Rooms condition is pathetic. Even the cleanliness is done after 2 to 3 days. Lifts sometimes not work. Toilets are dirty. Some time water ends in toilets. Room sharing is in up to 6 to 7 people per room, with single toilets. Staff is rude with pilgrims.
