Great burger joint, has been in Melbourne longer than I have. We had the Oz burger which was delicious with a large slice of beetroot and 2 slices of pineapple. We also had the kids burger meal which was a great size, a serving of onion rings and fries and a salted caramel shake. The shake was delicious had a butterry caramel taste.

Great ambience and excellent service. Went for the bottomless lunch which had free flow of rose wine, furphy beer and other cocktails. The food was good and tasty. Each person had to pick two choices from the menu. The lobster on brioche was a stand out. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Well done!!

Came here for a drink and some chips to pass some time, no complaints about that. Ordered one bowl of chips and two came out but the person who ordered it for the table didn’t say anything about it so we all dug into both bowls. Couple minutes go by and the waitress walks by and grabs 3/4 bowl of chips off the table and says they’re for another table!!! If you’ve made the mistake then just cop it, taking a partially eaten bowl of chips off the table is just insane to me. Even more insane to say they’re for another table when we have very obviously already dug in.

The food here is superb with delicious cocktails to match, and they don’t serve up lolliwater, you can taste the spirits. The service is quite good, difficult to get attention of staff when seated outside. The ambiance is beautiful.

Average at best. Walk 5 minutes down the road and head to Five Guys for better burgers. Ordered the Spicy Chicken and Vege burger. The chicken burger although crunchy was bland tasting and unbelievably oily. Chips were good but that’s about it.

Merrywell staff were extremely attentive and efficient.The food was delicious and well presented, and a good variety on offer. The cocktails were unique and delicious. The on duty manager was super friendly and even gave us a discount when one of the computers needed re-loading and we couldn't complete payment.

Best customer service!! All staffs are superb friendly, especially the lady called May. She was extremely helpful and kind to us. We ordered what she recommend and love the food. My friends and I gonna come back for sure. Thanks May :D

The steak was really disappointing, almost cold no flavour had to add so much salt and pepper. Came with nothing but some puree which tasted like nothing too lol. All 4 of us felt the same way. The octopus was not great either. Best thing were the chips and saganaki. It’s really disappointing because I go out to eat amazing food, money doesn’t grow on trees. I could have made a meal with more depth of flavour at home. On top of it we took friends here who were from QLD. So really disappointing in this experience.

We go to crown after a long time. Find their menu has limited choices, as so called lockdown menu. We ordered roasted pork belly and southern fried chicken, which taste so good! Fried chicken is very crispy outside and juicy inside. Pork belly has sweet and sour taste with little spicy twist, makes the dish perfect. Highly recommend to try these two dishes! Glad to see some restaurants quality still remain the same.

Everything we’ve eaten was very delicious, would’ve appreciated more gluten-free options for food&drinks.

Sonja as the bartender was someone working behind the bar and was the most amazing bar person I have ever met. I have never seen anyone in my world travels that lives up to this standard. Absolutely no words can describe what this lady is capable of.

The food, cocktails and service was fantastic. Only one downside was there wasn’t happy hour as mentioned on the website, that was the reasons I wanted to come to Merrywell.

We were a group of 5 middle aged women, we came for a meal, drinks & atmosphere. We did not leave disappointed!! The food was absolutely delicious & the cocktails were amazing! Love the location! Don't change a thing & keep up the great work! We will be back! Many thanks for everything.

Food is good for what it is. Well priced, a lovely space(Upstairs) friendly service and excellent staff. A great place to take visitors from out of town who don't feel to comfortable visiting Melbournes more hipper venues

Unfortunately we were quite late and the kitchen was about to close in 5. We quickly ordered some chicken wings along with the tomato salad and some Wagyu beef sliders. All in all, it was a nice meal.

I had an amazing experience at this place with a group of friends. Music was too loud so it was hard to hear. This is the only thing which I was not happy about.

YUMMY 😋 the strawberry shake is delicious 😍 the burgers are amazingly good 😍 and the fries are delightful especially when dipped into the huge strawberry shake 😍😋😍

Poor service and poor food We ordered chicken wings and the waiter didn’t bring any cutlery nor plates. We will not be visiting this place ahead.

Asked the waitress at the counter how long it would take (considered it was busy for a Monday) and she said 10-15 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later expecting my food to be packaged and ready but nope.....she said another 20 minutes...really? How could you get it so wrong? I have to wait for 40 minutes? Came back 25 minutes later to find out I had to wait for another 10 minutes! Just for 2 burgers, fries and onion rings. Poor judgement, had you been transparent, I could plan out my night better than waste my time on two burgers. What was more annoying was seeing people walking in and no-waiters gave them any heads-up on the delay. The food was ok, but definitely not worth the wait.

We booked before a pre show and the food came out and was so quick and delicious. Cocktails need a little less ice most of our glass was full of ice. We sat in the outdoor terrace was a warm evening a pond a good vibe out there.

Share plate style dinner. Excellent dishes for a group of 6 couples approx $90 per person including drinks. Busy Friday Grand Final eve but service was quick and fast. Snapper was a highlight to try.

Whilst the fit out is great the staff and service are shocking. From the moment we walked in we were prejudged as people who shouldn't be here. Told it was fine dining not burgers and we should see the menu first. After deciding to stay it got worse. For a fine dining place we were given a couch nook with a coffee table for 8 of its to eat on. It was dirty and unwiped. When ordering drinks the bar seemed angry that he had to make drinks. Slamming each drink on the bar. And to top it off, there were burgers on the menu! If this place wasn't attached to the casino it'd be closed fast. You can have the best venue and great food but with terrible service you sit get return guests.

Waiter was extremely rude and food was really bad. Not sure if food quality is even up to maccas or hungry jack standard. For that price, i would say avoid this place at all cost. People who works there just can’t be bothered about service or quality.
