A great afternoon of fun for any fan. Our tour guide Aaron was funny and informative throughout the trip and a great photographer for everyone. I thought we missed out chance to do the tour because filming had finished but luckily found out it was still operating until the show finishes. It was great to see the external sets and since filming was finished we could go into the backyard sets. Yes it would of been better if we could see the internal sets but knew before hand that it wasn't part of the tour. It is amazing how much smaller it all looks. And how many places they can create in the small area. I hope they make it a full tour with internal sets in the future, I would go again for that. If you are on the fence about going before the tours finishes, do it you wont regret it.

I had been thinking about booking the Neighbours tour as my mums birthday present for a few years now. I'm glad I finally did it. I wasn't sure it would be worth it as you can visit the street on your own but the tour was so much more than that. It was super cool to see the studios and hear all of the fun behind the scenes facts. If you're a neighbours fan, you won't regret it! Our tour guide Cloe was awesome :D

I did this as a last minute activity. Was in Melbourne for a couple of days, remembered that Neighbours was filmed here and wondered if there were any set tours. A few minutes Googling and I discovered the answer was yes! I'm not quite sure what my expectations were for this. I hadn't watched the show in 16 years but throughout my childhood and teenage years I watched the show without fail! It ended up going above and beyond my expectations; I seriously had a lot of fun on the tour! Just being on Ramsey Street was a surreal moment for sure but it was an amazing feeling to be there. The tour was about 3 hours long. It included going to the film studio, where you may, or may not see some filming (that's not guaranteed). The group I was with was allowed to go for a wander about some of the outside sets (no touching of course). You also get to meet with one of the stars of the show. Who that ends up being is kind of random as it's whomever is there that day filming. The tour ended with visiting the actual cul-de-sac that's used for filming the outside scenes. As I say, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and don't regret it at all. Finally, a shout out for our tour guide for the day: Gerry (or Jerry? Sincere apologies! Not sure what spelling you use! That is, if I even remembered your name correctly?!). Anyway, he definitely helped in making it an enjoyable experience by not just knowing a wealth of Neighbours knowledge, but by also being pretty damn hilarious throughout the tour! Thanks mate! You are awesome!

A bucket list item checked off, I've been watching Neighbours since I was 16 (now I'm in my 40's!!) and bawled like a baby in the last episode. Our tour guide Aaron was a deadset legend, he was funny and charismatic and even though there were some unavoidable mechanical setbacks with the buses, he was still a legend. Seeing the Street and then the set tour, it's still sinking in that we got to see the whole set and take some ridiculously awesome photos. The highlight one would be the pic with my hubby at 'THE' gazebo. And the 2nd highlight at Fitzgerald Motors (fan girling Scott Major since Heartbreak High days hahah!!). Thankyou so much for giving us the chance to experience Neighbours. You are 100% awesome!!!!!

Travelled from Sydney and did the tour over the weekend, Aaron was very charismatic, funny, engaging with everyone on the tour, and he really likes the show. It’s a pity the tours end at the end of the month, otherwise I’d recommend it to everyone who likes the show.

If you're a fan of Neighbours or have been in the past you will love this tour. You get to see some of the outdoor sets as well as view some memorabilia from the past. We didn't get to see the lassiters complex as they were filming on the day we went, however we did get to meet a current cast member instead. You then go for a short ride to Ramsey Street. Would recommend the tour if visiting Melbourne. Also, any fans from the old Prisoner cell block H days will love the fact that the Erinsborough depot where you can view the old memorabilia is right outside the red prison block.

I’d honestly give this tour a 3.5 stars. Aaron was our tour guide and he was great but needed a little more confidence delivering his info. He kept us laughing however and we thoroughly enjoyed having him along for the ride. It is not worth $90pp by any means. You cannot access internal sets which is what people pay to see. It was cold and overall quite a messy set. Little to no information is sent out about meeting location either, it was sort of a guessing game trying to work it out.

The tour guides were great no issues there at all. But you pay $115 for the website to say in ABOUT β€œaccess at the Erinsborough Depot & Studios” we did not get to access the indoor studio we only got to access the outdoor sets. Then for a tub of items from set to be handed down the bus that you can pick 1 of, but if you are sitting at the back of the bus your options are photos & print outs that you can get online. Yes I probably sound ungrateful but I also paid $115 just to catch a bus & enter outdoor sets. And you do not have options to purchase any type of merchandise. So my question is a full bus of customers is $2,645. Would love to know what the money actually covers

Really enjoyed this tour but you do need good weather for it so make sure yoy plan for that. Aaron the bus driver / tour guide was brilliant . You get to hold rgw Ramsey Street sign outside one of the houses on the street which is iconic and cool! And we all got a souvenir.

Went along with my wife who is a massive neighbours fan and I just about know what it is, but we both really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Cloe was super friendly fun and helpful and she told us loads of quite interesting stuff about the show, this tour is mostly wheelchair accessible as long as you can get into the mini bus which has a couple of steps to get into but if you can manage that then definitely go for it, we had an amazing time with a great guide, thank you Cloe. I would say this is worth it even if you're dragged along by someone more into the show it's still really enjoyable

Realistically speaking you are only going to get the most out of this if I are a Neighbours fan.. That being said the tour was amazing, amazing, amazing! Our tour guide was absolutely brilliant, so much enthusiasm! All the stops were great and we got to meet Harley which pleased the wife immensely! Can't recommend the tour highly enough!

We did this tour on a Saturday, and while the places we went were great (we got to see almost all of the outdoor sets on the lot and we saw the street) Our tour guide admitted to not having watched the show for 20-25 years, which meant when people asked questions, she didn't know the answers. Most of the people on the tour seemed to know far more about Neighbours than the tour operator. Other than that the tour itself was great :) and I love that you see something different every time the tour is done based on what is available due to filming etc.

I thoroughly recommend this tour. I have taken this today and it was better than my expectations. Our tour guide, Chris, was very informative and knew his Neighbours stuff. We went to "Ramsey Street" first and then on to the Freemantle studios to see where the majority is filmed. Then back at the office we met and had photos/autographs with Libby, one of the cast past and future. A really enjoyable half day with a lovely guide. I would recommend any Neighbours fan to take this tour. It is well worth it. Definitely 5 stars.

Tour guide was great and really enjoyed the commentary. The street itself was a lot smaller than expected, but fun to see the houses we all know so well! Didn't get to go to the Lassiters complex as they were filming, but did get to see Grease Monkeys and the garage etc. And as an added bonus, we got to meet Libby (aka Kim!) Very exciting day for a Neighbours fan, the weekend tour would be even better I'm sure!

  • 5/5 Hannah H. 5 years ago on Google
The tour with seeing Lassiter's and the set is way better than the one with star meeting which is usually the same person who is really not that exciting of a meet and greet..as a big fan I did both tours. Definitely do the studio visit as it's amazing. An Irish guy was our tour guide and he was amazing and much more excited than the weekend tour guide.

Well, what can I say about this tour and the operators? Just simply AMAZING!! I've done this tour 5 times now (heading to my 6th on the final day of operation) and I cannot fault it. If you're a 'Neighbours' fan, or just used to watch it, you'll love this. The best thing about this tour is the commentary, keeping us entertained and informed whilst getting to and from the sets. I loved learning all the background details about how the filming is done and getting exclusive looks into some of the sets. The light hearted entertainment is what makes this trip so enjoyable. Unfortunately now that the show is ending, the tours will be ending too. This review is more to praise the operators and staff, I've had the opportunity to be taken on tours with Cloe, Chris and Aaron, and they all are the best tour guides you could have. Friendly, helpful, funny, and all good with taking that perfect photo, they are all assets to to the team at Bunyip, I can't praise them enough. They are all keepers and wish them all nothing but success in the future after the 'Neighbours' tours wrap up.
