Highly recommended. This was a fantastic tour of downtown Medellín and Comuna 13. We used the metro, metro cable, and bus. The tour started and ended on time (that's rare in Colombia!!). Our tour guide, Sebastian, spoke good English. Sebastian was well-informed, friendly, kind, and planned our small group tour very well. Felt like a private tour. Great job

Absolutely the best - If we could give more than five stars we would! Take this tour early in your visit to Medellin in order to truly appreciate your time in this beautiful city. Sebastian led an interesting and well-paced tour utilizing the world-class public transportation. My teenage children and 70 year old mother all adored it and count it as one of the best experiences of our time in Colombia. Sebastian switched seamlessly from excellent English to Spanish and was knowledgeable and engaging. Conversant in art, politics, history and social investment - he is a true ambassador of the country. He will make you want to return.

We loved our tour with Sebastián! He explained Botero Square, the art, and the museum's architecture very nicely. He also guided us through the centro and public transportation perfectly! We really loved how he explained the cable car system and the impact its had on the neighborhoods surrounding it. The snacks were also great. The walk to Comuna 13 was not bad at all (especially if you've already climbed up the Piedra in Guatapé). Overall, an excellent experience, especially if you want to know more of Medellin's layout, infrastructure, and communities.

I had such a great experience and Sebastian our guide explained everything in great detail. I loved all the artwork we saw. Although I'm afraid of heights it did not stop me from ridding the cable cars/gondolas. I recommend you get a tour to navigate you through the town.

We spent a wonderful day on our visit to Guatape with Sebastian. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. The drive out was beautiful and informative. The country side is breathtaking and I feel like I have a deeper understanding of Colombia. The views frim the rock are priceless. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch and conversation. A must do.

This was more than a cursory tour of Comuna 13. Sebastian is a native of Medellin and also an architect and urban planner. He explains how the city is using public transport to increase access within the city which improves the lives of its inhabitants. We sampled street food, saw breakdancers, and experienced all of Medellin's public transport -- Metro, Gondolas, Buses, and Escalators. Highly recommend.

Sebastian's tour was so good I did it twice! - once with my son, and again with some friends, who all agreed that it was an amazing experience. He skilfully guides you from the centre of Medellin, to the heights above the city, whilst explaining, and educating, in a fascinating manner. We left feeling much better informed than we were when we started, and in awe of the transformation that Medellin has undergone. WOW! What a wild experience. Sebastían was an amazing guide! Full of knowledge & passion for his city. Describing an area that was once segregated & forgotten by the city, to embraced, and supported. Most cannot even comprehend the history of these people in this neighbourhood, but their outlook is inspiring! We really don't want to give away the impressive story of these people, and Comuna 13 because Sebastían does such an amazing job. You will really get to know the world's once most dangerous city, and see how innovation has really turned it around bringing peace. Sebastían was very cautious, and sure to keep the group together. Sebastian is an amazing tour guide! I booked his experience on Airbnb, and I am so glad I did! He took us to a coffee shop and around the City Center explaining to us the history, and recent violent past of Medellin, then took us through Comuna 13, explaining the meaning and history behind the neighbourhood, art and and graffiti. You can see and hear his pride and passion for Medellin through his thoughtful explanations and enjoyment of showing Medellin to tourists. Highly recommend this tour, and Sebastian as your guide!
