Needs more checkout staff till 9 pm. Unfortunately, it’s a popular store. There are people with full trolleys queueing up at Express checkouts.

Some female staff members do not want to keep items in the bag properly or in a organized way. Frozen items, fresh vegetables and other items like bread are not kept in different bags even though multiple bags are supplied. New time table is good and automatic welcome door at the entrance is a good idea.

Recent changes have moved items around and decreased shelf space. Friendly service.

If you fired every single staff member and just left the place empty it would be an improvement, I've never actually seen such rude and incompetent staff you can be rude but at least be good at your job.

Good shopping experience overall. A variety of jersey dairy and great quality of red meat! Go there often.

Staff yelled at me when I asked a simple question on where the chips were, she called me stupid for not knowing. I usually shop at Balwyn Woolworths and Camberwell Woolworths aisles are in different areas. Don’t go here.

Great selections of Australian meats ! Breads are very stock .. (only vegetables area is hopeless.. very things look a bit off ) very well price on seafood 👍

The self service checkouts are not fit some someone taking their time to use a backpack for their groceries as the scales cause the machine to freak out. Resulting in the staff fixing the machine and treating me like a criminal by checking all the items I’m attempting to purchase. Figure out a better system Woolworths.

So this didn't affect me but I still thought it was pretty rude. So it's 17 mins to closing time, I'm scanning my 4 items and an announcement says "customer this store will be closing in 15 mins if you have a trolley please make your way to check out NOW otherwise if you come to checkout just before 11pm you'll be asked to leave" all I could think is "is this how they are told to treat customers or did the worker take it upon herself to be totally rude?" JS 🤷🏻

Rude and uninformed staff. Did not recognise a south Australian drivers license photo ID (which in SA there is an app) and refused to sell cigarettes. Even though I’ve been there 100 times before and bought cigarettes and wine. They need consistency. They were rude when I tried to explain to them that they had previously sold me cigarettes with this exact form of ID. I then went to BWS in the same store and bought wine with the exact same ID. You need to educate your staff

My original review (below) was published 11 months ago. Their practices haven’t changed. If this dodgy business was a small business they would not have survived. Original review: They do not honour their ‘specials’ pricing when you come to the checkout. It’s a matter of principle, not the $ value. And when your attendant’s voids the item at least be honest and select the correct reason, don’t just thick ‘change of mind’.

Friendly staff and overall clean and roomy store. The deli opens fairly late til 7ish.

I often use this Woolworth and mostly ok. However, make sure not to do a heavy grocery shop either early morning or late night. - There's no check out register open. - None of the staff members will open a check out rail. - I ended up using two self check out section because of no space. As other people already reviewed the stock level is usually low for fresh veggie.

Visited this place as part of day tour. Nice place to experience making pineapple cake by hand. Plenty of souvenir goods for purchase

Relatively big woolies with almost everything nearby, easy carpark and public transport accessible

Great location and store but on Sundays you won't get parking easily. Plenty of empty spots for Woolworths store but if you park in those spots you will get a hefty fine.

Good improvement since I was there last time. The shelf are in good order. The only disappointment was that the elevator at the far end next to Aldy didn't work so I have to go very long way with the trolley.

It's ok they're a bit snobby and it's expensive just because we're in Camberwell but they do have a good fruit and veg section and pretty much anything you need

Poor restocking in the fruit and vegetable section - consistently missing staples like coriander, parsley, mint, broccolini, capsicums, spring onions etc. Red onions are often moudly and soft. The other areas usually have a good range, but until they fix their stocking issues, shop at Aldi or Coles over the road.

Unfortunately George Orwell's distopian book is alive and well in this Woolworths. Upon shopping and making a purchase, I was asked to present my bag for a bag check. Upon looking around at the self service checkout out of sheer embarrassment not only could I see that they weren't getting checked but alsoI could tell that they were embarrassed for me due to the condisending tone in the young women's voice. To add to the embarassment, my colleague was asked byy the security guard to take off his jacket for a body search. Upon finding nothing they were left dissatisfied that they had gotten it terribly wrong and didn't even apologise. With all the AI and security in place, they couldn't even get it right. Buy local support small businesses I am never setting foot in this place again and neither will anyone else I have told. Appalling.

Nice and well laid out, but they close the fresh hot food section (hot chickens, pies, pastries) way too early. That section always closed and empty from about 6pm.

They have almost everything we need in groceries.

By enlarge this renovated SAFEWAY turned Woolworths have been very well upgraded. It has just about everything and most of the staff there are pretty friendly.

Disappointed that the bakery appears to no longer offer toast sliced bread. This is the second week in a row. The packaging has changed & only sandwich sliced varieties are available. Bring back toast sliced bread please! Had to go elsewhere to find.

I haven’t shopped here in a while but the lack of workers at the store scanning food and packing them into bags means people have to wait a whole lot longer to be served Somebody spilt something on accident and no worker came over to help them The underneath car park is extremely dirty needs a clean

Not bad but they do move sections around so you have to walk a bit to find the goods you want.

Recently renovated branch, big store with plenty of range. Has better products than other branches , probably because it's in a higher income area.

A nice layout but not many counter open and self serve never goes smoothly!

The goods in the supermarket are very sufficient, neat and tidy, very comfortable. The staffs are friendly and the settlement is fast, and the parking is very convenient to enter and exit.

Really friendly guy at the self service check out... he smiled and was able to say hello... a welcome change from the usual staff that try to avoid any interactions at all costs!

Since inflation hit, no fruits for kids. But still fat checks for CEOs c'mon guys keep it fresh.

Honestly I don’t care for the looks of the store the product range is great but you’re under staffed people are applying for these jobs and you’re turning them away whilst you make two of the 10 checkouts open for people with trollys worth of groceries customer service is we get ignored when we ask for another checkout to be opened

A lovely, large, modern & spotless store. Great range & friendly staff. Heaps of council run parking in front of & beneath the building. Big W next door.
