ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES EVER. Ok this is what happened with me today twice, up until the second time I couldn't leave without saying nothing. Like anybody, firstly I waited in like 4 random lines until I ordered my meals with number #31. After that I should wait until my number will be shown on the screens. But apparently because of the chaos and the extremely unorganized staff, they are finishing the orders of the people whom are only giving them their receipts. To make it more clear, the screen were showing number #44 therefore my order should be ready as I have number #31, I went to take it and all the workers infront of me were not listening to me and taking randomly anybody giving his hand and ended up taking the guy's besides me number #56. Of course after I saw this chaos I grabbed my phone to record what's really happening not the 4.5 highly recommended reviews. And then came to me THE RUDEST GUY ever shouting and telling me that it is not allowed to take pictures here, saying he is the manager and then he pulled my order back after the worker was giving me it, and asking them to call the police if I did not delete the pictures I took. I've never seen anything like this before and definitely recommend not to bother yourself with this chaotic ignorant and rude staff there. One simple question Why the empolyees of al baik do not put ketchup sachets inside the takeaway orders? Is it a direct instruction from top management to save ketchup or something else. Kindly clear this repeatedly issue. Thanks and regards

Absolutely rubbish.Its like they chose their customers who they wants to give food first.you stand there and they are taking the receipts from the people who placed an order after you.i had wasted my 40 minutes there to collect food.

One of the worst branches of Albaik. The service is very slow and the branch is understaffed. The staff work slowly and seem to lack passion for their work. In comparison to other branches, even when they have few staff members, they work efficiently and are quick to serve, unlike this branch. I hope the administration finds a solution because this branch is the only one in the northern sector of Makkah and serves a huge number of residents in the region. I hope this helps!

I ordered shawarma and my number was 344, I waited until the number went to 355 and then asked them. Then they told me to wait another then minutes and started to make it. When we order, if it's gonna take long, we should know it. We received our shawarma when the number was 380
