We stayed here for an entire month, and enjoyed it. The location is great, only 5 minutes by foot to reach the Aguacatala metro station. There are 3 major grocery stores within a 15 minute walk, and a nice mall. You can find a few restaurants as well. Medellin burger and Presto are across the street. The hotel staff were always super nice, and easy to work with. They offered a great laundry service as well, only 8K COP ($2 USD) to wash, dry, and fold a load of laundry. The facilities were always clean and well kept. We had two minor issues in the apartment, and both were fixed immediately without any issue. A bulb burnt out as well, and was replaced within hours. Very happy with the service and speed. The apartment was well equipped. We had everything we needed to live, including things like a blender, coffee pot, and all cooking equipment. There was air conditioning, but it's unnecessary in Medellin. We loved the shower. Of all my apartments, this had the best water heater for instant, hot showers. The wifi worked great in most of apartment, but was spotty in half the bedroom. No issues working online in the living room or desk, including streaming. There was a nice looking seafood restaurant in the main floor, but we didn't eat here. The little balcony was a nice thing to have. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would stay again.

We love Hotel Santa Ana Medellin it is very private and you will never hear a knock at your door unless requested no one will ever come up to your room unless requested and they will call you first so this is a nice service that you normally see in 4 or 5 star hotels.The hotel is also a great price and nice view as well.The cleaning service restaurant downstairs, and free breakfast included needs a little work for American tastes, but it is free so we did enjoy it fresh squeezed orange juice chorizo and a corn cake like fried grits or the Colombian version of that I forget the name so yes I would definitely recommend for the price nice area it's a little difficult to cross the street to jumbo, Jumbo is down the road about three blocks which is a large shopping center also Presto burger is across the street and some homemade comida casera which is like a local food and coffee as well also pharmacy nearby and Santa Fe shopping center about a 15-minute walk uphill

It's a good hotel with kitchen. Few parking space and very narrow driveway. Good internet connection but could have been better. Peaceful neighborhood. Fairly accessible public transportation.

If you are an expat and coming to this hotel. Please do not stay here. The staff is great and respectful. The hotel is very comfortable and new furnitures. The problem is the WIFI. I had never experienced a wifi connection this bad in Medellín, the worst thing is the owners won't do anything to fix it and refuse to give you a refund. If you work online, do me the favor and stay somewhere else trust me.
