I ordered the mixed meat open kebab, bread was amazingly fresh.. the chicken was good but the lamb was cut too fine and ended up a bit dry. The dips were nice and tasty, but not enough to sparingly eat with the meal. First time customer, I will come back again. Thank you

The most disgusting fish i ever ate. This afternoon i ordered a flake and barramundi for myself and my partner. We both ended up with food poisoning. My partner started vomiting 20 minutes after eating the fish and i vomited 40-50 minutes after my meal. Anyone out there , thinking to buy fish from this place, please find some better place..... Very bad experience.

Best Kebab shop in the area for sure! Always quick with their service and their staff is always on point and amazing. The female owner is always so nice and polite.

Tonight we ordered two HSPs which were both hot and fresh when it arrived. Most places don’t read the notes on the orders, but this place did and gave me exactly what I asked for! The meat on the HSPs was generous along with the sauce, and the chips were made perfectly. On top of all that, they put a little smiley face on the boxes which is the cutest thing ever. Would 10/10 recommend :)

Read through the reviews before ordering to see if this place was worth going to. I noticed a couple of them said they got food poisoning. Against my better judgment I went anyway…. Woke up this morning to food poisoning 👍

I ordered a delivery lamb Kebab meal served with chips. What l got was a chips meal served with kebab. In a Styrofoam container chips on bottom and meat or lack thereof on top. I purchased meals from other kebabs shops and the meat was always in a sealed alfoil container and chips on the side. The chips were soggy and hidden by very thin layer of cold meat. No value for money at all. First and last time I will buy from there. Plenty and better kebab shops in the area

I am so so impressed with this place. Never before have I encountered such fabulous customer service (along with yummy food of cause) 😀 After picking up the delicious food we got to our destination to discover that we didn't receive part of our order. As I got back into the car to drive back again I saw on my phone 2 missed calls and a text message letting us know. They were so apologetic, handing me the food while giving me a free can of drink and opening the door for me. All of which was totally unnecessary but so sweet. I left the shop with more yummy food and a smile on my face. 10/10 would buy there again 😀

I brought a kebab from here last night and ended up with food poisoning. This place needs to be investigating, making money at the expenses of others health is not okay.

The snackpack was terrible!!! Fries were stiff(fork wouldn’t go in them) beef and chicken were partly burned so couldn’t chew on them. Unfortunately, I had to throw the whole large pack in the bin.

Place is awful, staff are rude, had to repeat my order numerous times asked specifically for my order to remain separate from the fish due to allergies, so what do they do? Put it all in the same packaging then when i told them about it they still tried to give us that order! Finally got it remade, very dissapointed over all i will NOT be going back

Jessica who manages the store ensures you receive delicious fish & chips perfectly cooked everytime. The kebabs are also fantastic. HyTyde sets an extremely high standard across the board which in my opinion sets them apart from their competitors. Highly recommend giving them a call or dropping in to order next time it's takeaway night 👌
