Nice stuff.. Nice place.. There is games there like Foosball 😁.. A lot of TV screens there.. Food is good.. I liked wings very much.. The souce is great.. Frise is the best.. But the burger is really awful, cold and no souce in it.. Except for that it was really great there.

Really really bad. Pathetic service. Nobody attends you. It feels as if they don't want you in their restaurant. And the buffalo sauce is really not good. Plus the food isn't worth the price. Onions rings are also not good. The only good thing was curly fries and they also ruined it when the packed the leftover meal including wings, onion rings and curly fries in one box, messing up the whole food. Not recommended.

Pleasant, accessible place to dine with your family or a group of friends. It is also spacious with comfortable seating and some recreational games. Large live TV monitors hang all over the place for entertainment. The staff are helpful. The food is a Mexican and Texan mix with limited variety of choices, based on fried chicken and burgers. However, it is not very expensive for a chain restaurant with a detailed menu.

The place has a good vibe, food taste good. The overall atmosphere is very good. Service is also good. The wings are the best in the menu. The sauces, in particular the honey mustard is the best, although other sauces are delicious too. Overall all the sauces for the wings are good. Don't miss the lunch time offer on Tuesdays. The onion rings are tastey, soup of the day wonderful. RECOMMENDED

If you know this place then you know your off to good food! I know this place from Amman Jordan & I loved going there for their Wings & Drinks. In Makkah the food is offered & good atmosphere! I got the Flamin Burger + Jalapeño Poppers + The Wings Traditional I usually go to Buffalo Wings & Rings for their spiciest sauces & their Blue Cheese to dip everything in there & get saucy with it. But this time it was not the case! They didnt have Blue Cheese nore any of the SPICIEST SAUCES 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 It was a pitty because I was looking forward to some good wings like I always did with this brand name. Maybe next time but the wings were good & crispy The jalapeño poppers were normal...with Ranch dip made it better but ofcourse any sauce can change any palet. Nothing wow about them though The Flamin Burger was good. The meat patty was overcooked, again the burger sauce made it taste better with the jalapeños buger, cheese & the sauce! Their French Fries were nice & crispy 👌🏼👌🏼 The vibe there is very welcoming & plenty of space! TVs everywhere for any game your want to watch.

Really good lunch offer and fantastic customer service. Games keep kids busy. Private booths mean you can take off your niqab and eat comfortably. The starters platter was really tasty everything alhamdulillah. Also ordered the mushroom burger really enjoyed it. There beef burgers are all really good. And if u like Pina colada.. they have a good one here. Toilets are also clean alhamdulillah

I ordered their Chicken Wings which consisted on two option and it comes with seven peices with a price of Sr.49. It was so spicy than I ever expected, sort of over cooked. Very less customers and I could see street cats flocked everywhere and they even come inside. The staff were so normal.

Place is heavily under staffed which affects all other things in the restaurant . No one at the reception. No one to take orders . No one to check up on customers. No one to bring the bill when you are done . It is very obvious that the place is struggling.

As per their name “Buffalo Wings” are always good in Service and Quality but my one last visit got little bad experienced with quality. The lunch offer (49 per pax) is so compromised by quality of the main items such as chicken wings or burger. A very good and comfy space for families and kids.

I had a bad experience because all of the hot sauce on the menu was out of stock. and the entire establishment is staffed by only two people who are extremely slow. And the chicken wings are both dry and pricey. however, delicious burgers

This is my first time here. The vibe is very welcoming and There is plenty of space. Suitable for families with kids because they have a kid's corner with some tools to play with. I ordered a party starter, a traditional chicken with sweet chili sauce and parmesan cheese, beef tacos, and some drinks. Sorry to say the chicken is dry and hard to chew. Tacos are tasteless even though I dip them in the sauce. The drinks are nice and refreshing. Overall the service was good but need to improve on food quality.

I’m really upset for eating at this branch. Ordered chicken wings and buffalo chicken burger and tako, I’m a big fan of this restaurant, but Alawali branch makkah service and food was the worst. Chicken wings are full and saturated with oil ( tasteless ), fries is so basic like a standard home cook even at home would be better, chicken buffalo sandwich also the chicken is saturated with oil. Bad restaurant service, no welcoming, long time to take order, unprofessional staff. Regret for paying every single riyal of 342 Riyals for this experience

The staff are not kids friendly, which they should since they have playing area, this is the second time in the branch and same attitude. My child accidentally kicked the Temperature Monitor which was off but still we were looked at they we are responsible for misplacing the device in the play area. They kicked us out indirectly by bringing the bill straight after seen us heading to washrooms.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Staff were very friendly. My girls loved playing with their foosball and me my husband played a short game of billiards. Their food was superb. Thanks to all staff, most especially to server Abdullah.

Absolutely amazing service and friendly staff, the food and sauces were very delicious. The price was surprisingly cheap for the place and the service certainly much better the Buffalo Wild Wings 😂 Look for abady he got the hook up 10/10 will definitely come here again
