Awesome facility to have in the city, the simulators are great. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming to everyone. Staff are super friendly and helpful, whether you're trying to improve your golf game or you're looking to have a few drinks with friends. I went there once and signed up as a member immediately, looking forward to going back.

Great place, friendly staff, good selection of beers and the simulators are A+ I have had a number of functions at Big Swing Melbourne and have never been disappointed. Very easy going staff and the ability to get large groups involved and playing makes it easy for it to be a social occasion. I have also played in the league which caters to all abilities. It is a great way to meet new people and win some fantastic prizes.

It was pretty great and the staff is really friendly. Only complaint was that I wanted to use the middle bay as the first bay assigned had crappier projector, but was told that the bay was booked and also that the bays are all the same anyway. We also booked ahead and if bays are the same then no one would mind switching...? Worst part was that no one came to use the bay we wanted until we were done. I think you should let first come first choose bay. Otherwise, great place...

Consistent practice on my Full Swing Pro Series simulator was important to my return. Using the company’s patented technology gives me the most accurate ball data, which allowed me to work on shaping my shots and helped me win at Sanctuary Lakes.

Had a 2 hour booking at Big Swing in the CBD on Friday and was really impressed with the tech and accuracy of the ball flight monitors. We chose Pinehurst #2 as our course and we were soon finding the trees and bunkers. James our host from Big Swing was great with his tips and knowledge about how to get the best out of our session. I’ll definitely return for another hit and a few drinks in perfect playing conditions!

Ross, Chris and the team at bsg have been amazing for me and my game. With lessons with their PGA accredited coaches, my game has improved out of sight. Making big swing changes, and being able to see direct feedback of club face and swing path is so important. Great facility.

Took part in the Womens golf day here, new to simulators (and golf in general) so didn't know what to expect at first. Had so much fun and met other golf newbies. Got lots of improvement tips. Machine was easy to navigate, staff were friendly and knowledgeable (thx Tomy and Owen), lively ambience, and they have a bar! Cheaper option than on the course and more comfortable than driving range. Will definitely come back to practice.

Would really recommend this place. Brilliant if you haven't got enough time to get out on the course and want to practice. The simulator offers shot analysis and more variation than a driving range. Plus you can have a beer with mates while you play!

Came in for the ladies Get Into Golf session. We used the virtual space as both a driving range and a golf course, it was fantastic for learning and practicing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, overall it was a fantastic experience.

Didn’t like how the counter person talked to me with that attitude. As well as not allowing me at least 10 minutes of play as I won the monopoly prize but McDonald’s and this shop told me nothing about keeping the barcode. Truly wasted my day making way to come here. Never coming again 😡
