Cons: no seating area. Food wasn't as satisfying as you'd expect from KFC. The drink cardboard holders were very flimsy and they break quite easily. See pictures of the burger quality xD Pros: Competitive prices. Food was served promptly and the service was very good service from staff.

Not the KFC you know and love , this was supposed to be the Big Filler but turned out to be a Big Disappointment

Chicken had a fish smell at a certain point, everything was poor quality, my chicken burger was basically a peice of Rubber with 2 buns thats how awful it was. They also put a tiny bit mayo and rest of the burger was dry. Worst KFC, avoid at all cost. Service was also rubbish.

The waiting time was not much. The food was a mix of some good and some bad. but there is two main problems and those are, we ordered three chicken but two of them were very small and the fries were cold,soft and soggy and the cold drinks have way too much ice than required so you get less of the actual cold drink itself So, if you are looking to specifically eat chicken I recommend it but other menu items are not as great but overall around a 4 to 4.2 stars.

This KFC Outlet is very near from Masjidil Haram. It is located near from WC 8. The taste is nice and the price is also not expensive. This is very helpful if you’re looking for fast food in near from Masjidil Haram. But I didn’t see any place for dine in here. It seem only receive take away order.

We ordered classic zinger burger but they gave us the old burger with a very small bun. It was not fresh, cold, hard. They spoiled our whole appetite. I told my wife to order Hardees but upon insisting we ordered KFC. Wasted alots of money. I will never visit this branch again. Manager was busy in counting cast and two Bangladeshi people were taking orders and serving old food.

Had a quick lunch here. Three spicy chicken pieces with fries and bread. Food was promptly served and good customer service. Loads of seating spaces. The chicken was crispy and delicious. It wasn't oily at all. I thought the spicy was just mild but enjpyed it. The bread was also good.

I really enjoyed eating food from KFC in Mecca as the food was very tasty and the price was not too expensive. It’s nice to have a lot of variety in Makkah and Medinah and guess what it’s all halal used to alternative restaurants every day because of the vast choice of food there.

I thought we went to normal chicken shop. We order tester and chicken tower burger. Twitter was plane chicken strip rap in khubus no sauce. Tower burger was dry. Request mayonese or ketchup and person on counter first refuse then told us its out of stock. Was worst KFC i every visited

After performing 𝐔𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐡 i tried this 𝐊𝐅𝐂 fast food I really like the taste and food was very fresh and soft chicken but not crispy of course chicken pieces always soft not as you expect Crispy Wings that’s different type of food btw I really enjoyed. Food Quality 9/10 they not have sitting area only for takeaway

I asked them white pieces they said mixed but all black pieces no French fries just few in box flat coke lousy food lousy service don’t waste your money there. 30 riyal throw in garbage. Who doesn’t like broast and other junk food. When you are hungry and you get hot crispy broast from KFC, sitting in Haram, what else you want... It is a running branch that’s why the taste is good. When we are in numbers, we go for bucket. I have only tried KFC in Makkah Haram branch..

I am a big fan of KFC and I was expecting a lot more from KFC than KFCs of Pakistan, but this KFC turned out to be utter disappointment. Ordered two meals of might zinger meals @64 SAR. (Really expensive) . Taste = 0/10. Absolutely pathetic taste. Or better no taste at all. Meal size = 0/10. Mighty burger was so small I could probably eat 2 or 3 of them .. (only if taste was even a sligh bit better). Over all this was the worst KFC experience that I had. This is just a stain on KFC name.

Taste of chicken pieces is good but a bit expensive as compared to Albaik and other restaurants. But if you dont have budget issues then its better to get a deal from here instead of waiting in a long queue.

Food is pretty decent, Prices are a bit high. Ate here over a dozen times (I recommend the zinger burger), I think the Cashiers name was Shaijal, very nice guy always knew my order and was the only staff member who was always smiling.

Worst KFC I've ever had in my life. I ordered a zinger. Size of the chicken was half that if the bun. They put maybe 1 ml of sauce and gave me a cold in toasted bun. 0/10 would never go again 🤢🤢.

Today purchased Chicken tender 5 PC's combo. They have option to take orange juice instead of coke. Combo price Saudi Real 30, but they charged 37 Totally ripped off. Not recommended though foreigners don't have much option In addition very cunning and rude customer service 😒

Terrible service with terrible attitude of staff speak like they’re from the jungle the animals. The food was terrible and uncooked. The burger felt like I was just biting a bun with no chicken. It is foreign people like us who come and pay your wages but they act like they own the place. I’ve had food poisoning and would rather eat dog meat than come here again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Indian KFC is much better.. this one did not taste good and was not crispy. 4 pieces chicken fry cost me 28 SAR.. equivalent to 550 INR.

Really only ate here out of necessity. Doing Umrah your schedule gets thrown off sometimes and food can be surprisingly difficult to find near the Haram area. No seating area so you have to walk it back to your hotel or eat somewhere around. We were staying close so took it back to the hotel. Its sometimes pretty busy, there are a lot of pilgrims in Makkah alhamdulillah but its hard to serve them and service reflects the difficulty inherent in the situation

I found a shard of metal in my wrap as I was chewing. I was instantly sick and couldn't eat for a week. You guys can do better than that. Also my father gained food poisoning the first time he ever tried KFC. We don't get halal KFC back home so it was supposed to be a bit special. Instead both my mother and father fell ill with food poisoning immediately after eating. No thank you. I'll stick to homemade sandwiches thanks

My worst experience with the KFC branch (in souk al khalil Jabal Omar, Makkah). The behavior of the staff was not good. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken strips and they were undercooked, hard to chew. We couldn't eat and left it all. We didn't bother to go back and complain to them because they would behave rudely and wouldn't listen to us. This branch of KFC is not recommended at all, don't waste your money and health eating here.

Convenient for a quick bite however it’s not like other KFCs, it’s a really fast service but they have 3 items on their whole menu and two drink options. The zinger burger was more like a chicken nugget burger, the chicken strips were good. Chips were awful and soggy, almost like it was made 30min ago. Don’t waste your time trying this place out, so much nicer places around that sell fried chicken that’s also cheaper.

Absolute worse experience ever. Purchased the bucket of chicken and whole family suffered from food poisoning. We were vomiting for the next 12 hrs because of this food. Some inspection needs to be done in this area because they have no care for customer health.

A very bad experience at Gabal Omar oulet. I order for SUPER BUCKET 15 PECS . Staff change the order and handed over to me 4 meals. The Egyptian In charge was continue giving the same order to his known persons. Behavior was so bad he insist to take the order.

The food was great, not the best, but still good. It bothered me that there was no bread to go with the meal, or any salad. It was pretty crowded, but that's KFC for you. The chicken pieces were good and spicy. However, the Zinger sandwich was too small for a sandwich that's supposed to be 'filling'. I don't recommend it alone, however tasty it may be. It's pretty good though, so you could order it with 2 drumsticks or something.

Doesn’t have a dime on the UK KFC. UK has much better quality of fries, the chicken is juicier, and the buns are not dry.

KFC had standardised quality tried where ever.

Rice served tasted reheated / old. Otherwise service was fast and location is great. There is no sitting area so you have to go upstairs in food court and eat there or sit on stairs and eat.

This guy has no idea how to deal with the customer. On this third line there is nothing mentioned that this line is only for women but still he refused to deal with me so I asked my wife to go in that line but he ignored my wife and left the counter.. right after 5 mins you can see there is a guy standing in same line and same guy dealing with him and taking an order.. this KFC owner should look at the behaviour of their employees and specially this guy and should give him some training that how to deal with the customers.. would never recommend this KFC as other McDonald's and hardees people are very nice... thanks.

Extremely negative and traumatic experience. Customer services very poor! Manager very rude and staff waiving their fingers at customers instead of speaking with them politely. When we complained to the shop manager he tried to address the customer instead of the employee who is rude. Also each time I came and made an order, there is always something missing from the order. Tissue papers are also of poor quality and are given as if they are gold dust! Very different experience from other countries KFc
