The hotel is in perfect location. V close to the Haram. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The assistant manager was very gracious and helping us with our requests. Omar at reception was also so gracious and welcoming. We had two bookings - a quadruple and a double. The quadruple isn’t really a quadruple , it’s a triple and they add a 4th bed (same type of bed like the others). The shower wasn’t working so we had some teething problems at first but the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is clean and they do housekeeping regularly. However we had two bad experiences with food. We ordered cream of chicken soup to the room and the lady who had it was unwell all night with a bad stomach. Also two of my aunts had cake in the lobby and they spent two days after that with severe food poisoning including fever, chills and vomiting for 2 days. It’s been a week and they still are not 100%. One of my aunts vomited in the restaurant at breakfast. When we complained to the hotel they did nothing! They actually asked for proof that this was from their cake? We said what more proof do u need than an old lady vomiting in your restaurant! They did not apologize or offer any assistance or compensation. It is actually shocking. If not for the food and how bad they handled this u would’ve rated higher but we’re all still shocked at how bad the food was and how they handled the situation

Proximity to the Masjid-Al-Nabawi is the biggest plus point of this hotel and also not to mention the excellent hospitality coupled with delicious food, neat and clean rooms and also to be served with ever cheerful staff of the Madina Oberoi! Love staying here every time we come to Madinah. They never disappoint. Five stars!

It has a really calm and inviting atmosphere. It's literally under 50 feet away from the holy mosque, which makes it in a perfect location. So whenever you want to have a coffee after your supplications, this is a really good place to be in.

Went for Eid buffet lunch here with high expectations. The flavor of all the dishes were really fantastic! However, the service from staff was very poor. Not once did anyone come around to clear our dishes or show any sort of hospitality. We had to clear our own dishes to make space! I made a request for something and although it was brought, I was never acknowledged with a single word nor even a reply of "your welcome" to my "thank you". And when it was time for them to pack away the lunch buffet, they did not even give us the common courtesy of letting us know. It's not as if they were even busy. In fact there were only 2 families there. Also, the buffet and esthetics is not as grand as the Hyatt Regency in Makkah nor like 4 Seasons in Riyadh. For the price paid, 300+ sar/person, and the fact that it's a 5-star hotel, I expected a lot better hospitality and service from the staff. Very disappointed with the staff service. Unfortunately it's not worth 5 stars. I hope they train their staff better and improve their service, because again the food was delicious, just the poor service brought the whole experience down.

It's one of the best hotels I have ever been, the location is premium 👌 the service is excellent, the friendly staff, the smile and the warm hospitality, the room size is amazing especially we had triple bed room with two bathrooms which was perfect choice. The gust amenities in the room are very rich. The food quality and the variety are super delicious 😋 Really, I enjoyed the accommodation at this amazing hotel

The location is excellent. Immediately next to haram. Rooms are spacious. Welcoming fruite platter, nuts, and drirled fruits were very nice & generous gestures. It has multiple resurtants with different cuisines and cafe. I tried the main restaurant, which is international . The food is buffet style which iclude wide varities of food which all yummy. Staff all are professional, friendly and promptly jump to open doors, call for the elevator, and get you coffee.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff are genuinely there to assist and help. Top notch standards. From the guys at the buffet that prepare off menu teas because I was unwell or special dishes for my kids. Jazakallahukhair. Keep it up. Still at the hotel - 6th day.

I had the privilege of staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Madinah during the Hajj season, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The hotel’s strategic location just behind Masjid Nabawi and close to the Muslimah’s entrance was a blessing. It made our daily visits to the holy mosque incredibly convenient. The sight of the illuminated mosque from the hotel at night is a memory I will cherish forever. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional food. The culinary offerings at the hotel were nothing short of extraordinary. The diverse menu catered to a range of tastes, and each dish was a delightful blend of flavors. The dining experience was elevated by the warm and attentive staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Speaking of the staff, I must give special recognition to the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abd Monem. His dedication to making our dining experience memorable was truly commendable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for guests left a lasting impression. The Oberoi Hotel in Madinah truly exceeded my expectations. It combines luxury, convenience, and a deep sense of spirituality. If you’re planning a visit to Madinah, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this remarkable hotel. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a sanctuary of comfort and hospitality that enhances the spiritual journey of every pilgrim.

I cant reach the toilet paper holder when im sitting on the loo. And the hairdryer in the rooms is 1 of the oldest artifacts of the city. Revamp taking place, but its about 30 years overdue. Service is amazing, food is better. Chefs go out of their way to prepare anything you request to eat. Was a great experience!! Once all the rooms are upgraded, i wid definitely recommend. As old as it was, extremely comfortable and spacious. Had a wonderful stay!

Best location, just steps from Masjid Nabawi. The hotel is beautifully kept, the house cleaning do a wonderful job maintaining the rooms and premises. Staff are very professional, efficient and extremely customer service focused. The food at the buffet is above average, great service by Mr Kiyas. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We visited medina in November, 2022, so just last month There is building work going on , and it’s very noisy and disturbing, it’s from7 in the morning till late evening There is constant drilling noise. This info was sent to us after we booked the hotel. Maybe worth asking before booking. Otherwise staff were nice , food and room ok, But there was lack of communication between the receptionist and manager as I was told something can be done about the noise nuisance but no one seemed to get back to us, Thankfully there was no work on Friday.

This is the second time we have stayed in The Oberoi when visiting Madinah, and I’m so glad we chose it again! Apart from the fact that it is the most perfect location for the women’s gate, and generally for the Prophets Mosque, it also wins in every other respect too. The atmosphere the staff have created is so welcoming and family like. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and cosy and all effort is made to fulfill one’s requests. Food in the restaurant is excellent, especially the evening buffet. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Madinah! May Allāh ﷻ reward all the staff for their hospitality.

We stayed for two nights in February. Our room was in the 5th floor . And renovations were going drilling and hammering. Also water had a problem for the first night and they announced. After complaining about it a lot they agreed to refund one night which was really nice The food was really great. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed Ebeid.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Madina, and so far this hotel far exceeds the others. Stuffs are extremely gentle and helpful. Rooms are very clean and filled with expensive amenities. And nothing beats the location to the masjid AL Nawabi.

An amazing place to stay for Hajj or Umrah. Excellent Customer service at next level. Only thing that might be further enhanced is lobby / waiting area at ground floor, with more sitting space.

Excellent Service and Hospitality It was really a pleasure staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Medina for our Haj. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who provided efficient and speedy check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable and it was clean and tidy with a well-stocked minibar and complimentary coffee & tea making facilities, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of high-quality dishes with exceptional service. The quality of the food was outstanding, and our taste buds were tantalized. The restaurant staff were attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that we had an outstanding dining experience. In addition, the hotel's overall service was top-notch, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, all staff members were always ready to assist with a warm and friendly approach, providing us with a memorable experience that we will always cherish. On a final note, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's outstanding hospitality. The excellent service, outstanding food quality, and the luxuriously comfortable room all played a role in making our stay at the Oberoi Hotel an unforgettable one. Sincerely, Rafeek Achmat Berekur

The over all rating for The Oberoi Madinah is 4.5… It is a good hotel i like the back office staff as they are co operative many times if you have questions regarding the bookings… The GM Mr Maghribi is a very good person he is a Gem of a person and is very polite… Mr. Essam is also a gentleman who is also very co operative if you have questions…. Following by Miss Nusaiba and Miss Shaima are equally polite and Co operative… The view and the room furniture is very traditional and it makes us feel like we are living in a room with antique architecture and furniture… It is something unique… Thank you staff 🫡

The hotel is nice and the cleaner also very helpful. I never had so bad experience during my dining. During my stay for Haji, I so disappointed with the manager and the old staff of the AlAnsar rest. It seems we are Asian. You can try and survey what going on at the restaurant. I think I was wrong, even my tour leader also realized . There's one time as I was looking around, the old waiter just closed it. I hope your managent will look into it. Just a shame such a wonderful hotel in the end have a poor manace.

There is something different and Unique in this hotel compared to other hotels in the area, and that is their staff. From the workers cleaning your rooms to the person bringin food to you rooms, and the security guards, you can feel they put effort to go above and beyond their duty to serve their customers. Its one of the establishments you feel they prioritize their customer extending to these staff members. Simply wonderful. The hotel is well located in the front row of hotels near the Nabawi mosque, very close to the women enterance. Design of the hotel is classic. You can feel the quality pretty much everywhere. Highly recommended especially if you are staying with women - The location is very convenient for them.

Stayed April 2022. Fantastic location direct view over the haram madani and janata albaqee( for room with a view) 3 min walk to ladies entrance. Older hotel ( which explains more reasonable prices than when first opened) but V clean and v well maintained. No carpet in the rooms do no stench. Rooms nice and large. Service and personnel are very good. 4 and 1/2 stars really
