Racist!!!!!

Love buying clothes for my partner from this store. The clothes are smart wear, good quality. They have a range of sizes to cater to all men. The staff are super friendly. They helped me pick some nice clothes for my partner. Easy to locate at Melbourne Central

Absolutely disgusting service. The two female staff who were on today were abrupt and very rude when I was trying to do a product return. WOULD NOT recommend yD Melbourne Central. Improve your customer service skills or get new employees.

Needed help finding a suit. Jonard and this other Greek lady both helped me immensely. I walked out more than satisfied.

Came in to purchase something and was met with very immature and condescending staff (2 ladies), didn't feel respected at all.

Terrible attitude of the Asian dude in that store that I felt horrible to be there for shopping. His attitude was so bad I didn’t even want him to serve me so I told him not to serve me. Thank you the other gentleman who served me with the highest standards.

Best YD store in Melbourne for customer service!! Toufi was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too hard for him to do. Great customer service and really friendly staff. Shop was clean and presentable! Officially my favourite YD store and will be a regular here moving forward. Thank you Toufi! You are the best!!

Long overdue review, had an awesome experience here.The gentleman helped me pick out the outfit I wore to propose to my now fiancé. Helped with pants, shoes, coat and even socks. Can’t remember his name unfortunately but absolute masterclass. I’m pretty sure he said he was a photographer in his spare time if that narrows it down

You will not get more helpful staff than the staff that work here. They go out of there way to make sure you have everything that you need and offer great style advice. The two men that worked in store today could not have been any more helpful and I have been back in store twice since my first visit a month ago because I know they are reliable and honest. Thank you so much for making my experience special and I hope you both get a well deserved pay rise soon. It is would be money well spent by the company to keep these staff

Purchased the suits for my weddings. Jasper was extremely helpful and made for a good afternoon

After being reassured of yd.s great return policy I bought a backup suit of an event which I didn't end up needing. The manager of this store then told me she was unable to do the return and the issue was with me and my bank (" I am the manager I know what I'm doing"). After 30mins on the phone with my bank I had to wait a week for a new card to be sent out as they had no idea what the problem could be. The manager told me to do the return at a different store ( dispite this being the store I bought the suit from) because "I looked like I was struggling". After her rude and unhelpful attitude I did go back to a different store only to find out that they could have done the return and I never had a problem with my bank/card. I believe she did this so that this return did not mess up her store numbers. Every yd. I have been to has extremely helpful staff so it is such a shame that she was so unwilling to help and plain rude. Go to any other yd. store, the have a larger range, more sale items and much nicer staff.

Service was top notch. Tessa was very helpful and made buying formal clothes very easy and she didn't rush me out the door at close like other shops. Will definitely go back

Been here twice and both times I was looked after well and the service was great. I will come back to this place again if I need to pick up a suit again.

Rushed here after finishing 10 hrs night shift. 9am at the door and they are shut! Been told by neighbouring shop they don't open till 10am then why make people hustle?useless and terrible! Please update your opening hours and don't waste people's time and effort!

Hi, I just wanted to pass some feed back to management from my experience with your Melbourne central store last night, now i absolutely hate to clothes shop but i generally buy most stuff from YD, i always have a fear of the over enthusiastic sales person, working in sales myself i have seen and heard everything and i have to say that the lady i dealt with has been thus far the best sales person i have dealt with in a clothes store, MADISON was extremely helpful she qualified my needs asked the right questions and most importantly DID NOT ask what the budget was, just the occasion and helped me from start to finish.. Now i was hoping to spend maybe $250 max but ended up at nearly $600, and was in and out in 30 mins, I will most certainly be back to your Melbourne central store to see her again. Very Very positive experience. Generally not one to email feed back but i feel the experience i had was worth saying thanks for :] Thanks Again YD and Madison. Ian

Extremely helpful staff, they were very cheery and helped me pick out the perfect suit when I didn't know what I wanted. She also managed to get it tailored within an hour. I had a lot of fun getting styled :)

One can find the variety, quality at comparatively cheaper price.

Today I came in for a suit, within a few moments Troy was able to find the perfect suit for me along with a great tie to match. Not to mention the great tailoring of the pants, very quick! Will be back in the future!
