Experience was amazing. Staff is good too. Got two Mac burger meals. Taste was awesome. Everything was fresh and well cooked. They have allowed dine in now with all social distancing precautions. You won't have to worry about anything. Come and enjoy.

It was a very shocking experience the branch is understaffed with very bad management and improper distribution two persons in macafe and no single order for almost an hour and one person serving the dinner counter very stupid and pushing you to refund better to close I had a very bad time and some customers were shouting also the mac boy is excusing himself by mentioning that he is alone Mac scandals in makkah

Beware of the extra cheese scam! They will charge you for extra cheese without asking, and they won't even actually put that extra slice of cheese. Every time. KFC and Hardee's does this as well, probably franchised by the same despicable thieves. Always ask for a receipt and check it. If something isn't right, demand a refund.

Located in Makkah, finally a McDonald's that works at a snail's pace. Everything from taking the drive-thru order to getting it was super slow. Just imagine waiting over 35 minutes, and there were just 4 cars in front of me. Watch the video of how their delivery works. Bad show!
