The ice cream was fantastic, but the cheese burger wasn't very good.

It’s was a great experience for lunch and Coffee time with my family, also the kids enjoy the play zone.

First impression: Simply hospitable. We came here only for french fries with our son, however, staff was so easy with my kid that they offered him a balloon and ice cream. I’m really impressed by their kids-loving attitude. Highly recommended.

Need attention in orders. Many times they gave wrong order so check before you leave especially the drive thru orders.

I'm not interested in McDonald's anymore. There are a lot of local brands providing better quality and taste.

It was one of the best branches in the area after bringing the new cashier(a girl) it became the worst branch ever. I visited them twice and every time I deal with that unprofessional cashier. she is always angry and she doesn’t get the order till the supervisor tell her to do so.

McDonald's in Makkah is very bad the food is fine but the serves is bad the order always not complete this maybe the 4th time I make order driving when I get home something missing I don't know what's the problem I never had this problem in Jeddah is it the worker or the manager or what the hill is wrong Someone's is not doing there job right.

Worst McDonald's branch! The employees ignore me when I go to the counter and I actually need to call them to order. They keep chatting with girls who walk in from the women section while ignoring people who come to order to pick up. Even while I'm making the order, the employees are talking with each other and don't notice that my card did not go through untill I bring his attention to it. Don't come here. Go to another branch.

For drive thru they take too much time just for serving one car need to improvement

This place is the worst they disrespect you as a costumer they don't have any professionalism in there work I gave the drive through 500 SR HE gave me 34and a half he said go to the other window I went I told the guy where is my Reamaning he said follow that guy by my car is this sanity and I spoke to that person are out of your mind I'm not policemen to follow the guy give me my 400 after that he said there was there was a musunderstanding you also have 400 SR AND THE GUY INFRONT OF ME ALSO PAID 500 SR they forgot my french fries they so after I went home I see no French fries I return and they ask me for the bill where is it the guy in drive thro took it even after eating the food cold there was no compensation for anything there are bad employees there please take care .....

Tried their French fries 🍟 which are awesome. Didn't try other non veg meals because of issues regarding Chicken Slaughter. Ice-cream is not that recommended, it just feels like ice.

Always check your order in case they might have forgotten a meal or two. Specially in car orders.

For dine in they take time to serve you

It was average experience but thanks to Suhair for making the dining experience better. The coffee machine was not working and place needs a lot of maintenance.

A good crew and theirs no long wait, but if the drive through is crowded check your order before driving away from the window.

I saw people fighting once and the food's quality is worst than other benchmarks.
