lovely and they suggested a wine which is one of my favorites I’ve ever had. Each course was unique and I appreciated the focus on seafood. The setting and decor is both peaceful and perfectly thought out and I would return anytime.

Fine dining at its finest! Great menu and a lot of variety in courses to give you a very wide scope of flavours, cooking technique and presentation. Cocktails are a must for the appetisers as they make for a good pairing, then continue with wine for the remainder of the dishes. There a lot of course so you will not be hungry by the end of it. Apart from that, the area is also open for a causal drink in the garden area and other events as well. This would be my one critique. Since you have other tables and an open area for cocktails (there was also a wedding party having dinner) it kind of ruined the atmosphere a bit. Usually with these kind of dinners, everyone is normally experiencing the same thing along the way but this combination did not work so well. The music also didn’t really fit with the overall vibe of the place. Apart from that. The food was really good and service was good too. Definitely recommend carrying this place (perhaps inside instead) for a more complete experience.

A fantastic dining experience! The testing menu was exquisite, healthy and beautifully served. Not heavy on meat (which was great in our case), very balanced, with a great wine selection and original aperitifs! The plates and silverware are a whole other kind of pleasure ✨

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and great service. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our entire meal. One of the waiters was particularly jovial and it was very wholesome. The food was amazing. A lot of local ingredients and flavours with some international (I think a lot of Japanese inspiration). My favourite dish was the hake and my companion's favourite was the goat cheese dessert. But pretty much every dish was hitting the mark.

This was a return visit as we were so impressed last time we visited. It still wowed us this time. Excellent food, exquisitely presented with beautiful touches that elevated the ingredients to the highest level. The building and gardens are superb, the staff are attentive and knowledgeable and add the excellent experience.

Very unpleasant staff. We booked cocktails for a special birthday. The bar was closed due to rain but we were not informed. The staff member we met repeatedly told us off for not providing a phone number - we booked by email and we’re not asked for a phone number- as they couldn’t send an email to tell us it was closed and insisted only a phone call was possible. We were polite and understanding. They were not. This is on my doorstep and I hoped to enjoy it frequently.

From start to finish an unbelievable experience. From the unique cocktails, Truffle Negroni anyone?, served with your appetizers in the garden to the dinner served upstairs and the impeccable service this is worth every cent. Refined, complex, original and a tad adventurous without losing touch with the quality of the main product of each dish.

Superb dinner tonight. We had the smaller menu and left delighted and stuffed! 3 of the dishes were our favorites: 1) Smoked eel Berline, the very first starter, 2 ) Parsnip pasta nest (our absolute favorite), and 3) Bubbles figs and cream (a dessert). Such a great experience, and by US standards, a bargain. Service was excellent, new weapons (utensils) with each dish. We even got new napkins prior to the two dessert courses. Each dish was explained before we ate them. In total 11 starters and main dishes, 2 desserts. Bellies now full. Cocktails to start - they were imaginative and tasteful too. Last photo is of the kitchen and various concoctions infusing before use.

From start to finish a truly amazing meal. Dishes were inventive and delicious. The cocktail menu was hugely varied and inventive with so many amazing options. The service was attentive and friendly and knowledgeable about each dish. Ambience was really unbeatable (the building was very cool, the decor was impressive and the soundtrack playing in the background was perfect!). A truly amazing evening at a remarkable restaurant!

Went for drinks here with family and got an old fashioned and also a habañero / mezcal concoction. Both were the best drinks I've had in my life. Delicious and well presented. Truly worth the price. Their staff are warm, friendly and professional and the building/ambiance very home-like. Highly recommend.

La Salita was the highlight of our trip to Valencia. The staff were so kind, the cocktail master was an absolute delight & the food was delicious! The setting was also perfect. We will definitely come back.

Incredible. Sommelier and his team were super polite. I would go back in a heartbeat. Worth every penny. Would have been nice to have met the chef as is customary but realistically who cares.

Amazing food. We arrived without reservation and they found a table for us with some effort - super kind of them. Food was incredible as you would expect from a 1 star - great homage to some sea elements. Service could have been slightly faster!

🫤 The place is very nicely decorated, as if you were surrounded by tents and in a jungle. Very well done. The food was delicious too. What is a major disadvantage of this restaurant is that you have a time block of 1.5 hours. We were with another couple of friends and had to order everything immediate...
