Ibn
Suleiman
Palace
...
a
unique
archaeological
landmark
The
palace
of
Ibn
Suleiman,
Bjrul,
is
considered
one
of
the
most
prominent
historical
and
archaeological
monuments
after
the
historical
Well
of
Tawa.
This
palace,
which
is
more
than
eighty
years
old,
is
still
proud
of
its
unique
designs
and
ancient
Islamic
style,
to
tell
the
modern
generations
the
greatness
of
history
and
the
mesmerization
of
the
early
building
teachers,
who
surpassed
the
pioneers
of
architecture
in
the
modern
era
with
their
talent
for
construction.
The
palace
of
Ibn
Suleiman
goes
back
to
the
first
Minister
of
Finance
during
the
reign
of
His
Majesty
the
late
King
Abdulaziz
bin
Abdulrahman
Al-Faisal
Al
Saud,
may
God
rest
his
soul,
and
about
the
history
of
this
palace,
the
Mayor
of
Jaroul
locality
and
the
former
facilitator
Talal
bin
Muhammad
bin
Hassan
Al-Hassani
says:
«This
palace
was
established
more
than
before
80
years
during
the
reign
of
the
founder,
His
Majesty
King
Abdulaziz,
may
God
have
mercy
on
him,
and
he
was
known
in
the
palace
of
Ibn
Suleiman,
the
first
Minister
of
Finance,
knowing
that
the
palace
belongs
to
the
family
of
the
Al-Yogari
family
of
the
wealthy
and
well-known
Meccan
families,
but
Ibn
Suleiman
bought
it
from
this
family
and
made
it
a
residence
for
him,
his
family
and
his
entourage.
According
to
what
we
learned
from
the
elderly
fathers,
grandfathers
and
notables
of
Jarwal,
the
builder
to
whom
the
responsibility
was
assigned
to
construct
this
unique
palace
in
his
time
and
in
the
present
time
is
the
famous
Meccan
teacher
from
the
family
of
the
minister
and
he
was
an
illiterate
man
who
did
not
read
or
write,
but
he
had
a
talent
for
design
and
implementation,
Where
he
used
to
use
a
stick
made
of
trees
(strabismus)
in
drawing
and
planning
on
the
ground
for
how
the
palace
was
designed,
and
he
asked
the
builders
and
his
workers
to
implement
according
to
the
designs
he
drew
for
them
with
his
stick
on
the
ground.
The
building
and
construction
works
of
the
palace
were
attended
by
craftsmen
and
skilled
workers,
all
of
whom
were
Saudis
from
Makkah
Al-Mukarramah,
as
there
was
no
expatriate
labor
at
that
time,
and
stone,
gypsum
and
noura
were
used
in
the
construction
work.
From
what
the
elderly
who
witnessed
the
completion
of
the
construction
of
this
palace
narrate
that
it
happened
that
one
of
the
architects
of
the
Arab
nationalities
attended,
and
he
expressed
his
astonishment
at
the
way
of
constructing
this
unique
palace
of
its
kind
and
asked
about
the
name
of
the
architect
who
designed
and
implemented
it,
and
he
was
more
astonished
when
he
was
told
The
one
who
designed
and
built
this
palace
is
an
illiterate
man,
a
famous
teacher
from
the
people
of
Makkah
and
asked
to
meet
him
and
this
happened,
as
he
praised
his
capabilities
and
his
technical
and
engineering
talents.
Mayor
Al-Hassani
indicated
that
the
palace
is
still
standing
and
in
excellent
condition
and
has
not
been
affected
by
the
factors
of
time
due
to
the
quality
of
its
structure
and
designs,
and
for
a
recent
era
it
had
been
the
headquarters
of
the
Great
Sharia
Court
in
Makkah,
and
before
that
the
headquarters
of
the
Library
of
the
Great
Mosque
of
Mecca.
Mayor
Talal
indicated
that
the
palace
was
honored
by
more
than
one
visit
to
His
Majesty
the
founding
King
Abdulaziz
bin
Abdulrahman
Al-Faisal
Al
Saud,
may
God
have
mercy
on
him,
when
he
was
attending
events
with
Minister
of
Finance
Abdullah
Al-Suleiman,
and
the
palace
halls
witnessed
several
meetings
of
the
founding
king
issued
by
many
decisions
that
concern
citizens
in
these
countries
and
conditions
The
Arab
and
Islamic
nation.

قصر
ابن
سليمان..
معلم
أثري
فريد
يعتبر
قصر
ابن
سليمان
بجرول
من
أبرز
المعالم
التاريخية
والأثرية
بعد
بئر
طوى
التاريخي.
فهذا
القصر
الذي
تجاوز
عمره
نحو
الثمانين
عامًا
إلا
أنه
لا
يزال
شامخًا
بتصاميمه
البديعة
الفريدة
وبطرازه
الإسلامي
العريق،
ليحكي
للأجيال
الحديثة
عظمة
التاريخ
وهمة
المعلمون
البناءون
الأوائل،
والذين
تفوقوا
بموهبتهم
في
التشييد
على
رواد
المعمار
في
العصر
الحديث.
ويعود
قصر
ابن
سليمان
إلى
أول
وزير
للمالية
في
عهد
جلالة
المغفور
له
الملك
المؤسس
عبدالعزيز
بن
عبدالرحمن
الفيصل
آل
سعود
طيب
الله
ثراه،
وعن
تاريخ
هذا
القصر
يتحدث
عمدة
محلة
جرول
والتيسير
السابق
طلال
بن
محمد
بن
حسان
الحساني
فيقول:
«هذا
القصر
أنشئ
قبل
أكثر
من
80
عامًا
في
عهد
المؤسس
جلالة
الملك
عبدالعزيز
يرحمه
الله
وقد
عرف
بقصر
ابن
سليمان
أول
وزير
للمالية
مع
العلم
أن
القصر
يعود
لأسرة
آل
اليوقري
من
الأسر
المكية
الثرية
والمعروفة
ولكن
ابن
سليمان
اشتراه
من
هذه
الأسرة
واتخذه
سكنًا
له
ولأسرته
وحاشيته.
وحسب
ما
علمناه
من
كبار
السن
من
الآباء
والأجداد
وأعيان
جرول
أن
البنّاء
الذي
أسندت
إليه
مسؤولية
تشييد
هذا
القصر
الفريد
من
نوعه
في
زمنه
وفي
الزمن
الحاضر
هو
المعلم
المكي
الشهير
من
أسرة
الوزيرة
وكان
رجل
أمي
لا
يقرأ
ولا
يكتب،
ولكن
لديه
موهبة
في
التصميم
والتنفيذ،
حيث
كان
يستخدم
عصاة
من
أشجار
(الشوحط)
في
الرسم
والتخطيط
على
الأرض
لكيفية
تصميم
القصر
ويطلب
من
البنائين
والعاملين
معه
التنفيذ
حسب
ما
رسمه
لهم
من
تصاميم
بعصاه
على
الأرض.
وقد
شارك
في
أعمال
البناء
والتشييد
للقصر
صناع
وعمال
مهرة
كلهم
من
السعوديين
من
أبناء
مكة
المكرمة،
حيث
لا
توجد
في
ذلك
الزمن
أية
عمالة
وافدة،
وقد
تم
استخدام
الحجر
والجص
والنورة
في
أعمال
البناء.
ومما
يرويه
كبار
السن
ممن
عاصروا
فترة
الانتهاء
من
تشييد
هذا
القصر
إنه
حدث
أن
حضر
أحد
المهندسين
المعماريين
من
الجنسيات
العربية،
وأعرب
عن
ذهوله
بطريقة
تشييد
هذا
القصر
الفريد
من
نوعة
وتساءل
عن
اسم
المهندس
المعماري
الذي
قام
بتصميمه
وتنفيذه،
وقد
ذهل
أكثر
عندما
قيل
له
إن
الذي
صمم
وشيد
هذا
القصر
هو
رجل
أمي،
وهو
معلم
شهير
من
أهل
مكة
المكرمة
وطلب
مقابلته
وحصل
ذلك،
حيث
أشاد
بقدراته
وما
يملكه
من
مواهب
فنية
وهندسية.
وأشار
العمدة
الحساني
إلى
أن
القصر
لا
يزال
قائمًا
وبحالة
ممتازة
ولم
يتأثر
بعوامل
الزمن
وذلك
نظرًا
لجودة
بنيانه
وتصاميمه،
وقد
كان
لعهد
قريب
مقرًا
للمحكمة
الشرعية
الكبرى
بمكة،
وقبل
ذلك
مقرًا
لمكتبة
الحرم
المكي
الشريف.
وأشار
العمدة
طلال
إلى
أن
القصر
تشرف
بأكثر
من
زيارة
لجلالة
الملك
المؤسس
عبدالعزيز
بن
عبدالرحمن
الفيصل
آل
سعود
يرحمه
الله
عندما
كان
يحضر
المناسبات
عند
وزير
المالية
عبدالله
السليمان،
وشهدت
قاعات
القصر
عدة
اجتماعات
للملك
المؤسس
صدرت
عنها
العديد
من
القرارات
التي
تهم
المواطنين
في
هذه
البلاد
وأحوال
الأمة
العربية
والإسلامية.
