The worst experience!! If I can give zero stars!! It was not crowded but the chicken was burned and I have a strong feeling it was very old and they just reheated it . They served each plate alone with 10 to 20 min gap between one dish and the other. The service was bad no one refilled our drinks and to top that the next day I got the worst food poisoning that lasted for 3 days and counting which required medical attention. Never going their again.

Travel this much far ( Al Hijaz mall in Makka ) On to our adventure of FRESH | FRIED | CRISPY 🍔🍟 this black beefy burger is a bomb so tasty and flavorful, not greasy and fatty. And this is what we are looking for a. How cute is this pink vintage car? Another new experience with car couch kinda thing 🚙 let’s go Barbie 😊

Different ambience where you can enjoy your dining at affordable price

The food is incredible! The customer service is fine and the place is really nice. Although it is quite pricey, the single dish is around 40 to 50sar. But I believe it's worth trying.

Route 66 restaurant inside Hijaz mall. Came here, ordered their salmon and steak quesadella, with kiwi smoothy and taje away mozzarella stick. Best environment, kids friendly, friendly and handsome staff, affordable price, and awesome foods! Best Western foods so far.

Route 66 offers an amazing selection of American breakfast dishes, burgers, variety of sandwiches, cuts and some refreshing drinks. They also have taco salad on their menu which is my favorite there. My family enjoyed the morning meal here and looking forward to come again. I’ve visited this location many times the past few years, tried lots of dishes and decided to finally give an average rating 9/10. I recommend this restaurant if you’re not on a diet

Cool interior vibe, they really have a well themed restaurant! Servers are all dressed up as police, tables are like half mustangs and well themed. The food was great! Brisket sandwich slapped, kinda wish they offered a thinner slice of bread, but overall really I enjoyed it! Will be back soon InshaAllah!

Services it’s the worst ever I’ll seen, Bad welcoming and attitude. Giving food its to late taking bill father than speed light. The food it’s so fatty and not good It well be last time to visit them and I will recommend for not reach it.

I've been here when the restaurant opened for the first time couple of years ago. It was amazing back then. But today, I had a really bad experience. Bad service, bad food. Totally not coming here again ever! I don't recommend it at all!

First visit and my first impression is a bad one. The menue is really limited in variety that I had to pick something whether it was appealing or not. The chicken burger I ordered was tough and chewy. When we asked for the bill, it took them forever to finalize it, and I had to go to the cash register to pay because they were taking too long. The guy asked if I needed a receipt, and I thought maybe they're out of printing roll or some other issue, so I told him that it's fine, I don't need a receipt. I paid in cash, and then the guy didn't have change, so he went to the other side of the restaurant to bring me change. But some other guy came with the change and gave it to me. We left the restaurant and on the way home I checked the change and it was 30 Riyals short. Overall, very bad experience. For their asking prices you could go to far better places with better food. I will not be going back there ever again.

It takes you to USA I felt I am out there with a real American food and style food is delicious and well prepared with totally different serving style and convenient price you’ve got to try

Route 66... well its not the name of a street as many people know... it is the name of an American Dhaba style restaurant... Had our dinner here yesterday and it was yummilicious... we had mini beef sliders... highway chicken and volcano pasta...and in the end icecream burger as dessertt. The sliders were tasty with least spices and came with two sauces.. white creamy sauce and chedder sauce. Highway chicken was juicy and a little tangy which was a great combination.. then the creamy cheesy volcano pasta came in a glass jar and represented the form of volcano while being garnished with crisp fried chicken chunks and beetroot and icecream burger was a yummy twist in the end... All the dishes tasted awesome and were fulfilling at the same time for four persons. Recommended if you want to have some different taste Thank you

Visited this place for the first time to celebrate the anniversary of our friends and got really pleased with everything. From the atmosphere to seating arrangement and from the food to it's serving, everything was on point . In general the place is designed in American street style. We ordered beef sliders, volcano pasta and highway mix. Every dish was delicious and came along with lots of cheese and cheesy dips.They have a family section and the prices are a little high but if you are a fan of fast food and especially cheese..this place is definitely worth a try.

Multiple choices for breakfast, testy, friendly staff, quite place in the morning, I believe need some windows, you feel you’re in real jail

The waiter wants me to speak in Arabic but all the menus are in English? So how will i translate it? Our pasta is so dry and other orders came out very late. The waiters should atleast have good manners in dealing with the guests.

A cosy restaurant with lots in the menu. I've tried the steak there and a couple of other dishes.. the staff was friendly and the service time was great.

The chicken caesa salad is not good because its full of salad dressing its worst taste.
