What
was
supposed
to
be
a
fun
exciting
birthday
for
myself
quickly
turned
into
a
disaster.
Firstly
I'd
like
to
start
with
your
staffing
team
they
were
disgustingly
disrespectful
on
this
matter
who
need
to
choose
better
wording
and
have
some
knowledge
or
understanding
about
fixings.
We
had
to
go
through
a
process
that
maybe
moving
forward
you
should
work
on
changing
because
clearly
your
microphone
guidelines
are
an
easy
target
for
ripping
off
people
who
use
your
Jukes
Karaoke
facility
a
simple
way
of
undercover
fraud.
We
had
to
deal
with
an
unfixed
microphone
which
you
literally
cannot
tell
me
you
did
your
maintenance
job
properly,
or
even
got
appropriate
people
to
install
this
stand
up
microphones
correctly,
or
even
got
a
proper
professional
installation
check
list
before
sending
people
into
a
booth
where
you
already
know
the
equipment
was
faulty
and
tried
to
make
it
the
next
man's
loss
and
problem
by
charging
us
with
an
equipment
damage
fee
of
$200
resulting
into
your
own
staff
member
saying
they
had
to
fix
the
same
microphone
beforehand
on
a
session
that
happened
before
ours.
So
please
explain
why
we
got
hit
with
a
fee
charge
of
damaged
equipment
that
was
already
an
issue
to
begin
with.
An
appropriate
business
would
have
closed
that
room
off
until
the
damaged
property
are
fixed
before
you
make
it
the
next
man's
problem
and
ripping
people
off
by
charging
them
microphone
fees.
The
fact
that
I
even
had
to
watch
your
staff
member
take
out
the
microphone
and
use
the
tools
they
apparently
tried
to
use
to
fix
it
with
was
already
a
concern.
I
am
a
trade
person
who
works
with
fixings
and
I
can
tell
you
now
if
I
didn't
put
in
a
fixing
correctly
and
it's
not
safely
checked
I
could
hurt
someone
thats
my
job.
The
fact
that
your
staff
had
the
nerve
to
say
it's
because
of
my
partners
weight
the
equipment
broke
is
absolutely
disgustingly
that's
bad
wording
for
"fat
shaming"
I
asked
your
own
staff
to
show
me
how
much
"weight
or
force"
it
must
require
for
one
to
pull
these
stand
up
straight
microphone
to
pull
out
of
the
floor
and
man
did
we
struggle.
Your
proper
fixed
microphone
in
one
of
your
small
room
didn't
even
move.
Raising
massive
concerns
to
your
rip
off
fraud
you
must
be
pulling
on
all
your
customers
hitting
them
with
a
microphone
fee.
(Is
it
pick
a
room
with
broken
equipment
and
get
hit
with
a
fee
charge
your
motto)
Tell
me
if
our
microphone
was
so
well
fixed
in
our
room
why
would
it
come
out?
Did
my
partner
just
turn
into
the
over
night
Hulk?
You're
a
pathetic
business
brand
who
literally
rip
people
off
because
you
would
rather
profit
the
money
instead
of
hiring
professional
people
who
know
how
to
work
with
fixings
instead
you
get
your
low
paid
staff
to
handle
your
unprofessional
work.
It
is
disgusting
that
you
would
even
charge
people
for
your
own
cheap
business
mistakes.
Then
not
only
once
we
left
your
staffing
team
have
the
nerve
to
call
us
back
after
this
whole
frustrating
process
and
fat
shaming
my
partner
body
weight
which
mind
you
suffers
from
body
weight
issues
already
do
they
then
tell
us
we
never
returned
there
microphones
and
want
to
charge
us
$1000
on
top
of
this.
I
returned
to
your
Karaoke
Bar
to
show
them
exactly
where
we
left
the
microphones
and
which
staff
member
we
handed
it
too
your
then
unprofessional
security
refusing
me
from
going
in
after
your
own
staffing
called
me.
Read
it
again
your
staffing
team
called
us
back
because
they
failed
to
look
properly
and
needed
to
check
video
footage
to
see
if
we
returned
your
$1000
microphones.
You
are
definitely
a
corrupt
business
who
clearly
love
ripping
off
customer
commit
actual
fraud
with
your
shocking
stand
up
fixed
microphones
which
are
clearly
a
way
to
cash
the
microphone
fee
charge.
Time
to
change
guidelines
and
standards
because
we
will
definitely
be
taking
this
further
since
your
to
busy
watching
video
footage
that
we
have
no
access
to
and
creating
your
own
version
of
force
and
pulling
fixings
apparently
through
video
footage
we
can
work
this
out.
