    To begin with, it is about time Saudia Medical Services hire more experienced receptionists with better communication skills and etiquette to deal with patients respectfully. I am very disappointed about the incident that I had encountered with the receptionist that works at Saudia Medical. To explain, she did not know her job well. She did not even greet the patients or asked what they wanted. She rudely asked for my ID without knowing the doctor that I wanted to see. She even said that the doctor I wanted to see was there when in fact the doctor was actually in the other section across the hall. Most importantly, she did not apologize for her mistake and even denied what she said to me earlier. That was really shameful and disgusting and was not what I had expected from the receptionist. In my opinion, I see that receptionists have to be trained on how to respond appropriately to patients. In addition to that, they have to be responsible for their behavior and admit their mistake; they should not blame the patients. As a result, I am completely appalled by their despicable treatment towards patients. Once again, Saudia Medical has to renovate not only the building but also renovate their STAFFS. Also, I was totally surprised that there was no SOCIAL DISTANCING at the receptionist’s counter. In fact, the receptionist allowed two patients to cut me off while I was waiting in front of her. They were standing so close to me. This was a Hospital with sick patients, so where on earth was the SOCIAL DISTANCING?

    They have no respect for time. You come on time for a checkup that usually takes an hour and they keep you wait 7 hours. I would suggest to the management to have more options for checkups other than this hospital. The waiting is not Who came first, it is who you know. Not to mention the psychologist. I think that psychologist needs a psychologist to teach her how to deal with people. I don’t think responding to this review by the owner with “thank you for your feedback” will help. What’s really going to help is either treating people like your own family or leave the management to someone who can.

    Worst experience with the receptionist for visiting orthopedic. I visited on 12 dec 2021 around 5’ o clock they told me there is no appointment or slot available come tomorrow on 13th as a walk in I visited on 13th dec next day as a walk in at 10am the receptionist told me to wait until 12:30pm around 1pm And visit the reception desk At 1. After 12:30 pm when I check with her she told me u have to wait until 5pm here in the waiting area I cannot see more than 2 ladies and in the gents 3-4 gents not more than that people were waiting. I’m in the medical leave since 4 months everytime when I visit SAUDIA medical they treat us very poorly specially the receptionist they don’t know how to to talk or deal with the customers. This time I have to write because the receptionist behavior her name is Rawan fahad working on 13 dec 2021 and her colleagues they both showing stairing and trying to DARE me with her eyes UNacceptable seriously everytime when I visit they they have a statement there is 2 patients before you and they will make us wait 3-4 hours for that 2 patients. I am sorry there is patience level for each and every person. Please make the receptionist to behave and tell the truth so the patient and the family can deal with their own problems what to do next. We are not here to chill or fun in the hospital They make my patience level to blast out and whoever the person is will come in anxiety. Very bad experience whenever I visited

    Don’t know where to start I don’t want to talk about reception this is another topic . I want to talk about doctors at ER this time . My friend whent there directly from operation for emergency treatment and they didn’tgive her a medicine or do a blood test for her for 1 hour and a half. Reason was because she didn’t pay yet the bill 35 sar ,she didnt have cash with her. I had to come make the payment than they started to care . They dont have ethical standards. What a shame.

    Fakeeh Saudi Medical is the WORST hospital in Jeddah. Run by Beancounters they only care about money. Admin procedures are a nightmare. Average time from seeing the doctor to get your medication is 2 hours.

    This clinic obviously doesn’t have any idea what an ( appointment) is… Every single time I waited at least a minimum of one hour (with appointment made one week ago) , and after that to send you down to the laboratories to pick up your own test’s results because it’s not in the system, and wait there for another 30 min and come back and plus another 30 min. And about specialists I also have not a strong opinion.

    One of the worst hospital experience, the reception guys are the worst. Very bad when it comes to customer help. If you don’t have good people to hire replace them by computers and no need for reception employees. Emergency doctor are also one of the worst doctor. This will be my last visit….

    My visit yesterday to Fakeeh’s Ophthalmologist Clinic was extraordinary. First I came in with no appointment and was a walk-in patient. The clinic was clean and all staff looked professionally groomed with customer care etiquette. The doctor appointed to me as a walk-in was Dr. MUSTAPHA. Dr. MUSTAPHA was very professional and gave thorough advice during my first time visit with him. Doctors must be trained to do as Dr. MUSTAPHA and that is to explain all phases of illness to the patient. Dr. MUSTAPHA even went above and beyond to explain to me about my eye condition with a slide projector he has displayed in his office to fully visually understand my condition. This was the first time to see such dedication and expertise here for eye care ! Thank you Dr. MUSTAPHA!

    Saturday 10JUN23 my 3M medication was sent to the approval office @07:52, no one attended to it despite multiple follow up with the receptionist. Even with their intervention & follow up calls no fruit until @ 09:20 where the request landed in Tawuniya inbox. imagine 1H 30M for the request to reach Tawuniya, there were at least 3 more cases for other patients. Whatever happened be it human negligence , computer glitch, ..etc. It is intolerable by a healthy person ( how about a patient) It MUST NOT repeat, this suffering has been raised to you and you are responsible in front of Allah Almighty to take it to the highest management level to ensure it does not repeat, otherwise you will share the sin.     We are very disappointed. It is annoying. We spent almost 2 weeks. on keep on coming back . From emergecy to follow up. We do all the laboratory that they ask us. We keep on coming back to do the laboratory that they ask to do. Everytime we are coming for the follow up, we have to wait for almost 4 hours. We are paying for all. Suppose to be we will at least get the nice service from them. Are they only for money? We are not coming for nothing. We are coming because we are sick. Urologist department, the receptionist. You should at least try to do consideration for the follow up. Try to render good patient service. We deserve it. Rating for this is below than 1. It happened with us many times. How can we feel at ease and trust and comfortable with it if you dont know your duty. We are patient and your are doctors, in medical institution. you made an oath when you get your license and accept your job that you will do your best to treat your patient. May Allah treat your mind and guide you so that you always reminded for your oath. Hope it will not only me who suffer from this. Attention for the administration, please try to check your staff ,all the employees your hiring. That they do their job well so that our money is worth spending for.

    Its my third day to be at fakeeh medical center just to get a reference from the dental doctor. However this past 2 days and today. The receptionist were impolite. After waiting for 2hrs. If u ask her all she says is to wait. In a very impolite tone. Disappointed for The service and the long await. I have been here since 3days just to get a reference. But this ladies won’t empathize the situation even if i told her my whole situation.

    I work in a medical field and tbh i was impressed by their service, the waiting time was reasonable, the doctor was very nice, patient and actually listened to every problem that i said and wasn’t just checking the system like other hospitals 😂 the nurse went to the pharmacy herself and got me my meds 🤍 thank you medical center 🤍
