The following personalities are buried in this graveyard: Ummul Mu’mineen Khadija (may Allah be pleased with her), the first wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) Qasim, the eldest son of the Prophet (ﷺ) from his wife Khadija (may Allah be pleased with her); he died in infancy. Abdullah, the second son of the Prophet (ﷺ) from his wife Khadija (may Allah be pleased with her); he was also known as Tahir and Tayyab. Abu Talib – the uncle of the Prophet (ﷺ) Abdul Muttalib – the grandfather of the Prophet (ﷺ)

Must visit as this is the resting place of Khadija RA, the first wife of Prophet SAW and many other companions. About 15 mins walk from haram. Better to go here by yourself walking rather than enroute a full ziyarah as this will allow you more time. Get a worker on site to help you identify some of the graves and then reward him with a little gift.

A cemetery in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is located a short distance from the Masjidul Haram. Here are the graves of Muhammad's wife Khadija bint Khuwailid, grandfather and other ancestors. Many of Muhammad's relatives were buried here before the migration.

Jannat Al Mu'alla is where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried. Most prominent ones are his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib) and first wife (Khadijah). This ancient burial place was respected even before Mohamed (PBUH) was born, and remains so to this day. The cemetery is open all year, and there is no admission fee. شكراً

MashaAllah, one of the most burial grounds on earth maybe. where all Makkah burry their deceased. Any Muslim who dies in Makkah , except martyrs get buried there and for free and their Janaza prayer gets performed in Masjid Alharam. Burial charities are all over Makkah and connected to all hospitals. Once a person is announced dead by the hospital administrator, the charity picks up the body, do the ghusl and all the other body perpetration rituals then take the body to masjid Al Haram for Janaza around the closest regular prayer time. Then the body goes to the cemetery for burial. Beautiful!!! And all at no cost. Make sure to visit. Very easy to get to. It is very close to the Haram, about 12 minutes walk from the King Abdulla recent expansion side or often called Ghaza side. Any busy or taxi that is going that direction you can take to the cemetery.

It’s really shame that the pilgrims are being threatened & disrespected by the guards. They (pilgrims) are being treated as slave. Opening time shows it’s open everyday but they frequently closed the doors. I’ve been there but really upset there behaviour.Holy places Mecca and Medinah’s most of the security guards don’t know the manner.
