I'm
reviewing
the
AO24.
It's
a
classy
and
sophisticated
event
that
has
carefully
selected
food
and
drinks
outlets.
All
were
good,
except
the
Italians
ran
out
of
food
by
early
evening
so
I
could
not
get
the
Arancino
Bolognese
(at
least
it
had
salad
and
rice),
and
I
noticed
their
$20ish
pizza
is
just
a
slice,
not
a
full
pizza,
so
essentially
very
little
topping
value
and
you're
paying
for
mostly
baked
dough.
I
can
understand
they
need
to
pay
for
the
expensive
set
up,
but
$13.50
for
chips?
I
went
to
a
Spanish/Asian
fusion
place
and
got
a
chorizo
hot
dog
with
chips
for
$19
-
not
the
nicest
or
healthiest
food,
but
enjoyable
to
try.
The
coffee
at
the
chain
outlet
was
the
most
foul
I've
tasted
in
a
long
time
in
Melbourne
-
the
flavour
of
burnt
rubber
boots.
There
is
a
coffee
place
in
John
Cain
Arena
near
the
exit
to
go
to
the
outside
practice
courts
which
looked
like
a
better
option.
I
had
popcorn
from
Uncle
Charlie's
too.
The
flavour
sachet
was
hard
to
open
and
was
enough
to
cover
maybe
half
of
the
popcorn
but
it
stuck
quickly
and
was
hard
to
spread
around
the
popcorn.
The
taste
was
tangy
and
not
as
delicious
as
I
imagined,
but
not
strong
and
I
couldn't
really
taste
the
"nutty"
flavour.
I
had
the
1st
day
ground
pass
thinking
it's
going
to
be
the
hugest
day
as
I
recall
that's
how
it
usually
works.
However,
unusually,
the
1st
day
did
not
have
as
many
matches
as
scheduled
for
the
2nd.
So,
it
was
a
bit
disappointing
as
there
were
only
a
handful
of
popular
players
scheduled.
Another
thing,
there
are
too
many
mediocre
Australian
players
entered
who
can't
dominate
a
match
and
win
in
straight
sets,
or
win
at
all,
which
makes
it
a
let
down
if
you're
Australian.
The
bogans
at
some
Australian
matches
were
bad-mannered,
calling
out
between
serves
and
making
noise
at
time
of
serve
and
through
points,
so
it
was
embarassing
to
be
on
the
same
side
-
they
should
stick
to
watching
Cricket.
If
you
have
more
cash
to
spend,
I
think
the
experience
would
be
better
because
there's
a
lot
of
shopping
opportunities,
and
you
could
book
dining
in
advance
or
lounge
in
the
bars
and
eateries
all
day
(if
watching
tennis
in
person
wasn't
your
priority).
The
venue
is
great,
experience
pretty
good,
but
having
a
fuller
schedule
for
the
1st
day,
and
making
sure
there
is
enough
food
and
selecting
a
better
coffee
provider
are
also
important.
